Very friendly staff,with answers to any questions i had in regards of places to see.A waiter in the restaurant stood out the most,Elias was super took a bit of his time to make us super comfortable.We are very pleased with the service and definitely stay there while in Monterrey.

Not so good stay. The hotel it’s ok, the location is perfect but the cleaning is terrible, blankets and bed sheets were smelly and in front desk they told us they don’t have any replacements.

Everything was great! The only downside I see is that when you drive your own car the only entrance to the hotel is really hard to spot and if you pass the exit you got to drive around for another 8 minutes.

We had a room on the fifth floor and WiFi was terrible.

Love the customer service!!! That what was got us to stay even longer for another 20 days for the next 6 months.
That was the best thing we experienced compared to other 4 star hotels in the area.

My very first time in Monterrey, due to my flight being cancelled and decided to stay couple of nights and explore this enormous city..!
From the front desk to concierge, housekeeping, etc… everyone were so amazing to me..! I’m so glad I stayed in this hotel and not in the San Pedro area which’s beyond messy as I come from a huge city like Houston and needed a stunning view of the mountains and peace and quiet as well..! Kudos to all..!

My biggest and really only complaint is that the room wasn’t ready until 4pm. I don’t quite understand how that’s possible and would’ve liked at least a drink or something while we waited? Besides that, the staff were all very professional and friendly and the room was comfortable.

In my opinion the maintenence in general is not enought, the fountain inside of the buiding is nasty, and the swiming pool must to be remodelated, the floor is damaged and the people could be hurt by the edges on the kind of rustic floor. in general require maintenance and total remodelation the building.

I had a wonderful experience in your hotel!
Most impressed with your staff, efficient, courteous, and sweet disposition. It would be nice to have a little history of the location, the steel mill and the area surrounding it. One other thing, name of a Catholic Church and hours for Mass on Sunday. (Or any other religious denomination.)

Room was not ready and 3pm room was ready at 6pm.
Room cards didn’t work inside the elevator or entering the room had to go to the front desk to get two new cards

I needed to sleep during the days but they held a live band concert in the lobby area which made it impossible to sleep.

Rooms a little bit outdated, it would be great to have a coffee maker and microwave in the room. It connects with parque fundidora and walking distance to Arena México. We will definitely stay there again.

Room 1.5 hrs later than time as on website, room door failed to operate.

While the room decor & carpet was outdated, the bed was very comfy. We had a balcony on floor level #1 & a beautiful view of the mountains. Check in was fast & convenient. Location of property was perfect for our weekend activities we had planned. Restaurant buffet was delicious. Pool was clean & towels were replenished accordingly.A/C in our room was really cold when needed. Room service was great. Staff was friendly. 3 downfalls are elevator #1 was malfunctioning and we got stuck on floor #8. The appearance of the carpets on main hall floors exiting the elevator appeared extremely dirty. And finally there was a frightening False Fire alarm on our last day before checkout.
