Very clean. Quiet. Approximately 10 minutes from the main strip.

First floor room right near the exit door. Very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good, very busy on this particular Sunday morning.

Very nice hotel-large inviting foyer, large ADA room and bath, coffee service in room and hallway, microwave and fridge in room, window AC/heat was perfect. Hot breakfast was perfect. Very large breakfast area filled with windows. Beautifully decorated for Christmas with carols playing. Will stay here again.

Nice room, half roll of toilet paper, four tissues in kleenex box, had to clean filters on heater/ air conditioner. Air conditioner was on when it was 32 degrees outside. Breakfast was mediocre.

The staff were short handed. Asked several times for clean towels and empty trash and was not done, Staff were on a constant break

So, in the shower the know was covered in black mold. Its an old hotel so yes the carpet and tile just look dirty if they werent... i am not a fan of light when im sleeping. The door leaks lights. The window leaks light. The only good thing about this hotel is the pool. It was clean. It was warm. It didnt reak of chlorine. The hot tub is small but nice. For the price it was a fine stay. Oh and the breakfast was small. And they only had potatoes with cinnamon on them. So that was wierd. No pop. No water. Out of juice. Only waffles sausage and powder eggs cereal and toast oh and so mamy mandarine oranges.

Our view was the back side of the tower. No view at all. The air was very weak. The bed was hard. There was a french fry in the bathroom floor when we got there. When we left someone had been in our room to replace towels without us asking , with all our belongings and shopping bags in the room. Felt very uncomfortable. Will never be back.

We have stayed here before and it was wonderful not so much this time. Pillows hard. Bed was okay. 1 bug in bathroom. Breakfast not very good. Eggs very runny. No orange juice. There 3 nights and disappointed

The room was clean. Pillows were very hard. I would suggest a coffee pot upgrade in the rooms. That's just picky stuff, the room was clean and they came in and made up the bed and straightened up. I love that they have that option.

Not a secure property!! My roommate left his key in the room when he went to his vehicle to retrieve something. He reported the woman at the desk made him a new key at his request without verifying any information. The room was not in his name and he did not check in. He reported the employee was on her cell phone talking to someone in a foreign language and didn’t act concerned at all. He could have been a thief trying to gain access to my room to steal something or harm me. Scary!!

Our stay was terrible. Traffic noise all night, our bed was so uncomfortable. The right side was broken down so bad that when we sat on it to tie our shoes we almost slid to the floor. Oh there was no chair except poorly desk chair. Worst night sleep! The jacuzzi tub had been removed leaving a BIG open space in the room that could hold a chair! Lighting was very poor. Electrical outlet kept dropping our phone charging cord. Refrigerator was cool, not cold. Bathroom floor had a rough spot that my sock got snagged on. Breakfast was not all that good too and we got there before 7 AM and any crowd. Attendant yelled across the room to another guest telling her how to fix her waffle. Cloth seats in dining area were stained. Overall VERY BAD! We've stayed here before and never had such an experience! Won't return!

Our stay was wonderful 11/26/24 .We will be back to Branson Towers Hotel .. We want to say Thank you to the lady working in the Gazebo's( Kitchen Area). She was a wonderful person !Our family and another family enjoyed her company!

It was an okay stay. Have stayed there before, stayed again because of the comfortable beds and pillows. The room was clean and had been remodeled, but floor felt like the mopping solution wasn't right because floor was a little sticky in places. Front desk at check-in could have handled their snafu between them a little better than at the desk.

Hotel smell bad like a barn. rooms smelled like a barn. no water pressure in the shower. had to find room service for towels. hotel ran out of towels. had to ask r wry day fir clean towels. the free breakfast was awful. the only nice offered was orange juice and it was watered down.

It was ok. The shower did not drain well. As soon as you turned on the water I was standing in over two inches of water.

Easy check-in staff was very friendly checking in. All staff had great atmosphere smiling friendly caring on conversations with people. The room was very clean had plenty of space. The hotel itself overall is a five-star rating The entry was a great display of architectural. Had a great stay and it was a great experience.

Beautiful hotel, with minamal effort for bkft.Slightly warm, watery eggs,sm. greast sausage patty, canned oranges. Coffee in hallway?? Three waffle makers for a massive crowd,one toaster. Large dining room.

Lots of reviews said this hotel had a wonderful breakfast. During our 2 night stay breakfast opened 5 minutes late and was just typical breakfast. No fresh fruit and a typical amount of options. 2nd morning. Opened late again but his time no coffee. While people are waiting for breakfast to open late at least have coffee available. You say there is coffee 24/7 but not true! Also water pressure on 3rd floor is horrible!!

This isn’t a fancy place but it’s clean and staff is friendly. It’s in a safe place off the beaten path but close enough to everything.

Clean rooms and hallway's. A great hot breakfast every morning that would cost 12 to 15 dollars in a restaurant. This is the fourth time we’ve stayed there and we will again on our next trip to Branson.
