Think twice before you book this atrocious hotel. If you can call it a hotel. First off it’s dark and dated as soon as you walk in. The staff are less than friendly and truly seemed to hate their jobs. The room was filthy and looked as though it had not been cleaned in two weeks. The smell in the room was that of 3 day cologne and humidity. The air condition was Off so the room was 87 in the middle of summer. Please just steer away from this place

This was the worst and smelliest hotel I've ever been to. There was trash in the room. The room smelled like vomit the hotel smelled like vomit. The hot tub didn't work The pool was freezing. The toilets had a hard time flushing nothing was clean peeling paint corroded and mildewy air conditioner. Pretty much everything about this place was gross. Never been so disappointed. If you are traveling with someone you love do not take them to this hotel.

In our first room the air conditioner hardly blew air out at all. We left the room for hours and came back to a hot room. We asked for a new room with a working AC, in the second room the light switches didn’t work- the AC didn’t even turn on. The THIRD room we were given at 10pm smelled so bad I can not even explain it. Again the light switches didn’t work. Left and asked for our money back. Maybe they should install all of the boxes of air conditioners scattered throughout the staircases.

I'm extremely disappointed in my 2 day stay! I picked this hotel specifically for the hot tub, so I was pretty irritated when I saw that it roped off with yellow tape, full of leaves, dirt, and a puddle of old water. It has definitely been out of order for quite some time and should not be listed as a feature of this hotel. The pool was ice cold. The side door to enter the hotel did not lock. The door to my room didn't close properly, so you had to yank it shut. Our room was not clean. There was a fake nail on the floor beside the bed. The bed linens were stained with what looked like blood. The A.C did not keep the room cold. Ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom had dark water spots and was peeling. When I came down for breakfast at 9am on Saturday, the red headed, male, front desk clerk, rudely told me that breakfast was closed, even though I was told at check in, and there was a sign, that said weekend breakfast was 7am-10am. I told him that, and then he gave me and another guest permission to eat. It is a no smoking hotel, so we had to sit outside, which felt very unsafe. Several people were walking in circles around the parking lot and lurking behind the dumpster near where we parked our vehicle and where the door to enter the hotel was. As I stated before, the door did not lock, and we could hear people coming in and out all night long. Very sketchy! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our first room when we walked in had several issues. The drawer fell off the dresser. The dresser had a moldy onion in it (yes I said a moldy onion) and the sheets had blood on them. We immediately requested another room. Our second room was only marginally better. The fridge was broken and there was a smashed Oreo in the carpet. We will not be staying at Quality Inn ever again.

I like there were a good amount of restaurants around the place. The pool was dirty. The a/c was not cooled at all. Carpet was damaged. The TV was not working right. This was the 2nd room we were put in. The 1st room was not cleaned & TV was broken.

Very dirty and smelled horrible

This place is disgusting and smells something horrible. Unfortunately i booked before we got to see the place. Second mistake was not checking the bedding. One of the guys woke up to a bed bug on his face. We stripped the bedding in all 4 rooms. We found bloodstains on all the sheets,dry boogers and dead bedbugs on them them. This place needs to be shut down.

They won't let me checkin at all and I'm standing outside with nowhere to go

Place was awful. Pool has been closed for the past 4 years or so, they charged an extra deposit to stay, the room was nasty, and I couldn't get a refund from them directly without going though hotels.com to get my money back. I'll never stay there again or use hotels.com for future lodging needs.

There are some bugs such cockroaches & bedbugs found.

I didn't know the pool was closed for maintenance until i checked in. It should have said something about it online.

Horrible condition, terrible beds, dirty shower, all for $140/night. Gross.

The AC did not work in the room initially assigned to us and half the light was out in the bathroom. They quickly moved us to another room. Only issue there was the outlets on the LH side of bed (nightstand) did not work. Otherwise the overnight stay was fine and bed was clean & comfortable.

Our first room - the door key didn’t work 2nd- the cooler didn’t work 3rd - had a very strong odd odor, I went to the store and bought glade. The tub had had a sticky pad ripped off, so now just has sticky dirt in the bottom and a slow drain. The ceiling had a large open water stain with crack. The outer door was continually propped open with a rock, as the security entrance didn’t work with our cards. I notice a waste basket was shoved in the pool entrance. Guessing that key card didn’t work either. We chose it based on price, looked fine in pics hot tub. Price was cheap. Hot tub was closed. And i guess I had a higher standard for basic room care than this place offered. I would definitely not stay here again.

The room was not very clean. The continental breakfast was not very good. The coffee was horrible! The pool was not operational, which greatly disappointed my daughter.

Room had a random towel tucked in the shower curtain, chips and scrapes everywhere and ac didn’t work. Reported ac not working to front desk before bed and wasn’t offered anything. Room was extremely hot in the middle of the night.

