Staff was excellent! Clean comfortable room. Only complaint was handicap room didn’t have walk in shower.
Restaurant dinner was excellent but breakfast was understaffed. Overall a good experience!

Very clean and comfortable. It was in walking distance to the ferry. The only negative thing is that the restaurant on site closed before it was advertised.

Stayed here for a concert at Mohegan Sun. Only about a 20 minute drive to the casino. And it was great because it was just down the road from the ferry back to Long Island. All the staff is very nice.

I was taking my Mom out for her 83rd Birthday. We stayed here because it was close to the water and close to the casino. The room was spacious and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. It was so comfortable. She had one of the best rests she has had in a long time. Thank you!

London down the road from the pier. It was SailFest, the staff did a great job keeping the lot clean and available.

We waited for two hours for our room and our room was't cleaned well. The bedspread was pulled up a little and a few bath towels were left butm no handtowiels or facecloths. We also didn't receive any clean cups and not all garbage was emptied.

Limited staff on site. Hotel had plumbing issues during our stay leading to unusable water coming out of the taps.

Was looking forward to a hot shower once i checked in that night, unfortunately the water wasn't even warm. Instead it was cool. I spoke to someone at the front desk the next morning and i had hot water by the time i came back from my outing.

Easy check in actually checked in earlier than 4:00 p.m. no problem construction outside in the road which is not the hotel's fault. The bed was good but I think they could use some mattress topper as the bed was a little too firm. The place was clean room was good they have a bar downstairs in the lobby which is nice. Just a good experience other than the bed. Woke up Bones were aching back was hurting. Just a suggestion to get mattress toppers for the bed

Hotel is tired, there is no coffee in the lobby to grab and go. Room needs more bedside outlets. Hotel just overall needs a facelift. It was clean though and staff was friendly.

Perfect place to stay that is close to Connecticut College, in walking distance to lots of breakfast places and coffee shops and walking distance from the train station! Very convenient! The staff was awesome, pleasant and professional. We had a perfect stay!

The room was clean and the area felt safe. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. It isn't fancy but has all the essentials. I would have appreciated a heads-up about the required $100 security deposit, though.

My stay at the New London Holiday Inn was wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is walking distance to the train station and the restaurants on Bank Street.
