This hotel looks great appearance wise,clean,freshly renovated,nice layouts. Friendly staff,great size pool on the 2nd floor and a nice gym with good hours for useage. Boston Pizza is attached,didnt make use of it and no breakfast is included in the stay .The hotel does offer breakfast at Boston Pizza for a fee,parking is included in room fee. After staying at various hotels over the summer I was very disappointed with the lack of sound barrier between the rooms and hallways.Stayed 2 nights here over the long weekend visiting family and the first nights stay was very loud .People loud in hallways up to 1am,we were on the first floor.Also could hear feet from upstairs at various times throughout the night.When we did fall asleep we were woken up again at 7am due to hallway noise...As a frequent traveller knowing this hotel was renovated I expected better noise control for comfort of all guests. Disappointed

Very nice hotel will stay there again

There should be an employee to check the pool sometimes. Bcoz there were people diving even though it says there NO DIVING. And our child got upset with us bcoz we didnt allowed him to dive and keep on telling us “how come they are diving?” Please implement the rules

The room was fantastic. Nice pool for the kids and gym for dad.

We got 2 rooms. 1st room: it takes a while to have water in toilet water tank’s and the control button for AC is broken. 2nd room: the AC is not working

Great experience staying here! Staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. The lobby is inviting and looks nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything is in good condition and modern. Comfortable beds and quality products in the bathroom. Bonus that the showers are good. Great that on site is a restaurant providing breakfast and dinner. Good food and staff.

The hotel is located near a riverside park that is excellent for walking or riding bikes or scooters. The walls are pretty thin so you hear your neighbors.

An amazing stay…. Will be coming back for sure. The staff were all so friendly especially the morning staff. They went above and beyond and made sure every concern was met. They definitely sealed the deal for the good review. The pool was clean and the room was as well. Have 0 negative things to say about this hotel

Great access to USA border

The suite was very spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly need. The building and the ground were beautifully kept. The staff seemed to really enjoy their jobs, very helpful and friendly, always smiling and laughing. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will be coming back soon.

Hotel is conveniently located to the waterfront park. Comfortable stay and all amenities are up to date to use. We enjoyed our stays. Kids had fun in the swimming pool.

Room we were in was very close to elevator and it was very noisy all night.

Nice property. The pool is not monitored and unfortunately was occupied by three teenagers being extremely rowdy and exposing themselves. Ruined the stay.

Checked during a power outage..reception processed me quickly and easily. Unfortunately Boston Pizza had to close because of the power state so no food or beverages available. Only suggestion to the hotel is consider investing in a generator! Very good place!

Great spot

We originally booked this hotel because they had a bar/restaurant. It was opening the day after we left due to construction. However, the hotel has been upgraded and was a wonder stay!

In fairness, property is on the tail end of major renovations and will be much better once everything is in place. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great
