The rooms are fairly nice, although they are quite small. The television has old-fashioned channel selection, where you have to look through the channels to find what you want to watch. The coffee maker in the room was not working and they do not offer free coffee in the lobby. They have a Starbucks in the lobby, but there is some type of complication with it; the Starbucks had a very limited menu and it took the employee extremely long time to process these transaction. The hotel restaurant and bar had limited available items and they were out of many of their popular items. The front desk staff was very friendly and they were accommodating by giving me a late check out as I requested. Overall, I would say that this hotel is good not great.

Excellent hotel to stay at in Harrisburg. Very clean and very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The best beds and pillows ever!!

My stay was not bad. Check in was super easy and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated. The cleanliness of the bathroom, not good. Needs a deep cleaning. Woke up to a cockroach staring at me on the bathroom floor. I will not be staying here again. Also, plan on another $25/day for parking.

Rooms appeared to be newly remodeled, very clean. The area unfortunately is somewhat sketchy, many beggars and homeless on the streets.

The neighborhood was concerning. Next door was a bus stop with many homeless staying plus it acted as a meal kitchen as well. I witnessed a gang of masked dirty bike riders popping wheelies with loud "cherry bomb" mufflers riding recklessly down the street in front of the hotel. In the hotel, there was no gym, but it did have a pool. Parking is $25 a day plus tip, as valet is their only option.

Just a quick overnight trip with my husband as our son just moved to Harrisburg. Great location, nice and clean, nice lobby

The hotel is pretty weathered and could use some updates. The water machine in the gym was not working. The room had damp carpets as if it was just cleaned and smelled a bit musty. The hotel was fine as it was priced very affordably for an overnight stay.

Overall the experience was good, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Our issue was with parking, motorcyclists beware. Parking service charged full price but are not qualified to handle your motorcycle - so no valet, same price for self-park. We agreed to pay the full amount and park/take out our bike ourselves, following any instructions they provided. For some odd reason, they were refusing to let us park if we didn’t leave our keys - why would I leave you my keys if I am the only one that will move it? Risk that one of your employees, probably not familiar with bikes, try and move it and drops it? We ended up parking across the street in the municipal garage. Felt safer.
