Good. The shower curtain needs attention since water went all over the floor.

The property was supposedly "being remodeled"and all common area carpets were torn up. The first room we were given had a flooded bathroom floor from a drip in the ceiling. The 2nd room was dirty. Had toothpaste smeared on the chair back, a full kernel of corn in the slow draining bathroom sink and a quarter-sized cigarette burn on the bedspread. Third room was OK. Breakfast was decent.

The staff was helpful thru out my stay. I had a 2nd floor room off the pool and I had no trouble watching TV or sleeping, even with family's enjoying the pool. I'll pick this hotel again for sure. 👍👍

The photos do not depict the reality. Small rooms, poorly upgraded rooms. The heating/cooling system was not easily controlable and the hair dryer was non-functional. Stairways were incredibly narrow, no elevators, I was uncomfortable staying there with my 3 daughters.

we stayed here to celebrate my daughters graduation from MSU (go green!) It was conveniently located to the school and all the bars and restaurants..only $8-10 ubers The staff are friendly and efficient. The place is old and outdated. We paid 566 for 2 nights!! def not worth the price but it was what it was . Breakfast was standard

Overall not a great place to stay. The rooms and hallways are very dark. The staff was very unfriendly.

The property is super run down… super! It’s dark and dingy and dirty! The plaster on the walls is crumbling and it’s just left to collect on the floor. There are no elevators so if your room is on the second floor, know that you’ll be dragging everything up a dark stairwell, with sticky railings. Check in was painfully slow, the credit card processing only worked at one of the registers and the employees seemed truly puzzled by it all! The property needs attention!

The carpets were filthy, the fkoors un the room were sticky and gross! Thrre was no elevatores and took forever toncheck out dye to bobkdy at the front desk. Paid eay too much for a hole in the wall.

Second floor room but no elevator. Stayed 2 days and trash was not emptied nor fresh towels provided.

Overall the trip wasnt terrible but it wasnt great either. Website advertised a pool and hot tub, but the hot tub musvte been filled in but nobody was told. One of the last days me and my fiance were staying the water in the entire hotel was shut off with no warning, and afterwards the water was running orange for goura. The staff were all very friendly and helpful but i will probably not stay at this location again

The air heating system did not work well with either so cold or so hot and the bathroom has no vent and look like so many walls were not carefully passed up and holes on the ceilings in the main part of the room

This was a very subpar experience. The toilet was broken, the sink did not have hot water, there was a hole in the ceiling, we could hear other patrons keeping us up at night, & many of the channels on the TV did not come in. The facilities in general were very outdated. The staff however was very pleasant and attentive to requests.

This hotel accepts dogs and if you are bothered by the barking, you will want to request a room away from the rooms with dogs. The hotel walls are made of stucco and large patches of flakes are on the carpets. The front desk staff was slow and unresponsive to our requests. The free breakfast was fine and the location to Michigan State was convenient.

Hotel needs a good cleaning but pool was nice and was warm. Room was 90 when we checked in can’t really control temp even with fan they brought way to hot

I don't think this place is reflective of Quality Inns overall (not that I have stayed at any others); I think it's just in a weird building. The hallways and structural elements of the building are not in nice condition (honestly they're kind of creepy), but the rooms themselves are fine - comfortable, decent furnishings, the standards of what you expect.

The pool are was nice but the hallways to rooms felt scary. Room itself wasn't terrible.

It's old and outdated, the keys don't work right for the rooms. Lots of areas that could be easily fixed, beds are very hold and uncomfortable. I'd rather drive over hours home vs stay again in the current condition.

I won't stay in this hotel again!

Though I had an updated room. The thermostat did not work and I was cold. I had to put a towel in front of the door to keep the air from the cold hallway from coming in. My guest services personnel was rude . This hotel use to be a gem .

The hotel and room are extremely tired and run down. The room was clean but very old. The bathroom door handle was broken and did not discover this until the door was closed and would not open. It took me 10 minutes and panic to finely force it open. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Group of family and friends booked rooms for staying in the area. Had a terrific dinner at a local restaurant and returned to the hotel… encountered excessive heat with no ability to adjust room temperature, bed that broke as soon as a guest sat on it, and the final straw… visible bed bugs. Did NOT stay… grabbed our stuff and left. Very disappointed.

It was very very dirty

smelled moldy. thin walls. could hear noise from adjacent rooms late into the evening. staff was nice once they recognized my presence. tv options limited. you get what you pay for I guess.

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, but the first room we were put in the phone, and refrigerator didn't work. Also there is NO AIR CONDITIONING!! The room was hot and stuffy there was no outside windows and no fan to cool it down. I was given a box fan that was dirty and barely worked but at least it got us through the nights. We were moved to another part of the building and it was slightly cooler but not comfortable. The door to the room looked and worked like it had been busted through a few times I had to wiggle the door back and forth to get it locked. For a cheap clean place to stay this is where you want to be, but if you like fresh air don't stay there.

PROS: Hot water and decent pressure for shower CONS: Everything else - dirty, felt unsafe (my first room was down a dark dank hallway with no exterior lighting), the activities at the pool are heard by ALL because of the acoustics of the room and the fact that all the 2nd floor rooms are around the pool area. And apparently during my stay they had a 2 day birthday party where kids, at least 10, were screaming and hollering at the pool from 9 am until after 10 pm when it closes, then they continued to run through the halls screaming "Ready or not here I come" playing hide and seek. No adult supervision with any respect for others and no intervention from hotel staff. The beds were sub-par, my room smelled like weed and there were burn marks in the comforter, the door jam looked like it had been kicked in a time or two, there were damaged walls and furniture, etc. You get my point.

I stayed in room 142 & the thermostat was broken with no AC. Temp got up to 78 degrees so my family & I ended up leaving because nobody should have to sleep in that. The bathroom was tiny & the shower was broken as well. It’s unfortunate because my son really enjoys the heated pool & slide, but it’s definitely not worth what I paid. Not if I’ll ever stay here again
