We was upset that the tub in the bathroom was Dirty and no big towels and the tv wasn't working at all me and my boyfriend ain't getting this hotel nomore

Never stayed, didn’t confirm 1st night so didn’t have a room 2nd night. No worries

The staff try to charge my husband for $610 dollars that we do not owe if anything they owe more then $80 that they gave us people are noisy there and impolite the trash stays full and the floor in ur rooms are dirty u feet will turn black they complain when need more then one bottle of shampoo for 2 people staying in the property they incovined me and kicked me out just for my husband letting them know that there air condition was leaking we were not complaining we simply wanted to let them know and I caught them in serval lied they say there sold out all the time and there not plus the don't know how to charge ur credit card if ur gonna stay there udr cash only or they will use ur csrd to pay someone else room and they have floor that is comeing up in the rooms i was there a mouthand count get no rest i try to let someone staone night it was hot outsid they had a 3 mouth old baby and they acted like it's bad to be good person who has a good heart then when the manger told me they had to go or they were gonna get kick me out I did what they ask .then the manger called the cops one because of the 3 mouth old baby was not properly taken care of he sent the cops to my room and they woke me up out of my sleep and tested me like a drink like I was in trial like I was doing wrong by being a sleep.the cops wanted my full name drivers licence social security I told cops u say ur here for a well check on the baby why are u running my name for I have done nothing wrong I don't I h

I had all my teeth removed at one time,still a better experience then stepping one foot on the on this property...and if you have a reservation you don't have a reservation they can cancel without call , completely incompetent front desk... Worst experience ever p.s please don't bring you're children there as a former gang member I didn't feel safe

It’s great place for cheapest and quick stop for night and then continue… didn’t feel safe due to some unknown folks keep asking for something (folks would understand) whenever u stepped out of room… property is still under renovation and that is just by one Handy man (who doesn’t even know what/where/how). Staff was really great I must say, they did assure nothing to worry, but being with family we be cautious as always… Thus staff 4 Rooms 3 Parking 4 Property 2 Safety 2- Thank Happy stay to everyone..

It was a dangerous place so I couldn't stay there. Staff was very nice, but the door has been dented deeply under the lock, and the room was behind a big concrete pillar, limiting visibility and creating a break in opportunity. It really made me nervous.

Located in the derelict back half of a parking lot, this zero star nightmare has everything: lights that turn off after 10 minutes, two creepy dark stairwells, a single employee who’s much more interested in your driver’s license than he is in your comfort, and that unique unsafe feeling you can only get from a door on its third deadbolt. The only bright spot is that if you’re gone before 8am (and you will be) you can have coffee at the holiday inn express across the parking lot. Do yourself a favor: stay there instead.

Motel is visibly undergoing renovations. When I checked in, there was a giant puddle of water from the A/C. Called front desk, and it was cleaned and the a/c fixed within 15 minutes. I will go back as the room was comfortable and clean and the staff really seemed to want to get the place in order. Once the renovations are complete, this will be a great, affordable stay over.

No light in room and no electricity.

Check in was easy the guy at the desk was super nice. They are in the process of remodeling it looks like. The room was OK but the bathroom wasn’t great, the bathroom needs updating which it looks like they are in the process of doing.

I have been staying here on and off for the past 2 months and then suddenly they decided to be unprofessional by not telling me no rooms were available and refusing to refund my money the same day which left me and my children stranded

Didn’t sleep much. The lights wouldn’t turn off. When we entered the room the motion caused the lights to come on. However, we couldn’t turn them off. I had to try to sleep with the sheets over my head. Don’t let them give you room 221.

staff was very happy and polite, very accomodating. Had a small issue with the toilet that waes taken care of immediately. We had a reservation for 2 nights but had emergency at home and had to leave early and they were wonderful about that.

Satisfactory for the price. The drain from the wash basin in the bathroom was blocked and water couldn't escape from the wash basin properly.

The room was filthy. Floor very dirty, used towel hanging on bathroom door. Q tips in the garbage can.

It's been a while since I've stayed at a Motel 6 and I don't remember them being this bad. The entire structure is very dirty and poorly cared for. Trash cans overflowing, cigarette butts everywhere, chunks of wood missing from the doors, etc... The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating after I realized the AC unit was not working in my original room. The rooms have had an "update", but it was not done well at all.

It wasn’t as quiet as advertised. They have people living onsite at the hotel and they are loud. The front doors are not well mechanically. The cards often get deactivated and you have to go and get it reactivated. The toilet wasn’t well anchored and it moved. The showers weren’t clean but dirty. It’s all in the details.

When i booked with them it was for 8 nights and pay at checkout. Got there and they said i would have to pay for each night separately instead of one bill at checkout. The girl there was extremely rude and she cancelled my my reservation because she said i was extremely rude to her and she didn't want to deal with me no matter what i was told in writing on this site and their site. Plus the outside of the building looked rundown. Im glad i didn't attempt to stay there cause i was afraid to see what the rooms looked like.
