This hotel is filthy. I left. Horrible. Hair everywhere in the bathroom and stains all over the bedding room smelled like cigarettes.

Checked I got our key was apparently interrupting the guys dinner. Went to put stuff in room walk way was pitch black, found our room walked in and it was hot as heck in there. Went to try and adjust the thermostat and picked up the remote, which was held together by cardboard, not able to turn on and as soon as I picked it the batteries fell out. The comforter had stains all over it then the sheets apparently were clean but had marker stains all over them. The pillows were stained and musty so all linens went to the floor. We had brought our own sheets and pillows with us thank goodness. Brought the remote to the guy at the counter and he went through 5 different sets of batteries and couldn’t get the remote to work and told me he had to find a remote. Went back to the room get ready to take a shower and there was no hot water! So after a long day at the hospital with testing got to take a cold shower. the water dripped all night long because it wouldn’t turn off all the way. Slept with one eye open and went to check out this am only by virtual and was told they couldn’t give my deposit back until after 7am. I pitched a little fit and they did refund my deposit after much discussion. For the amount we were charged $100.00 it was definitely like a $50 a night room. Don’t recommend a night there again and there was no one to talk to about getting another room or refund.

We have stayed here many times. The staff is super friendly and the location is great. You can walk to many restaurants and bars. We just always have issues with our room‘s AC and hot water. The beds are comfy and the rooms are big but we really just want cold quiet AC and a shower with consistent hot water. We do t spend much time at the hotel because we are visiting our college kids.

The room was not even average at best less than mediocre first off when I arrived the room key didn’t work and when I got into the room the door fell off the top swinging hinge there was no thermostat on the wall the sheets were not changed had burn holes in them from previous customers and the shower does not work properly even though the rate of the room was cheaper than most it should be clean and in working order I’m not asking for a Hyatt stay but I would at least like clean sheets and a hot shower

The worst hotel! I waste my money but I didn’t stay there, ended up finding another hotel. The hotel was dirty, I felt scared since I was by myself and there was a group of men outside of the front entrance, it seems like it was drug dealing going on there. DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL, WORST HOTEL!

Becoming my regular stay when I visit Busch Garden. Walking distance to food, retail, and the park itself. Friendly staff not sure of young lady at front that has checked me in on each visit but she takes great care of us. Pet friendly and quiet hotel. All I say is if you looking for affordability and convenience then check them out!!

Good enough to survive one night stay for a cruise departure the following day, keep in mind we landed at 11pm and didn’t get to hotel till midnight to sleep and rest. Just enough hours to checkout at 11am and forget about this hotel that needed better cleaning, new bedsheets, and more upgrades

Great hotel despite other negative reviews. Super convenient to Busch Gardens (the reason for the trip) as well as many restaurants. Very walkable location.

I'm a season traveler have stayed in hotels in 43 different countries. Have used Expedia for most of my travels. I asked my son to please book a hotel in Tampa near the VA hospital as I was busy. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was cordial, after check in I went to the room. One of the worst rooms I have ever witnessed, went to wash my hands there was no soap or any other supplies. Went to the front desk to get supplies, when I returned to the room the pass card would not work, back to the desk. When I tried to adjust the thermostat there was no cover or dial. After visiting a friend at the hospital I learned he was terminal and was being taken home. There was no need to stay another night. I met with the night desk clerk and advised I would not need the room the following day and I would be checking out in the morning so they could change my stay. She said it would be taken care of. Checked out and asked if it was taken care of and they said yes. Waiting several days to see my refund and never changed. I called the hotel and asked for the manager to contact me never received a call on the third day I called again and he answered. He stated we are not refunding you any money you paid in advance and we are not cancelling the second night. Paid almost $200.00 for a horrible room for one night in a run down old hotel. Hoping to have a response from Hotel.com or Expedia, do yourself a favor stay away from this property if no response will choose a different booking company

No air conditioning they were notified no one came to fix it. No hot water! Mold in tub/shower. Floors were filthy walking barefoot my feet were BLACK! told from desk at check out and nothing was done! Never again! Ohh and the bed was hard as a rock and made awful noise every time we moved !! Horrible experience!

