Great location, breakfast and service. Would stay again! I love the view!

Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e eficientes. Quartos limpos e com bom espaço. O estacionamento é pago, 20 reais por dia, apesar de bastante espaço para estacionar, o valet service estaciona o carro em outro lugar, sendo assim, se tiver pelo menos uma pessoa na fila, tem que esperar um pouco. A única coisa que eu não gostei muito, foi o funcionário de reposição de bar, que bateu na porta duas vezes no período de 3 horas, e a maneira que entrou foi um pouco invasiva. Bateu dizendo reposição de bar, e em menos de 2 segundos abriu a porta do quarto. Enquanto eu estava saindo do banho. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente e voltarei mais vezes.

Everything was perfect! The only thing is: if you r a little overweight or if you have more than 5’8 (1.75), this hotel won’t be the one for you. Everything is very tight!

This is a very nice hotel with wonderful staff. The only drawback was, you need a taxi to get to the Morumbi Shopping Mall. However, there was always a taxi available and the cost is very reasonable.

Front desk team is top notch. Breakfast is great.

Good situated hotel with good standard. However, considering the hotel is visited by a lot of international clientele, the knowledge of serving staff in English is very poor and the speed and attention to customers wish is unfortunately in need of a rather large improvement if to be considered a 4* hotel focused on international business clients

Very clean and tidy hotel, with good facilities. Location is slightly remote, but there's always a queue of taxis outside. Level of English is functional, unless you want something out of the ordinary, and then it's strained - but we are in Brazil. Reasonably priced and worth the extra hassle with taxi to get to busy areas.

Novotel in Morumbi was a great experience. It has a huge play area and pool for kids, the view of the bridge is one of the best in Sao Paulo. I was with my family but I needed to make a video call with a business partner overseas and the stuff provided me a very quiet and private room to run my meeting. Also, when I checked out we forgot our documents in the safebox. I called the hotel front desk and very promptly they found all my documents and returned to me. The staff was extremely efficient and professional. Thank you very much! Only one minor comment but it is not related to the hotel, the area is far from man places and we need to take taxis several times. The stuff was very nice to arrange taxis too.

Well located next to Morumbi with all that is needed for a short stay yet making it comfortable

Well prepared to receive kids. Very happy to get in the room booked at last minute and see it all set up for the kids. Way to go.

Room was old and not really comfortable. Tiny shower with no water pressure.

The gym did not open until 6am and they had a roll away bed in my room which I did not ask for

tried to add another room last minute. £200 cheaper if do it online then booking over the phone. nice and comfortable as described. love the breakfast buffet has free van service to drop customers to within 5 miles destination from monday to friday. pity swimming pool is quite small, and no indoor pool.

I went with my family, room clean, great Staff, great breakfast. Just to get my car a little Slow. But I had a great time there.
