The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold items. They even had two different flavors of waffles that you could make.

This was a good place in a good location. It’s a little run down: there were ugly stains on the upholstery of the chair and hassock, and I wished the room were carpeted instead of having that awful fake wood cladding. Also, I wished they posted their pet fee on their website; it wasn’t outlandish, but it does seem kind of cheating not to declare it.

Was given a room on the 2nd floor and then told there was no wlevator. My sister has a very difficult time with stairs due to a health issue. Had i known there was no elevator, i would have requested 1st floor room when i made the reservation. There were none available when we arrive, so she had to climb the suars and i had to make 3 trips to carry our luggage up.

Just need change mattress pad had small blood spot and stains on as well. I have a picture not going posted it. Did not find out until we started to check out of the hotel. I used clean my room before I leave. I was going strip the bed until I realized it was on the mattress pad. I was in shock that it very clean hotel. The housekeeper should have changed mattress pad and not cover it up with clean linen.

We were not informed during registration that there was no elevator in the hotel. As an elder, this is critical information esp., considering there were no available rooms on the first floor.

The female at front desk was very nice and professional. The room smelled of urine, the room is very old, didn’t get clean towels until late in evening and housekeeping never came in to clean room.

With today's economy, we all are looking for the best deal and customer service. I happened to stay at 3 different hotels in one week, and I can truly tell you that this Quality Inn was the best by far! From the desk clerk (Dee) to the breakfast service by Kathy, all the staff were friendly, attentive and personable. The customer service and friendliness was by far the best I have experienced in quite some time. As most of the world has placed customer service in a back seat, this Quality Inn staff is the driving force of why I will choose them again when in town.

Good place in overall, you pay for sleeping and get that. In my experience, they withheld $100 as deposit from me, but after the checkout if all the room is ok, they remove the charge and the amount in your statement disapear.

The room was clean. The room chair needs replacing. It was dirty and the spring or supports are shot. The bed was super soft, and surprisingly comfortable. The sheets were wrinkled and didnt fit. The faucet didnt work. I had to wash my face and brush my teeth leaning over the bathtub. We never knew if the toilet would flush. It was very sluggish. Typical free breakfast was served and appeared good.

Quality Inn conveys a comfortable, pleasant atmosphere. The property is run down and needs aesthetic improvements.
Though listed as a non smoking room, it smelled of smoke. Needed an air freshener.
Policy for consuming breakfast food in dining areas was restrictive. I’d like to have taken a bagel back to the room.

Night staff unfriendly-I had to say thank you-no appreciation for patronage ,noisy, bathtub dirty, will not stay in a Quality Inn again.

It’s always quiet and clean when I stay there. I like the service they provide. Now the breakfast is okay if they can have more options of breakfast sausages like turkey instead of just pork

Walking in the first thing you smell is marijuana and smoke. People always smoking around the doors and parking lot. Rooms were decent but definitely showing age and lack of upkeep.

The WiFi did not work in our room. The person at the front desk repeatedly said there was nothing wrong with the WiFi and would not go to our room to confirm it did not connect. It did work in the lobby but was weak. We were forced to go sit in the lobby to connect to the weak signal.

At check in they said they clean the room every third day. After asking for room service they didn’t do it until day 6. They made us bring down our dirty towels to the front desk to get new ones claiming it was not their job. I guess its my job to pay for the room, do the laundry and take out the trash. Needless to say there are 10 other hotels within 3 miles, avoid this one. I travel 90% of the year and this was one of the worst.

I traveled to my hotel and could not stay due to my room not being clean nor any other rooms being available per manager Amber who also refused to give her last name as well as any receipt for me for proof of purchase. The room was also very strong with bleach masking other smells, and I could not breathe, Amber (manager) and Christine (cleaning lady) got angry then replied what else are they supposed to clean with and ignored my request. The bed had visible staining as well as hair from the bed pillows to the floor, but the manager told me it's nothing she can do and asked me to leave by telling me I can go.

The bathroom didn't offer shower gel or lotion. The bathroom fixtures looked a little older, but it was great! Microwave AND fridge! Loved that!

The room and bathroom were dirty. Service was offered once for the week reserved. Neighbors were loud with music and excessive smell of weed. No resolution to neighbors’ behavior was achieved. No alternatives were offered to us. We left and moved to another hotel without any compensation or refund.

Convenient to the highway but constant 1 or 2 individuals roaming the parking lot at night smoking, could not tell if they were guests or not. Room had previous guest's garbage unemptied and food left in fridge. Toilet seat was very old and worn, room was otherwise clean. Bed comfortable. Older property that is trying to remodel but much more to be done.
