When I arrived, I was so exhausted that I don't even remember if my room had a window. I don't think it did. I cared about being able to relax and get a good night's sleep. I achieved that with the spacious, comfy bed, with heavy quilting and thick pillows. The shower amenities were great quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, and location. The couch was comfortable, and there was a small table that I could pull to the couch. While breakfast was not complimentary, when I booked the room, I added breakfast for $10 per person. I enjoyed my french toast with bacon, eggs, and juice. I would stay here again.

Nice Hotel for our overnight stay.

The stay was good, however when we booked the room we had 4 people and we paid 10 to include two more breakfast or that was our understanding and then after we ate breakfast and gave them voucher, they then told us that what we ordered wasn’t part of the offer, but we were not informed prior, they did honor it, but not without an argument, putting us in a bad position

First of all, check in took us like 10 minutes because we were waiting for someone to come up to help. Back when a made my reservation, I asked for late checkout, and never heard back so I thought we were all set as always but noooop. I asked the lady just to double check and she told me "WE NEED TO CHECK BECAUSE WE USUALLY GIVE PREFERENCE TO OUR MEMBERS" like REALLY!!! So my money is not worth or what??? That was rude to me. I felt like her answer could have be better as a front desk clerk she is. Secondly, when we finally got our keys, we got to the room and they WEREN'T EVEN ACTIVATED.... so we had to go all the way down to do so. Finally, hallways were really stinky this time and when we enter the room and start checking things around, we were really surprised. Our shower floor was dirty (yellowish-blackish), no shiny as usual. There was barely, BARELY toilet paper and not even a bar soap to shower. No exactly sure what happen this time, but with that costumer service and this other bobos, I might consider to stay somewhere else next time where there appreciate us as guests!!!

Clean room and comfortable bed

We thought the bedroom was seperate like the photo for a suite but it was all one room...room was super clean, comfy bed, great shower.Staff was awesome!always helpful and cheerful. Area behind the hotel a little sketchy, a few homeless Rvs, no lunch service. Great pool, no hot tub, would definitely stay here again, close to freeway but not noisy.lots of dining nearby.

The staff was amazing. We flew all night and then had to drive a couple hours to get there. We got in early. Not supposed to check in till 3pm. Got there at 11 am and they let us check in because we were so tired
