The property is very nicely kept loved the trees and views of golf course. Great location and excellent service from all staff. Very peaceful environment and loved the gym. Stay for anniversary and we will go back. Very pleased. I didn’t care for half a shower door. But overall I’m very satisfied. Thank you staff for your excellent service.

The AC condensers right outside the room were loud, producing a low drone that hurt all of our ears. It would intermittently go on and off every few minutes throughout the entire stay, it was not pleasant.

I truly love this hotel. the amenities, the location. The game area is so cool for kids to play and hang out. The view sitting at fire pits outside the bar area of the golf course are absolutely beautiful. This hotel is a gem! The room that we were given was a little bigger than your average room. It was on the side of the hotel where dogs are allowed. My only complaint is I wish I had been asked if I had a pet with me, any allergies to dogs or any fear of dogs. I think if you're going to put someone that does not have pets on that side of the hotel I think those are important questions to ask a guest.

We are extremely satisfied with the service provided throughout our stay. Our room was very clean when we arrived and we were even able to check in early. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Overall it was a great experience with many amenities to enjoy.

It is complicated stay, one side it is a beautiful property, but meanwhile, many things are not well maintained, such as the hot tub is pretty dirty, and The door is not blocking the sound so you can hear the high way noise in the night. For the staff, some of them are super nice, like a lady Stephany Cooper, but some staff, especially the sea root restaurant check in person, pretty rude and cold.

We had an enjoyable time in Monterey. The hotel is nice, but the beds were saggy. Definitely time to replace the mattresses. The decor is lovely, serene and modern. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was not able to accommodate the large number of guests who were there, so we had to eat breakfast elsewhere off property.

Not what I expect out of a Hyatt Regency. No bottled water in room. No robes. Quilt too hot. Bathroom door barely slid shut. ADA room and the shower water leaked into the hallway. The room looked like it was last updated in the 80’s. Pool water was not in good condition. Dinner and drinks at the bar were good but there is no decent dining between breakfast and 5:00.

The hotel has a beautiful structure. The staff were friendly. However, we paid a little extra to have a golf course view. It was like looking at a desert. The view was horrible from that room. They could have done better considering that we paid extra just for the view.

This is a beautiful hotel with something for everyone; couples, families, travellers. The pools are great (although the jets on one jacuzzi were not working at all, and the other only half the side worked) and lots of games and firepits. Also a great poolside taco truck option. Would definitely stay there again.

The AC in our room didn't work. The door to our balcony wouldn't open. This place is old and run down. They need to put some effort into modernization. We ended up leaving to another hotel.

Totally not worth the price tag they are charging. Facility on the outside looks nice but the first room I checked into had hair strands under the bed covers and the second room they switched me into had a huge red stain. Finally the third room was clean. The hotel agent only can waive the resort fee and parking fee which was hilarious. I had to ask for additional compensation and they gave me $25😂. I would not recommend not staying there.

I booked a room with patio but they didnt honor it
After went to the room and didnt have energy to asknfor another roommsince the room was way too far from the front desk..And the front desk.doesnt answer the phone call.
The carpet should have been cleaned more often.
It said theire are some Tennis court but they did not. They were contructing some sort of event and they asked us to drive a car to different location for the tennis. The whole purpose od going on a vacation is not to drive to the Tennis court or any thing that we can get it from the resort. We packed the rackets and balls for nothing.
Although i appreciate a few things such as Well,.fun area for kids though and complimentary s'more time.
