The lady who checked me and was very kind and helpful. It was very comfortable place to be for one night. Wouldn’t mind staying there again.

Great service very comfortable bed clean inside beautiful bathroom and shower

The hotel is located in a very good spot near stores and restaurants. However the condition inside the room was horrible, the bathtub was disgusting it had a rim all around it and so did the toilet. Luckily for us we were visiting local family and we got to use their shower instead, we paid extra to get and extra bed and all we got was a sofa bed with no blankets, when we asked for a blanket they said they had run out. Also just fyi the surrounding people were loud, hanging outside in the hallways and smoking like chimney. I wouldn’t bring my kids here again.

Room is space'ish, bed was comfy but the Wifi would drop out often.

Don't like the cash deposit of $200 and $100 on bank card ! The deposit should match the. Back card deposit its just am incoviemce to have to wait for the monies to be put back on the bank card

At first the place looked great but the room was not too good. There were hairs on the toilet and in the bath tub. The drain was full of hairs and needed a good cleaning. The first night we were cold, as there was no blankets around. The next night I went to the front desk and ask for one. I’d love the location though, as well as the great treatment of the front desk attendant. Also, the continental breakfast was just breads and yogurt. No eggs, no bacon/sausages, no fruit.

We had to leave this property because of stains on the walls and beds. Walked up to room and it smelled like homeless people had urinated on the pavement. I've never seen anything so horrible. We would have had to sleep in the car but thankfully the front desk person refunded our money and let us go to another suitable hotel. I'm not sure but I think this is a government hotel for homeless.

It was a quiet hotel and i felt very safe there. The breakfast was amazing and it was good to help start the day! Love the waffles!

The stay was okay. The tub needed to be cleaned. The pillows were stained. They only gave us 2 small hand towels. 2 med towels. I decided to call front dest to realize there was no phone in thw room. Used my phone to look up on Google to call front dest and ask for towels the next day. For the fromt dest to state I had to go to pick them up at the front desk all the way in the front of the property because no service. I jad to drive at 7am to the front of the property to pick up 3 large towels Which were med sized not 3 large bath towels. Everything else was clean Fridge was plug-in and not even cold. They beds were comfortable.

Older hotel that was recently remodeled, but some of the furniture is old and in need of refurbishment or replacement. Shower head was completely clogged with calcium, refrigerator was leaking water, no hair dryer, no iron, bed was hard and uncomfortable. Only saving graces were the pillows were surprisingly comfortable and the breakfast was awesome! Also the people at the front desk were very friendly. If you need a cheap hotel to crash for the night this sufficient, but would not stay for more than 1 night.

The place itself is dated, but still kept semi clean. Check in was easy, the most frustrating part about the whole experience was the directions when using the address on hotels.com. It leads you across the street from the property to a residential area. Other than that everything was ok.

We asked that our room be serviced and it was not. We had to track down the housekeeper in the laundry room to get clean towels. I really like the hotel and the location just wish they honored our request.

Terrible decision to take this hotel is no clean

Our room had 2 bathrooms and both had leaks in their bathtubs. One light was burnt out, beds were very uncomfortable. Property is so spread out we had to drive to the lobby to get “breakfast”

We had blood on our sheets the first night. The second and third nights were just got random bites on our body.

The pictures definitely lie. This place was very disappointing, disturbing and disgusting. They only surface lean with very strong bleach. The floors looked like they had never been mopped or swept. The walls looked like a crime scene, along with the lamp shades. The window shades were broken, the bathroom needed a major makeover and it looked like there had been a flood. Major water damage. For what they charge, they should use that to remodeled this place. They completely take advantage of being close to Knottsberry Farm and other things. You can tell the guest there where long term guest aswell. A very sketchy hotel set up. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere else or pay the same amount to stay a little further away. trust me on this and uber to the park. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Ill never atay there again.

It was all terrible. This place shouldn’t be considered a hotel it should be considered a motel. Check in was terrible. I had an older Asian man he was rude as hell gave lots of attitude and from then on I was not even trying to be there anymore. We only stayed because my husband was too nice. The lady that checked us out was very nice though. We found a cockroach in the room we were given, we could hear everyone in or outside the hotel, and it’s was overall just very sketchy looking. I would not recommend bringing your children here, I would never bring my child here. Don’t let the photos and price fool you people. Oh and the ceiling was pealing and breaking off.

The family suites are right next to the freeway and a off ramp is right there ,thats the view,traffic all night long so theres no getting any sleep,asked about changing rooms but told the big rooms are all that side. The room needed to be cleaned better walls and doors dirty,crumbs in the pull out sofa,sheets didn't look like they were changed from the last guests Breakfast was a joke waffles or cereal,oatmeal packets were hard so no telling how long they were there so the kids wouldn't eat anything.Over all just a bad place to stay only reason we stayed was it was big enough for a family of 5 .plus theres something strange going on dont know if the use part of it for a halfway house or something but it was weird.

This is our second time staying at Buena Park and we loved it! The staff is always nice, our room is always clean and the breakfast is good.

Room faced the freeway. It was very loud. Rooms are definitely outdated and old. Beds were not the most comfortable. But for the price we paid. It was what we needed

Room next to freeway off ramp. No heat in hot tub pool area. Room was not made on two night stay. ETC…….

We stayed 4 days at this place and only once did they come by to do our beds and bring us towels. But even the towels I don't think they gave us clean ones. The towels were folded and placed and the racks, but they were all wet. As if they folded the used towels and put them back on the racks. The only good thing was the price.

My experience was great. Everyone i came in contact with was awesome.

Breakfast was good even if it was a small selection. The room we booked was sold out when we arrived to check in so they upgraded us to two rooms (connecting) which was great because that gave us two microwaves and two fridges and I was able to put all four teens into a room together giving hubby , 6,7 and myself much more space. The bathroom counter was peeling and the door was hard to roll (barn door style) but the water stayed hot. AC worked great

We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed the location, price and overall what we got for the price. This time around was not so pleasant. The entire hotel needs attention, remodeling and simple upgrades in the room and a good deep clean. The saving point was the staff they were all pleasant! Unfortunately I will never book this location again, even though how great of a location it is in.

The room was overall clean , some tear and wear of the furniture and tub area. However, 2 lights were not working and that was very inconvenient specially the one sink.

I’ve stayed here before and never had any issues, but this last stay we did have cockroaches making appearances and we had to return to office 2x to get our card to work because it wouldn’t read on the door lock system. Location is convenient but I will not be returning due to the roaches.

You get what you pay for. Beds were very comfy. Water pressure sucks. Hot tub was lukewarm. Beeakfast was enough for being free. Watch for the tours that stay there. You would think they had a preschool group staying. Went for bfast the 1st morning and every table was full of plates and cups like these people were at a restraunt. Absolutly disgusting and this was NOT the hotels fault. Grown ass adults eating food provided with their room rate and they have no courtesy to clean up after themselves. Just up and left the table for the hotel to take care of. SO if your a Tour operator taking these guests around.. do better. OR you can clean up after them!!! This shouldnt even be a discussion its plain manners.

The location was very near Portos and few mins drive to Disneyland and hotel is located just after freeway exit. Rooms were not bad.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The complex felt much more like a motel than a hotel. There were also small roaches in my room. Price doesn’t quite meet the quality of the hotel. Location is convenient but you still need a car to really get anywhere. The TVs are awful. Small and specifically programmed to an inconvenient remote. I’d come back but only in a pinch (and without the roaches).

It was clean until there was ants and roaches found in the night. They came out the tub when turning on the water. I wish I could have gotten a refund for this.
