Room was right across from elevator- noise all night long. Also noise from floor above. Everything else was as great- service, food, and cleanliness, but location of room as awful.

We had to wait a while for breakfast, they were out of almost everything. The water pitcher was just ice. Our keycard didn’t work and had to get it fixed a couple times. The hotel could use some updates. The room was great. The hotel was good. We’d stay again.

My husband stayed for work so I didn't stay although I booked it for him. Getting a room was quick and easy and check in was a breeze. He said it was very nice and comfortable and first time in a while that he got a good nights sleep.

This hotel competently provides the basics.
Our room was comfortable, quiet, fairly spacious and acceptably clean. Looking closer, it needed more attention in nooks and crannies.
The room had towels sufficient for two people, but we had registered three persons and had to daily ask for more towels.
The breakfast offered a nice blend of hot and cold food, including fresh fruit. Hot cinnamon rolls were a treat each morning. The breakfast attendant was extra diligent in restocking trays and supplies. Otherwise, the staff did not proactively offer greetings or inquire about our needs.
No red flags to report and we can recommend the hotel to others for a restful stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There were minor things that I didn’t like but not enough for me not to want to stay there again.

Curb appeal left much to be desired. A little landscaping and a lot of weed pulling would make the first impression better.

Hotel wasnt too bad, they left a lot of painters tape everywhere and slopped paint on to fix issues instead of actually fixing them. Our shower would not drain (gross) over all it was the nicer hotel in the area we were looking at

The hotel room was spacious and mostly clean, but they seemed to forget to vacuum. There were some cheese it crackers and crumbs under the bedside table when we arrived. Close
Proximity to the nearby National park and delicious breakfast.

This hotel was excellent. I never leave reviews, but after staying at a lot of subpar places and having such a lovely stay I wanted to acknowledge the both the front staff and cleaning staff. Truly appreciate what you do. We will now stop wasting our time and just stay at Holiday Inns.

Overall an ok experience. Didn’t have enough staff for breakfast services that day and we had to wait to get the food and coffee refill. Room was clean but housekeeping forgot toilet paper when we checked in.

Started off with the room, not being ready, which was OK cause I understand things happen, but the fact that I had to clean the room myself was kind of annoying. You can tell that they rushed even though I told them not to. We got the room with the whirlpool and the Jets didn’t even work.So it was pretty pointless.We went to go look at the pool and the Jacuzzi and that was dirty. Garbage everywhere no towels to use. The poor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.This place needs a good deep clean.They also need to be better at Communication with employees. Check out wasn’t till 11 and the lady walked in my room at 10.I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Phone in room not working, tv not working, no luggage cart, not enough towels in the room for the registered number of guests, no sheets for the pull out bed. Front desk staff was friendly and pleasant.

Hate the cancellation policy this hotel and others have adopted where you either pay them extra or you get nailed with the room.
We had a car issue which prevented us from going on our trip. Thanks to their policies we got the pleasure of paying an extra $600 on top of $2000 in car repairs.
And then they have the audacity to send me an email asking me to review my stay. Ticked off about paying for a room I never got to see, that’s my review.
