Hotel looks dated and there were no instructions as to the use of some room facilities

The only thing nice about this place was the lobby.It is absolutely disgusting in the room.The hall smells Awful. On top of that they charged me 20$ For no reason

This place looks nice from the outside but it is certainly deceiving. The rooms were filthy. The linens were stained. There is a question whether or not the sheets had been changed as the was hair on them. The only reason for the one star is I am not able to give them a negative number. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. Our first check in was sent to a dirty room and the next room was not much better. The whole hotel is kept very dirty and the surrounding areas were unsafe. All night, we heard gangs of people outside of our room with car lights flashing and engines revving. People were fighting and making plenty of noise outside the windows. I would NOT stay here again, no matter the price.

Stay away. Really dirty, smells. Gave us a room someone else was still in. The people running it dont know what they are doing.

DO NOT!! Please DO NOT! This property is dirty and disgusting!! Smelly and unkept! Tile not in ceiling, carpet disgusting. I could not breathe. Bathroom was so dirty.

Avoid this property. It was raining inside the atrium due to a/c pipes leaking into pool. Felt like we were in a horror movie. Walls and doors scratched and scuffed. Pool was a cess pool. People running all over in and out of doors. Very scary.

Do NOT stay here. Toilet didn’t flush, filthy, water gushing from second floor to first floor inside after a rain storm. There are cockroaches and the cesspool is nothing like that being shown in the pictures. I would be super concerned over what you could contract from swimming in it. Was screamed at by Ahmet Patel who I guess was the manager in charge.

Horrifying there roaches ceiling leaking toilets not flushing it was one of the worst experiences

This property is terrible. The smell was so bad it made us feel sick. Carpet floors in the room was sticky and horribly stained. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The police was completely dirty. There was no garbage cans in the room. The towels had hair in them. The key card did not work the place smell like marijuana. We left only after one night. We did not stay the second night.

It was a terrible experience. Worst experience I’ve ever had. When you walk into location you can smell the mowed. Had to leave to another hotel near by because I couldn’t stay longer. No one has contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience. My money has not been returned.

Hotel ceiling was falling down, bad water damage, bad smells, dirty carpets, half finished construction projects all over, tub didnt drain, roaches in room, dirty walls, door latch broken. Fell in hole outside room door.

It took a long time to check in, and when I finally got to the room, it was missing a bed (headboard was there, bed was not) and missing a TV. I walked out because I didn't feel safe, and, the property has refused to give me my money back!

The property was horrible. The hallway smelled like mildew. There was missing ceiling tiles more than one.. pipes was exposed from the ceiling. There was a leak down the hall way where my room was. None of the vending machines were working! My room bathroom door was completely off the hinges! I would not recommend anyone stay here. The staff was pleasant and nice. But overall this hotel was a disaster and a complete dump… the chair in my room which was a leather chair the chair was all ripped up… if I could get a refund I would it was a complete waste of 135. This hotel needs a complete redo and needs to be bought up to date! And also my check out was at 11 am. My keycard stopped working at 9 am I could not get back In My room.. this will be a no for me . I wouldn’t give this hotel 2 stars

Horrible first impression I arrived 20 minutes before the 3:00 check-in. I was told I would have to wait for check in. Then he changed the story to say they were waiting for a clean room. Then he changed the story again and said check in was at 4:00pm. Just the most horrifying experience I've ever experienced in my world travels. The front desk agent does not have a clue of what customer service is. Nice clean room!

We did not even stay at this location. We checked in, checked out the room that reached of bleach and left. We were checked in check in time is at three. It was not even done already exactly at four. We were in that building for 10 to 15 minutes tops I would not recommend this hotel for anybody.

For me I would only use this place for a one-night stay at best. I checked in at 11:00PM and was out by 5:30AM so for the price it worked.

The property looks like it use to be really. Indoor pool oasis, restaurant, event rooms, etc. Just a run down dump now 😕

It was obviously under renovation!!! Needs a lot of TLC. There was a black woman at the desk who was unfriendly and rude. I was asked for a $100. cash deposit which I have never been asked for before. Our room wasn't awful but my sister's had no hair dryer and no mirrors in the bathroom.

Property is in huge need of refurbishing. Concrete floor around pool very rough as half of tiles were missing. Pool is so dirty. Room did not have any blanket just bed sheet, upon complain was told that it is standard occurrence that cleaning staff steals duvets and blankets (!?). They moved us in another room and declared this “upgrade” and “free of charge”. If we did not arrive very late, would definitely look to another hotel to spend a night. Recommend to not consider this for any length of stay!

Great customer service

Ceiling tiles falling in the hall ways . Water dripping from roof /Pipe leaks. Mold on wet ceiling tiles . Stains on every carpet in room as well as the hall ways . Stains on the walls in room . I could go on and on . When I arrived they asked for a $100 room deposit. Cash only . Would not have stayed but I mayed a reservation and The date for a refund had expired two days before my arrival.

This hotel is about 60 yrs old. We had our prom there 1972. I know it's changed hands a few times. It filthy. The furniture and carpet are probably from 1st day. I thought since a new owner it would be remodeled. When i got there, the mgr was going over the rooms with someone on the phone. This 1 was dirty, this1 TV gone, this 1 smells. Right there I tried to cancel but couldn't. My room had the office chair that was all pealed. Punch hole in wall, dirty carpet, chipped paint, bath door rotting off. I have pics. The hallway had leaking ceiling tiles, carpet dirty and smells. Cigarette butts all over ground. Terrible experience. This shouldn't be opened till remodeled or torn down. I will never stay in this company's hotels ever again. I could go on. The heck of it all is very few things bother me at a hotel. This place is comparable to a nuclear waste dump.

Staff doing their best but the pool was closed due to a pumping problem, air conditioning not clean, rugs throughout hotel, uncleaned. Overall, ceiling, floors, furnishing, common grounds uncleaned. Hotel opened while doing construction. Building in general should be condemned.

Let’s just say the photos of the property didn’t match the reality.

I have been here a few times. Its comfortable, and the service is always above and beyond.
