Love to stay here again!

Very clean and decent set up

arrived and everyone seemed annoyed that we were there. when we got to our room the door wouldnt open. i had to push with all my body weight to get the door to open after the lock was undone. once inside, it smelled musty. when we went to get cleaned up after a long day of travel, there were no towels in the bathroom and not even a shower curtain. When i went to talk to the hotel staff they said, "i knew i was going to have a hard day with housekeeping". someone from housekeeping came up and brought us towels and said "i hope they are dry" and dropped them on the counter. she came with a shower curtain too but we let them know that we were just going to leave so dont bother but she insisted on installing it. she was very pushy and wouldnt just leave us be.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds prepaid, checked in and it was a king. Then, 2:30 am someone with a key card opened the door and was opening doors on the hallway.

I had booked 2 queen bedrooms and when we got to place all the had was a king and told me queen so we took those went to the queen room and keys would not work. someone came to door room was already booked. Went back down they gave us another room but only had King so took it the pull out bed did not have a mattress topper. Plus room had food and whatever else behind bed. went to go tell them they tried to give us another room and it also had someone staying in it so we just got topper out of the first room my older kids were staying in and moved the topper to our room. Also behind curtain was a chip and dead roach. Also breakfast use to be great here. No one was refilling anything and it was dirty behind counters. This place has really went down since our last visit a year ago. Will not be back

Room wasnt clean that good

The room had a bad smell, carpets were extremely stained, stairwells were full of bugs (dead and alive). I even found a bug in my dogs water dish in the morning. Gross… It felt very unsafe, people staying in their cars in the parking lot- all night. Some idiots stole everything out of our cooler, found it the next morning open on our trailer hitch.

Stay was great just a quick one night stay over. Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There were so many things wrong with this hotel. The water only got warm, not hot and the water settled in the shower and did not drain properly while showering. The a/c was loud and very annoying while trying to sleep. The king bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up with back and butt pain. I will never stay there again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

It seems Hotel running out of operating funds. Room services not available. Cleaning services not done. 1 Elevator out of order.

Very comfortable bed

Room had the beds made but there was still trash on the floor and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful.

The room smelled a bit and shower chair and soap dish were not very clean.

Nice room very clean and comfortable! Staff and front desk are very friendly and helpful. They take there job serious and it shows!

Very nice and safe! Easy access to Atlanta airport

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The property was clean and the area appeared to be safe. Restaurants and shopping was within a ten minute drive. Given the age of the building the rooms and common areas were relativity clean. I didn't care to much for the breakfast but for the price I couldn't complain.

I found pubic hair on the sheets and in the shower! The bathroom light was almost completely burned out! The fan in the bathroom was super loud! I guess I got what I paid for! Will never stay at a Comfort Suites again and I will tell all of my friends on social media! The place was a dump!

It was a good stay. The staff was willing to help. The room was clean. However, the shower water intermittently stopped, then it came back again after a little while.

The staff was verynfriendly and courteous. The property was well kept.

Safe and quiet location, reasonable price.

The room and common areas were clean. The common areas were in dire need of refurbishment. The breakfast was very basic.

The GM was very helpful and kind, Nicolas and (I forgot the other gentleman’s name—apologies) delivered exceptional customer service as always!

Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is a bit run down (a few things weren’t working in our room so they had to move us twice), but it served its purpose (staff was very kind and accommodating as well as understanding). They apologized for the a/c not working in our room the first night. Our family just needed to spend 2 nights in town before our final destination. My kids wished there was a pool (but their disappointment is my fault because I didn’t check that when I booked the hotel; I only checked for “free breakfast” and you know when you have kids, that’s important).

My recent stay at your hotel had a few shortcomings that I believe could be improved. The size of the washroom and living room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, I encountered a few insects in both the washroom and living room. Addressing any pest control issues would greatly enhance the guest experience. There seemed to be an unusual sensation while using the elevator, almost like a shrinking space. It would be beneficial to have the elevator inspected for smooth operation.

it was pretty clean and friendly

Area is very crowded. Room was great. However, there was piles of garbage, linens, dirty laundry that was just left piled in the hallways till evenings which caused a “smell” in the hallway. The design of the curtains in room didn’t allow them to close to darken the room at night. A 4 foot opening allowed street lights to come through that lite the room up like it was daylight all through the night. Room was good, service was great, breakfast was good.

Not so impressed. We had to change our room due to loud equipment noises them loved to another room where we heard barking dogs all night

It was just what I needed for an overnight trip.

Everything is good

I really enjoyed everything! Just wanted more breakfast selections and the key fob needs to the keyless. All the staff was wonderful
