The rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

I was expecting more of a hotel type of building. But this is like a Motel 6. Rooms facing the parking lot. Also, don't be fooledby the "jetted tub" claim. Its not a separate jacuzzi in the room. It's literally just the (not particularly big) bathtub.

The fourth was clean the beds and all the bad things that have a bad smell of wet and breakfast is just coffee and juice and cookies I think it lacks more presence to breakfast.

Ac wasnt working it would turn off at night. Room smelled like smoking and I had my little girls with me. Its very outdated and pictures were different in expedia.

The breakfast options were very limited. The pool was out of order. No elevator to get to second floor with heavy suitcases.

The side door to come inside to our room was not working, we had to call front desk to let us in our room.
Breakfast was old, not fresh.
We found dead bugs by the bed.
The only plus was the lady who worked the front desk in the morning, who was very helpful and nice.

The room had a bad odor as did the hallway. The elevator was out of order. The bathroom and vanity were too small to be functional.

Very decent hotel, clean and good price. Not great but does enough for a quick night away from the city.

The location wasn’t bad. Room was definitely dated. Remote to tv didn’t work. Ac didn’t really cool the room off.

Lights on all night outside shining into the room. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. One small thing we didn't like was that the toilet is really low. Very inconvenient for my hubby.

They need to change the carpeting ,the second you enter you’re hit with a old carpeting misty smell. If you’re 6 feet tall or your waist line is more than 20 inches toilet seat is not for you

Everything was nice and clean. Only thing I didn’t like was the pool closing at 10. Wishing it was open till midnight. Breakfast menu needs some kind of bread/croissant/bagel options.

If i could give this hotel a 0 rating I would... Has a moldy smell, shower leaked all night long, iron didnt work, they didnt have a phone in the room. If I needed service I had to walk down to the office. AC tured off all day and night to were I had to get up and turn back on.

Bed was way to firm for us but managed to sleep fairly well. Wouldn't have been able to do 2 nights in a row though. Furnishing were in good shape and had been replaced in recent years.

This property is a perfect location for anyone having an appointment at the Physicians’ hospital next-door. It was very safe and easy parking. There is a Pappasito’s a few blocks away and a target store. I would stay there again.

The front desk told me that someone else had a reservation in my name. Then ask me who was with me and if they made a reservation. I said i was with my 12 yr old daughter. When i asked what the name was the lady told me i was asking too much. She then told me i would need to get $100 cash for a room deposit because of my child even thought the room was already paid for. The ATM was $5 so i had to drive to a Chase bank. At check out to get my $100 back i had to wait to have someone go and check my room before i could get my money. THIS WAS A DAYS INN! The kitchen sink, refrigerator and microwave were on the side of the bed! Dont waste your time or money. Spend $20 more and be happy without the hassle!

Motel and road under construction. We weren’t prepared. Windows taped off. Not very appealing since we weren’t informed beforehand. First room smelled like pot. Had to change rooms. Would have left but already paid for
