Accommodations were ok. Beds very comfortable, room coffee pot didn’t work. Breakfast was eggs and sausage with the usual.

First the lobby was full of people either checking in or having problems with their keys or rooms. We got checked in, went to our room and it hadn’t even been cleaned yet. The hotel itself did not look appealing on the inside. We ended up just leaving and going to a different hotel, and was not able to get our money back.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. Hotel is is in process of updating the facility. Room is small but nice. This hotel was better than expected at this price point.

While en route to the hotel I booked a room with 1 queen bed. I showed the guy at the front desk my reservation and he said they are out of rooms with 1 queen and tried charging me for a double.
When I got to my room it was about 85 degrees inside and it finally cooled off when I checked out 10 hours later.

Everything is very run down. Carpet was coming up and was dirty. Musty moldy smell in the room. No shelves or place to put shampoo in the shower. Do not recommend and will not be staying there again.

Machine for the room door key was not working for the two days I was there
The clerk had to follow you to your room to let you in
On check out, the clerk was busy with the breakfast area and I waited over 25 minutes to have her get me back into my room to get my last suitcase out to my vehicle
There were numerous people waiting in line the day before and the clerk was on his phone with his support team and was getting no support

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, however I left a pair of earrings in the room and when I went back just a n hour or so after leaving they were not found. My bad for leaving them but I felt they should have still been there or been turned in to the front desk. It wasn’t that long

The stay was fine. Water pressure in the sink was low, fine in the shower. One of the three lightbulbs was burned out over the vanity, another was flickering and the last was fine. The highway was nearby so we expected some noise from that. It was windy and that made a little extra noise with the window heater/cooler (can't be helped). Good location to get to most things we wanted to get to.

I reserved and paid for a king room but none was available. I was told I could have a double queen room but I believe the beds were double beds. I was suppose to get a credit for the difference in room prices a. It gave yet to even see it. Also the first night was spent listening to several dogs barking!!! One was the room next to our room and I believe the second dog was across the halls I despise animals who take priority over another customer’s comfort. I don’t believe I will stay here again!!!

The employees were great! Hardworkers, professional and pleasant to deal with.
The other motel customers were unnecessarily loud and disrespectful to everyone. This went on every night, all night long into the early morning hours. Not faulting the motel just letting them know so they can make a few rounds to check on things at night, perhaps?

Amazing…would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. A much better recommendation than the Roadway Inn.

The staff here are really friendly, the only thing I think that needs improved is the maglocks on the doors, rarely work very well.

Some Outlets did not work. Refrigerator did not work, floor not clean, and clerk opened my door by mistake. Did apologize but greatly startled me. Was difficult to sleep after that.

The floor was dirty. The sink in the bathroom was dirty. Dried contacts on the counter all in all the property is in poor condition staff, however for nightly check in they were excellent.

The staff should have Vision Care added to their health plan to help them see the many dirty spots they missed. This is a far cry from Sleep inns I have stayed at in Tacoma, Dallas and Chicago, but sadly it is not uncommon for Billings hotels to be like this and you are best to increase your budget to get cleanliness. It was clear the room had not been vacuumed in weeks. The toilet and shower also had clearly not been cleaned in some time. If it was not so late and we were not so tired, we would have prompltly found another hotel. As always, sleep inns have comfortable beds and clean sheets.

The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned. The room had garbage on the bed and on the floor. The second room was not a King which I paid for. I will never stay there again.

There was a distinctive smell of natural gas near the lobby at one point. The breakfast was not well done. Coffee was awful and it appeared that cleaning solution rather than cranberry juice came out of the dispenser. We were charged more than the price confirmed on Expedia.

The hotel charged me double to stay. Didn’t refund my deposit for incidentals. The room smelled. The floor was damp and gross to walk on. There was dust on tv stand. The heater smelled when the heat turned on.

After my last stay where a male housekeeper opened the door to my room without giving me much time to answer, the GM addressed the situation and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. She also apologized profusely for his conduct. I appreciate seeing a GM taking pride in their work and desire to coach behavior in their staff.

It’s very clean and quiet. Definitely is my place of choice when I am in Billings.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we wanted for a 1-night stay. It was nice and quiet as they said this is their down time. Breakfast was great offering all that you could want to eat. Only downfall is that this is an older facility and needs some updating. The ice machine was out of order, our only disappointment.

The bathrroom was dirty with hair all over the place. Especially the shower. Bed was higher by about 3 inches on one end so sleeping on it was terrible

I checked into a room 269 it was freezing I sat for an hour with heater blasting nothing warmed up, dirty towels hanging in the closet, fridge was moldy, carpet was very stained. Let’s did not work walked up twice with non working keys made the front desk clerk come the last time and she used a new key and got in.
She was very apologetic stating they keep having problems with that room, so with the hotel obviously not full, why put me up there?
Moved to Second room was much better but lot of bandaid remodels.

Two things that most affect my hotel reviews:
1) The bathroom: The bathroom was not clean. The toilet looked like someone had a really bad time but who probably feels a lot better now.
2) Coffee: Single cup Keurig with one cup of regular coffee and three decaf. I drank the good one and threw the three unused decaf cups in the trash where they belong.

The shower was not clean. Had hair and dirt from someone else. Hot and cold water in the sink were backwards. Dangerous for kids if they don't know that.

Unhelpful staff and double charged me for one night. Staff said the only thing i can do is dispute it with my bank.

It's a decent, basic motel that I've been staying at for over a decade when in Billings. Easy access to I-90.
