The stay was poor at best. The indoor pool was closed, hotel food was several blocks away, carpet and hallway walls were filthy, the room as never clean or serviced while we were there.

Everything about our stay was excellent with a breath taking view, outstanding pools, beautiful ocean front access, restaurants & serene quiet all contributed to a well balanced quality vacation.

If traveling throughout Cape Cod this place has the most ideal location. Even if staying close to the resort, the private beach is fantastic and there are good restaurants for breakfast lunch or dinner all within 10 minutes away.

Good place to stay. Clean. Nice beach. Chairs and umbrellas. Food pretty good. You can walk down the street to the Skipper for seafood. All good.

not advised of closure of indoor pool the tnew bracelet requirements bathroom facilities using a room some of the reception staff were unpleasant

First and probably the last time, totally disappointed, we were never informed that the first floor where we were going to stay was under construction, we have no access to the pool or the cafeteria and at night it is very dark to enter the building, there is no light and they also charged us for the parking lot and we have to park cross the street in the guest parking , something that we were not informed about from the beginning, a total disaster.

Loved the beach and pool. The newly renovated rooms are nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
They're in the middle of renovating what I assume is the main restaurant. The other 3 available food options are lacking. Good for kids with Chicken fingers and burgers, but they all basically offer the same sandwiches and salads so you have to drive to get anything decent.

Convenient access to the beach. Some things were inoperable during our stay, like the indoor pool and any breakfast options in the building. Having been previously, we know it isn't always under repair.

I’ve been going to Blue Water with my family for over 20 years. The updates to the property were much needed and were excellent. We really liked our room and the service. Well done! We will definitely be back.

The resort needs TLC. Outdated. Rooms have no hair dryer. No microwave. The bed sheets are TOO SMALL for the beds… they come off each day through out the night! Limited on site dining. Upon check-in we were not even told that the 1 on site tavern/restaurant/cafe was closed for renovations?! Not 1 mention?? The beach was great. Beach staff wonderful. Availability of umbrellas and chairs acceptable. Rooms need updates and so does resort….

They were remodeling the restaurant just below our room.
It is not fun to hear drilling and nailing during beach vacations, which are meant to be relaxing; they start working at 8 a.m., which is normal for a working day. Yes! For us on vacation, not at all!!
Why don't they wait to do this during the low season? During our last day, the parking lot needed to be partially closed because they were working on the ventilation and using heavy machinery. Again, why? Not acceptable.

I was a bit worried about recent negative reviews but we had good time. They have renovated the property. But there is no house keeping really and a bit over priced. I guess they are recovering their renovation costs. Beach staff was ok.

The prime reason for this hotel remains on location where close to a beautiful beach. However it’s much like a family resort with all kids around, should be prepared for some noise during whole day

We were mislead. Indoor pool and restaurant still closed for renovations. No one told us although we called several times. Housekeeping didn’t exist. We got exactly 2 towels a day. No toiletries or paper goods given to us. It took four tries to get the crib we reserved. They tried to give us a rusty broken metal crib with no bottom? One place on site to eat. Long wait times. Thankfully the Pool and beach were great though.

The indoor pool and hot tub were not open during our stay which was a huge bummer
They also didn’t have enough chairs and umbrellas for the beach - about 50 people kept going up to the beach staff looking for chairs & she kept staying her colleague was coming with more chairs which never happened-

It was a nice experience. Only problems we had were:
1. Our door wouldn’t manually lock
2. One day we were gone all day and no one came in to exchange our towels and empty our trash.
3. When they did exchange our towels they would give us 4 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths (we were a group of 4)
4. The sheets were too small for the beds - they kept coming off
5. No blankets on the bed - only sheet and small thin cover.
6. Not a lot of eating options on property.

the property was very pretty but there appears to be a lot of unfinished renovations and housekeeping was non existent we had to seek out clean towels everyday and the staff did not speak english so the language barrier was a little difficult. over all the staff was very nice but we asked for a fan because our AC was not working and they did not have enough fans and they sent someone to “fix” the ac but the guy came at the hottest part of the day when we were showering to get reasy for dinner so we had turn him away and hesaid that he wouldnt be able to come back till the next day which we were leaving so our last night on the propert we did not have either a fan or a prolerly funcrioning AC

Beautiful property and wonderful beach. The employees were very pleasant and helpful.
The facility was recently updated and looks great. However our room needed some tweaks.

Easy check in and check out. Walking distance to a very well kept beach! Activities for the family and dog friendly- driving distance to mini golf, shopping and other activities

We stayed at this property for 2 night. Absolutely loved it. Had the beach view/ facing pool room and it was superb. Convenient to everything. We visited water park which was 5 mins away, all the restaurants are close by. Beach was amazing. Had dinner on a blanket one night and the sunset was beautiful. Will definitely come back.

Hotel was under renovation and not ready to be open. No services available. No restaurants open. No bathrooms available for pool guests. Newly designed rooms very sterile, no character. Been staying here for years. Won’t go back.

They changed our room because the first room was musty and very dated. I thought that they had updated rooms. I asked and paid extra but the room was not updated. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
