The service desk wonderful. Very friendly at all times. The breakfast was great with great variety.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the building and room looked. It has been well maintained and the current staff are friendly and fast. Travelocity does not show the $35 pet fee so I was surprised by that during checkin.

Rude room not clean l, refrigerator not working, did have bag carts and looked riding At my transgender date I had with me, had no ATM and can drinks were 2 dollars. There was no breakfast served. I am dis disgusted

HUGE roaches scattering everywhere

It is just a nice quiet hotel that happened to be in a convenient area for me to stay while in the area for just one night. I didn't need additional Amenities but there are plenty of food options nearby within a couple mile area some within half a mile

Mattress was worn out. A/C did cool well.

Bad part of town

very dirty carpets throughout. dark rooms. old and door to room was hard to open and water system was loud.

Pool was closed. We were looking forward to going for a swim but the pool was non operational.

We had a little issue with our reservation with the middle man NOT with Comfort Inn. The staff at Comfort Inn really went above and beyond to get it straightened out. Even got us in our room so we could go eat after driving for 13 hours, while they helped resolve the booking issue. They were fantastic! We have an elderly parent and 2 sisters in that town so we will definitely be back and I will definitely stay again.

We wanted to visit Silver Springs State Park and this hotel location is perfect. It’s very close to stores, gas station and was a safe place to stay. The price was good, the breakfast was good. The carpet I believe needs to be cleaned and there was no blackout curtains.

We love comfort inns and once again it was a great experience. Staff was extremely nice. Our room looked out over the pool area the grounds were well maintained daily. I really enjoyed the room big comfy beds. The mattress was like sleeping on air! Omg the smell was so amazing! Not sure what they use but it was comforting and helped me sleep 💤. Bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of towels and supplies. Over all a wonderful stay as always. *this has nothing to do with the hotel or staff. It’s for other guest who bring pets. If you choose to bring your furry little chew goblin then take proper care of them. Traveling with your pets can be stressful to them. Use your kennels or calming methods. Hotels and other businesses should not suffer damages to their properties or furnishings due to your inability to maintain control of your fur nugget. Control your pets. We will probably need to come back to that area again and will stay there again.

Decent, clean, and quiet stay.

Group of people at the front entrance being loud and intoxicated. People walking from room to room all night. 3rd floor felt like a Sauna. It was so hot! Shower door was dirty. You can tell it’s not being cleaned properly. You could see the dirt from previous showers..place is a dump.

It was an older property that is in need of renovations. Friendly staff and ok for 1 night traveling thru the area.

Marissa the manager was so helpful with adult using walker! She was so pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure meeting her!

The room needed some obvious TLC. The fridge looked needed cleaning, it had left over foods. The tub for the shower needs a good scrubbing. I checked out earlier than planned due to the overall condition of the room.

Room was extremely hot. Air conditioner didn't work to it's full potential. Lobby was hot too.

Good value. Room have beennupdate but still show some signs of age. Staff was very friendly and they had cereal which is all I eat for breakfast so I was happy. Yes they have a waffle maker. I would stay here again. Oh, elevator was out which made for a pain to uae the stairs. I suspect theyll have that fixed.

Time for an update. Carpets need to be replaced, they are worn/stained. Pool furniture is stained, broken and worn out.

Breakfast was OK!

This property was absolutely disgusting. I almost checked out and left in the middle of the night, it was hard to sleep I was so grossed out by the hotel, rooms, carpet, halls, all of it. I do not recommend this property and will never stay at another comfort inn being that their standards of how they keep the property appear unclean and careless.

The best place to get some peace and quiet

The room was clean breakfast was good. Check in was great!

We stayed three nights and every encounter we had with hotel staff was always welcoming, positive, and very guest-focused! And that applied to every staff member, from check-in, to room-cleaning, to maintenance (to have the TV cable box rebooted). I don’t recall being treated so well by hotel staff in all of my travels!

Clean and fresh beds, but carpeting should be sanitized to eliminate stale odor.
