Plenty of clean parking, well labeled. Friendly , welcoming customer service. Breakfast was general. It was ok. Unfortunately, 3 jugs of coffee were out of coffee by 8am. Had apple juice and milk. The wifi in the room wasnt strong enough to watch a complete movie with loading every 10mins. The shower water pressure was very lite.

Disappointed with lack of elevator. Room was satisfactorily quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Appreciated having a fridge and microwave. However there was some minor items that hadn’t been properly cleaned in the room - some trash hadn’t been swept under the a/c unit and some boogers were smeared on the bathroom wall.

Had to stay for one night with my wife checked in after 9. Wanted to take a shower and there were no towles, went down to the office and i asked the man behind the window for a few towles and rudely blurts out nope. No towles. I asked when will there be any available and he replied hopefully tomorrow around 10am. The experience was the worst ive ever had and will never stay with them again not even for free. Needless to say the room was not even clean.

When we first got there they had lost our reservation so we ended up having to reserve a different room with 1 less bed than we asked for. Then the room itself had stains everywhere and so many ants

Second room and my only other choice has mildew and mold all over the bathroom walls and the main room ceiling had parts that were falling off

Everything went smoothly except the electric car chargers were not free and I couldn't get them to work even after downloading their app. Employees didn't know how to use them either.

I was unaware prior to my arrival that along with the room’s 2-day cost ($248) that an additional $150 dollar deposit would be added to the room. Upon my arrival, I asked the clerk about the charge where she told me that it would not be charged to me. I checked out with no other services fees added to the original bill. However, one day after I got home the $150 hold he was deducted from my card. Needless to say that I am furious, finding this to be to an absolute travesty, not to mention piracy to the highest degree.

Stayed here for its close proximity to City of Hope. It was clean and convenient. However, lobby was locked - had to speak to front desk through a window. They offer breakfast- but again locked in the morning and front desk person wasn’t there at check out or breakfast time. So we we had to skip it. Overall, it’s a decent place to sleep

I choose this area because of the location and safe area. The associate that check us in when out of their way to make sure we were happy. The first room had water on the floor, the second seem that it was not clean but when we were about to give up a leave, she got a a clean nice room and apologized. We came out happy

They recently updated their rooms. The area is nice and quiet would definitely recommend. There is no pool but there is a community pool across the street. Close to plenty of eateries and shopping.

Awful. I felt unsafe due to over packed parking area along with dark and damp room. I left immediately and I still haven’t received my $150 deposit. I plan on disputing this entire transaction as it was advertised as a Deluxe or high end room, but it was anything but luxury.

The facility was not clean and did not meet our expectations. We walked into the room walked into the bathroom and the shower had brown stains on the shower floor. The entire room was just it anywhere me and my kids would lay our heads. I immediately left/checked out and booked a hotel to our liking. I would not recommend this place.

We stayed two nights and wasn’t bad at all. Liked how the area was quiet and dint really hear anyone through the walls. It’s not super fancy but the bed was nice and so were the pillows. I would stay again!

Great and easy access from the highway, and it was a nice, pleasant stay. You can tell the place is aging and needs some improvements/updating, but it was comfortable and everything worked fine except the TV, which we could not get to work right, but we were only there 1 night so it wasn't a problem.

The room was very clean including the refrigerator and microwave. It was spacious and the receptionist was kind to offer me a room at 238 so I won’t be too close to the road. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They offered a nice shampoo and conditioner brand. The shower current however, was weak.

2nd floor room was clean except for the bug climbing up the shower curtain when I took my bath after a long day. bed was clean but waaaaay too hard for my bad back. Lots of pillows was nice. Next time I'll call ahead and ask for a room on ground floor and newer bed.

Clean and spacious room. Recently remodeled with hard floors, desk, well lit. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

The hotel really needs some upgrades. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not even working. Suggest providing an additional slide door in the standing bathroom to avoid water spilled. Room needs to be repainted. Give customers at least two keys instead of one. Suggest welcoming customers through the office front door instead of speaking the receptionist through a glass window (first impression is very important). I did not even want to ask for wifi password since I just stay for two nights.

Second time staying here, over all great.. found hairs in the towels & bathroom floor. Children were running & yelling at 6 am so was woken up from that but other than that all was good. Would book again
