Room clean. Room and hotel is dated. Needs refreshing updates, especially considering other hotels nearby.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and smelled good too. I would definitely stay there again.

First room they gave me, you had to go up two steps once you got to the second floor. This was impossible when you are handicapped and have a luggage cart full of items. When I told the attendant, he made me feel like I was bothering him in order to change the room. The AC/heat unit made a lot of noise all the time so much you couldn't hear the TV, so we turned it off and ran it while we were out. Everything was old and chipped, and the bed was uncomfortable. The free breakfast food was poor, so we went to a restaurant for the remaining days.

Internet was unreliable. Dropped out frequently and extremely slow. (e.g. Email images would not load, Sites would not load completely.) This was the same regardless of device used.

It is an older property and could really use some updating.

We checked in late (with a reservation) on a Saturday night and were given the final room left in hotel. The room was not clean (dirty rags in the corner, makeup splatters on the wall, dirty hand print on the wall in the bathroom among other fun surprises). In addition, the room smelled moldy but when we asked about changing rooms we were told there were no other rooms. In the morning, we realized that the room not only smelled moldy but was incredibly moldy. There was significant mold on the ceiling in 8-9 places, all around the AC unit, and the window which the light of day made much more visible. We asked for another room but it was still sold out so we checked out that morning and moved to a different hotel. Since that point we have been trying for over a week to get a refund for the second night of our stay even though we checked out after the first morning and didn't stay the second night. We have gotten run around after run around and are fed up with this hotel! It was awful.

juice machine not working. Sad version of eggs. Not much in size of toiletries. Not great experience
