The setting on the Rhein is beautiful. I enjoyed dining outside and watching the sunset from the patio. It was nice to take a dip in the pool. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is incredible!

Another wonderful stay at this property. I love staying at this hotel when we visit family in Bonn. Convenient and easy to get to with parking. 3 EV chargers in the basement.

Hotel was good. Area round about very run down. Walk along the banks of the Rhein was good. No restaurants near the hotel open so we had to dine in the hotel, food was good.

We had an amazing stay here, the hotel was wonderful and the area was beautiful, would highly recommend. Only downside is parking is quite expensive and the swimming pool although inside wasn't heated, but overall a fantastic stay and the staff were also very helpful and attentative

Visited the last week of January, the hotel was not busy. The gym cable weight machine is old, and needs some safety upgrades.

Amazing hotel!! The room was huge and so comfortable, with a large bed, an armchair, a large TV with a desk and the te, coffee and kettle set. I booked mainly for the swimming pool and spa, which is very good (wish they had the steam room and the water of the swimming pool was heated though) and with long hours. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices, although unfortunately the dining room was very crowded as the hotel is really big: I believe they should add more water/juice station to avoid long lines. All in all an amazing and relaxing stay!

We had a magnificent stay. Andrea was able to accommodate us for early check in, after more than 24 hrs of travel for us. We had a very pleasant experience.

Being next to Rhine river and many restaurants

The location of the area is wonderful, and the hotel itself is decent. The breakfast was delightful, and the facilities were generally good. However, we encountered an issue during our stay in late May—the temperature inside the room was insufficiently cool for comfortable sleep. Despite our attempts to use the AC, we were informed that it was not operational until later in the summer, which was different from our experience at other hotels on this trip where the AC was available without any problems. To alleviate the situation, we had to resort to keeping the window fully open, but even then, the room remained uncomfortably warm, although slightly improved. Additionally, due to its proximity to the main street and the train station, the room was excessively noisy and bright. The train's constant activity throughout the night made it incredibly challenging to get a good night's sleep. We raised all these concerns with the reception, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful in addressing the issues. Furthermore, when we sought a refund, we were informed that it was not possible because we had booked through hotels.com. Adding to our disappointment, this particular hotel was the most expensive one we stayed in during our trip, and the overall experience did not justify the high cost.

We went there for a conference and had no complaints at all. Everything went so well the organizer has already booked the event for next year! So that should tell you the quality of this hotel.

The hotel is nice even if the female receptionist gave the first impression of being a bit irritated when asking questions too fast. I was told waiting because I was an hour before time and no room ready. Five minutes later I approached the make receptionist who called the housekeeping and immediately got a room. The design of the windows is a total mistake. You have a wide horizontal bar in the lower half of the window, completely taking the Rhine River view whether sitting on the bed or the chairs in the room. You can only enjoy by sitting on the floor or standing up. These windows should all be changed in the future as the extra price for the view is high. Otherwise it’s a nice place and I’m actually arriving back for another stay while writing this review. The breakfast and the staff is wonderful and the Königswinter is very beautiful as is the whole surrounding area.

Good hotel, very large and nice location. Lots of activities in the high season to do for families as well.

Nice hotel. Rooms are decent and clean, great shower. Great breakfast, coffee not so good. View on the river Rhine and Dragonsberg. Staff was correct but not overly friendly. Hotel is not easy to reach by car.

Rummen var fina och anläggningen bra. Servicen däremot var usel. Ingen information om spa avdelningen, inga handdukar i spa avdelningen. Vi fick ingen info vid incheckningen och receptionspersonalen inte tillmötesgående. Nonchalant bemötande i restsurangen, vi fick vänta i över en timma på maten och ingen ursäkt. Även lm hotellanläggningen är fin så kommer vi inte tillbaka pga av service och bemötande.

Toller und sehr freundlicher Empfang inklusive Service. Hilfsbereitschaft und die Zufriedenheit der Gäste steht hier an oberster Stelle. Aufgrund der momentanen Situation (COVID-19) ist es nicht gerade einfach, alles dem Gast zu ermöglichen. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und professionell. Werden gerne mal wieder einen Besuch im Maritim in Königswinter einplanen. Vielen Dank und bis bald

Schönen Blick auf den Rhein ein kleiner Nachteil war die Straßenbahn Linie 66 direkt vor dem Fenster. Das war recht laut. Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen und der Service war sehr nett. Handling der Fernbedienung von Fernseher etwas kompliziert. Der Pool ist ok. Leider wurde die Kaffeebar in der Lobby nach dem Wochenende abgebaut. Das war sehr schade. Schade auch, daß die Parkplätze an den Hotels immer recht teuer sind. Hier waren es 16,00 Euro die Nacht.

Location was great, near to river.