A few minor things caught my attention, chipped floor tiles in bathroom and missing grout, continental breakfast was ok but could be better. Big isdue was check-in they tried to blame the room booking discrepancy on expedia abd wanted to bill me for 6 rooms when the booking details showed 3 but eventually fixed the error in their system. Otherwise my group found the hotel to meet our needs.

The check-in process needs some improvement. The hotel tried to tell me i booked 6 rooms and I showed them the confirmation details which only showed 3 rooms and at first they blamed expedia nut eventually changed it on their end to 3 rooms. The pool was out of service and the bathroom in my room had some cracked floor tiles. Otherwise the hotel was okay

Hot tub was closed pool was worse than ice water mold in our bathroom shower leaks from ceiling front desk guy hard to understand wifi sucks very slow will not be back place wasn't worth over a 150 bucks a lot of ppl who rented rooms had issues with getting rooms they had a hold on.

The hotel was on at best. My wife and I went on a long vacation from Arizona back east and stayed in 9 hotels all at $100 or less. We did not expect any of the hotels to be giving room service or look new and modern, but of the nine this was the second worse. The building definitely needs some TLC and upgrading, even for a budget motel it not in very good shape. The staff were friendly and helpful enough, and the breakfast was adequate with the same stuff that everyone else serves. But it was not clean even by budget hotel standards and desperately needs Maintenance and remodeling.

First of all, the image of the room was nothing like the one I was assigned. The staff was great. The conditions of the hotel lacked the quality for the price. Waking down the hall I noticed dirt on a lot of the doors. In my room I noticed hairs in the bathroom sink, hairs on the toilet, mold in the bathroom in multiple places over the bathtub. The covers and sheets on the bed had brown spots on them, I request three different changes to them. I kept hearing a sound late at night. I thought it was someone trying to get into the room, but it was the squeaky floor for the room above me. Last thing, I could feel the coils from the boxspring on my back while sleeping. This is my first time booking a hotel room through Expedia. I'm going to go back to the way I did it before, I will have better luck and getting a good quality room.

Staff was good, property was dirty and pool/hot tub were closed indefinitely with no advanced notice. "Breakfast" was very limited and not great quality.

Never even stayed because they had bed bugs and said they called you guys to cancel but apparently didnt

The facility is showing its age, the heat/ac unit didn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years, the heat for the room was supplied by a table top heater ( think Walmart special) The floor next to the tub moved and the shower rod was loose, the lever for the water in the shower is in desperate need of repair. If I had to guess, I’d say that the staff is trying the best they can, but owners need to step up their efforts

The room was infested with bugs and had black mold in the bathroom.

The parking area was dark and dirty. The hallways and room smelled bad. In the room the lamp shades were broken, the chair was badly worn, the entire room was terrible. We did not stay.

Booking here was a huge mistake. I’m making this review after booking, checking in, and having to leave the property. Upon arrival it smells very musty/has a cigarette smell. It looks really run down. Pool area was closed for maintenance which was one of the biggest reasons why I booked it. With being a cheaper hotel, I would expect it to be a little run down but not to this extent. Entering the room, it smells even worse, very muggy and hot, and the room was disgusting. I took pictures and videos. There was hair on the bed, stains on the bed and curtains, smudges on the walls, a broken fridge in the corner, (really glad I didn’t bring my child like I was planning on because that would not have been safe for him!) dirt all over the floor and bed and bathroom floor. The bathroom was disgusting. After a long drive all I wanted was to take a nice hot bath and I did not even feel comfortable doing that. The staff was very nice, the lady was helpful. She offered to get me a new room, which I was willing to do even though I really just wanted my money back and to go somewhere else. She gave me new keys to a new room, I go upstairs, the key doesn’t work. Come downstairs, explain it to her, she gives me a new key, cycle repeats a few times. She goes up to check it, can’t get any help. At this point I’m very upset so I leave and tell her I want to speak to the manager in the morning because that is too much stress to go through, and there is no manager on site. TERRIBLE.

I didnt like that the front desk took a long time to check me in. Bathtub had a long hair in it. No facial tissue. King sized bed old bc it drooped in the middle. Not comfortable at all.

Was charged a 250 dollar deposit that was no menthoned at booking. Room was somewhat clean and smelled horrible of smoke. I was told after 30 minutes of checking in that i could not get a refund. Reservation never stated that pool was closed for some reason. Attendant was rude and overall i have close to 415 dollars charged to a flippen room i was in for 30 minutes with 2 small kids.

Didn't like the fact that the pool nor the hot tub was opened thats the only reason i chose the hotel is for the amenities which were not available

This hotel was filthy. The room at check in the shower had hair all over the bottom, the toilet was not cleaned. The bed cover had what looked like a large coffee stain, the pillows themselves were yellow, one pillowcase had a dirty shoe print, and the curtains, were stained. In the hallway on the secon floor the window ledge was covered in dust, someone had drawn in the dirt. The pool and hottub were closed, no one told us at check in. Sunday morning, a homeless man was inside walking around, helping himself to breakfast, the person working the desk didn't speak english well enough to understand that the coffee pot was empty.
