I had a wheelchair accessible room. All the great amenities were there. Friendly check-in, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast .

Clean hotel with nice staff. If you want to sleep in though it’s not gonna happen. Very noisy early in the morning and housekeeping was trying to get through the door around 830 am. But if you’re an early riser it’s a great place to stay.

Totally clean comfy lost electricity during a storm but it was ok I have a power pack for my phone.

It was a nice place for a quick overnight stay with my dog while traveling.

Our stay was good. The room was clean and comfy. Yhe side door to the hotel didnt latch by itself.

Exterior: Hotel looks newer and was excited when entering inside. Interior: Hallways smelled, room had mold, bathroom vent leaked, shower looked as if it had been thrown together, over the bed was a growing black mold spot that had been painted over. The smell of black mold, while I try to sleep, has made me sick

Manager was extremely unhelpful in trying to resolve a situation in which something was missing from my room. This was on top of the fact that we had to go to front desk to get fresh towels almost every night.

The overall appearance of the facility was clean and appeared relatively new. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Did not use the pool. Breakfast was pretty standard for this type of motel

Driving 10+ hours to destination, stopped overnight to breakup drive. Excellent service checking in, best I’ve experienced since Covid changes. Newer hotel, convenient location off interstate. I was given a handicap room so I’ll assume location was at full booking. Room was clean, but could use a deep cleaning - walls, shower grout…details. Breakfast and coffee I pitched and stopped elsewhere after checking out. In general, I felt safe as a solo traveler and had a decent room.

I entered my room and it was stifling hot.The outside temperature was close to 100 F. The thermostat was set on 66- so I turned it to 72 thinking it had over-worked and shut-off. Then I fell asleep watching tv. I awoke at 10 pm because of the ungodly heat.i called the front desk and explained the problem. The lady was VERY snotty with me and insisted that with the thermostat set at 72- the heat is on. She told me to turn the thermostat to 68. I told her it was originally on 66 and was very hot when I entered the room. She said’”I heard you the first time. The thermostat needs to be set at 68. I said I would expect a different room if the room did not cool. “I know what my job is”, was the reply. I did not call back after that experience. It never cooled off. I keep my thermostat at 78 when I am home. So my guess is that the room was over 90. I have been staying here every week for the last month. I will NOT ne returning

Excellent service. Good customer service

This is a nice hotel and we have stayed many times before. This time our room smelled like a combination of cleanser, bug spray, and body order. They offered to change our room but there were no more king size rooms left, so we took a bottle a fabreese and made the best of it. The front desk lady was very friendly and empathized with the situation. Our stayed ended well with a good night sleep and a good breakfast. Hope they can find the source of the smell and correct it.

Excellent front desk clerk. Rooms super clean with faux wood. Only carpet is area rug under bed. Great for people with allergies! Pet fee only $25. Highly recommend if you need a night close to highway en route to your final destination.

Everything was good except the room key didn't work for the pool or the outside doors and one elevator wasn't working. Minor inconveniences. Very clean!

Hotel was very clean and good breakfast. I thought the reception person at check in and check out, could have been more friendly. They were polite and no issues, but I just didn’t get same happy friendly vibe as I get from other hotels. Also like the Tesla charging, I did use it.

Hair and body dispensers were empty but other than that the property was wonderful

I requested a handicap accessible room. Which means a walk in shower. Not a bathtub that an 82 year old woman can’t climb into. Lucky we were only there one night since we are traveling.

We had a great stay. Very clean and extremely helpful staff. Comfortable beds and the towels were a good size.

This was a very clean, new or renovated hotel. We had our little dog with us (she doesn’t shed-shihtzu) but there were no signs of animals before her at all. Smelled very clean no dog smell what so ever extremely nice shower. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great also, waffles you can make yourself and any other kind of continental breakfast bagels yogurt cereal grits oatmeal, etc. and they had other hot options like egg and cheese omelets, potatoes, link sausage and of course juice and coffee and other drinks. We would definitely stay at this location again very convenient to the interstate (75). Plenty of good restaurants around with in a couple Mins too. :-)
