Instalações, localização e itens de lazer em família. Atendimento dos funcionários do hotel foi magnífico.

Diversas vezes tive problemas de comunicação com o pessoal do restaurante, alguns pareciam que estavam lá obrigados.

O local era bom, mas só não fui com a minha família porque não tinha muitas atividades para fazer. A piscina não era aquecida e não tinha outra piscina que meu filho mais novo pudesse entrar, pois ele é muito friorento

A estadia foi excepcional, literalmente! Atendimento incrível e impecável de todos os colaboradores, desde a recepção às camareiras e restaurante. Café da manhã extremamente gostoso e clima muito leve! Agradecimentos especiais à Marina Souza, da recepção, Gilson, Pedro e Messias do buffet de café da manhã. Vocês são incríveis! A limpeza e organização do quarto e demais espaços do Hotel. O almoço muito gostoso, somente o preço um pouco caro.

Breakfast was very good, with options for all tastes. Location was good but neighborhood safety has not been well rated. Attentive staff and taxis always available.

The bathroom is small and there was a small water leak in the bath and sink.

Great shower with good water temperature and pressure. Deck area is also good to spend the afternoon.

The room service is flaky. We asked for coffee and it took more than 30 min to arrive. I had to call and cancel one time as I couldn't wait longer. The restaurant, Greem, is also not that great. We sat on the deck area Friday night and we were informed by the waiter we couldn't stay there as an event was scheduled. We moved to a table located elsewhere, but after 10 min of waiting to be served (they didn't take our order even) we gave-up.

All hotel coverage is good, except the point for the coffee, checkin (take a long time and not have room available to cover us), and the parking service that delivery our car with all open glasses and we not give the car with all open glasses.

Almost hotel coverage points are good, but the coffee (yes the coffee at breakfast) is not good. This cause problems with my family that we need to goes to hospital to take medicaments to correct the Coffee that we drunk, checkin (take a long time and not have room available to cover us), and the parking service that delivery our car with all open glasses and we not give the car with all open glasses.

modern and good looking hotel, very clean, well located. staff is great and breakfast is amazing. they also have lots of green surrounding the hotel and recreation for kids.

it was not clear that pets would have to pay an extra fee, and the fee is kind of expensive. same goes for breakfast. I was not informed during check in, and was charged when checking out.
