The room had a terrible smell, the ice maker on our floor was broken. The breakfast was mediocre.

The staff is friendly. The place is clean but old. There is a musty smell when we first came in. The phone in the room did not work. Otherwise it’s a decent place to stay for one night

The room smelled like mildew. It was difficult to rest because of the horrible odor. Checkin-in took over 30 minutes because they did not receive our reservation. The itinerary number I received did not work with their system. It was ridiculous!

First room, broken toilet dirty carpets. They couldn't fix toilet and we changed room. Second room had so much mold and bad smell. Third room, had bad mold smell but it was better and we were to tired to move. Hallways had no air, were crumbling walls (not due to recent storm. Longer term issue. Elevator was torn walls and crumbling sheetrock. Its the worst hampton in. I have ever been to. I hope they can pull out of it and make necessary repairs.

It was not bad at all as far as most aspects of a hotel. Main issue was shower head and carpet. Shower head was on a cord and moved around in the holder and ended up getting sprayed as soon as I turned on the water it turned the shower head outward plus the carpet in the main room felt moist as though it had been cleaned/washed that morning. So had to wear shoes the hole time. The rest of the room was just a standard room.

Staff was great. Everything was great except that as soon as you opened the room door, there was a very heavy and lingering smell of mildew. Other than then that it was fine.

Hotel is old and in poor condition. And for the price - very disappointing

The place is run down and you hear freeway noise all night. ugh

Water backed up in bathtub, no stopper in bathroom sink, two out of four lightbulbs were out in bathroom fixture, window blinds didn’t work. If simple things like this are ignored, who is maintaining the important things like fire alarms and sprinkler systems?

We paid almost double the money we paid at other hotels on our trip and had to be changed to 3 different rooms because of roaches. The final room had dead bugs. We slept with all the lights on sitting up. If it hadnt been midnight and there was males with us, we would have left. Never ever again will I book thru expedia. I was told the hotel couldnt refund our money but expedia could. A few hours on the phone and 7 different numbers and still cant contact expedia

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had a couple issues with the room and a staff member came right up to address them. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety - ladies working it were cheerful and helpful. Aside from the noise coming from I 75 it was a quiet and restful stay.

The pool was shut down. Health department had to come. All the chairs were broken.

This seems to be a run down hotel that got purchased and turned into a Hampton with a mediocre facelift. The door was so old on the room, it was warped, and you could see through the edge into the hall. Made the room VERY loud! Obnoxiously loud, actually. Could hear doors constantly slamming, TVs, and conversations as if people were in the room. My room had someone’s old wet towel still hanging on the back of the bathroom door, and not sure if they actually changed the sheets or just made the bed, since the pillows smelled like perfume and cologne. Just not the standards of a Hampton I’m used to... and. It was extremely pricey for this stay! Won’t be back. On a positive note, the staff was friendly

Clean rooms and friendly staff. An older hotel but still clean and good breakfast.

TV didn’t work, too close to I75, listened to trucks all night. Shades didn’t block out the light. It was a handicap room but had a high step tub and too much furniture. Bed was awful. Only gave us two towels and two wash cloths. This room was $165 after all the fees. It had a very good rating but was an old tired hotel.

The hotel had a uncomfortable smell from the moment we walked it. I felt the need to shower the whole time I was in the room. A check of the bed revealed bed bugs. I checked out within 10 minutes. I was refused a refund due to booking 3rd party.

Hotel is old, dated and smells. Wife refused to stay there

The staff was very nice but the room was dirty. There were dead bugs and a used bandaid on the bathroom floor. The room had a bad odor. The sheets were torn. Worst of all there were bedbugs and I woke up with bites on my legs.