Called ahead to see how far was to hospital. Answer- just around corner-not far. Distance 2 miles. Asked about shuttle bus schedule- KNEW NOTHING. Picture was GREAT. Coffee was awful. People at desk were helpful in person. Was not told that room service was ONLY WHEN I WAS there. Spent days with son having cancer surgery. HAD NO NO ROOM SERVICE. Had to leave linens at desk and asked at desk and they only had limited available there. Left used linen at front desk twice. Only learned on third day that I had to be there in order to redo room. Bed never changed linen during stay. In room coffee maker had mold in water tank and visible when cover lifted. Staff saw and dumped water over balcony after being shown. Probably not cleaning maker. Gave me another and I checked when returning to room, Water area was -looked rusty- and did not use. The ref. looked clean and was used. Drawers in TV cabinet were not useable. Screws on drawer slide to small head and did not support drawer one side. Noted to staff but was not fixed. Behind TV cabinet on floor had trash and dirt uncleaned long time. Bath tub-drain stopper was removed, Tub caulking was ugly but worked I guess. Water ran in shower and tub-same time. Vent fan grill and fan itself filthy at best. Maybe vented 25%. IF had a lady with me we would have gotten a different room or left. SAD that a group of investors would allow this. If you drought any of this I have pictures. Would not recommend any one to stay in this Inn.

Smells bad, dirty, there is a very dirty sofa in the room, towel with hair. This place is unhealthy.

Great staff(especially Parth and Veronica)! Our room though had blood stains throughout it and was really dirty on the floors, I was charged the night of Wednesday June 5th and we didn't even stay there that night(arrived Thursday June 6th at 7am). Most of the guests staying there werent exactly safe looking nor were they friendly. Beautiful landscaping though.

I never stayed in your motel. We had to leave the motel because of the drug dealing going on in the front parking lot and then they charge you a $50 cash deposit which they do not announce on their website. But the fact that it was kind of in a rough neighborhood with literally having drug activity in front of my 5-year-old granddaughter. Yeah, and then the motel wants to steal my $110 and won't give it back to me.

I have stayed here twice, and each time it never disapoints. The front desk staff is always friendly. The rooms and grounds have always been clean, and the beds very comfortable. The bathtubs could use some updating, other than that I have no complaints. This is also very conveniently licated within reach of anything you could need.

Filthiest place I have ever stayed in. Black mold growing up the wall of the shower. Wish this permitted us to upload pics—I took some.

I got blamed for smoke smell in the room They kept my deposit. Im never going to that place again.Guest fighting and the police had to come.This is the worst place to stay.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Rooms need renovation.

Do not stay here. The couch was stained. The room smelled like pot. The light in the bedroom was burned out. The sheets felt like plastic. The bathroom has soap scum down the wall. The elevator was out of order. When we returned to the front desk no more than 5 minutes later, the clerk refused to refund our money. They said that we violated their refund policy - they request 24 hours. They violated the 'no smoking room'.

Clean and quiet. Don’t know what the extra $55 for ‘amenities’ was cause there were no additional amenities.

They did not have my reservation and I was forced to pay for a more expensive room so I had a place to stay. I am handicapped and the room was on the second floor and the elevator was not working. Hardly any parking out front so I need to use side entrance and stairs. Front desk was not helpful at all.

Don't believe the pictures or the reviews. This place is a dump. Our non-smoking room smelled like weed and shifty folks where hanging out in parking lot smoking. Listen, I'm not a prude but had my 4 y.o. daughter and would never smoke inside. The restaurant pictured is full of mattresses. The floors were so filthy our socks were black in 5 minutes. Checking in, staff tried to stiff me with extra charge to put a hold on my credit card. YOU want to put a hold on MY money then charge me for it?! When I complained about the filth and smell staff were rude and implied I was being biased. Because I don't want my daughter sleeping in a filthy room that smells of pot where the TV has been tore out of the wall, the handles are falling off the door, and strangers are partying in the parking lot till late?!? I know were weren't paying for top of the line, but for over $110 a night you would expect a clean and safe room and staff that weren't negligent jerks.
