I had to go downstairs three times to get a key that would work with my room and finally they changed me to a different room. All night there were people banging on my door overall the horrible experience.

Size of the room was okay. The issue I had with my stay here was the housekeeping that didn’t clean my room for the entirety of my stay. The bathtub also had rust which was unsanitary.

We only stayed few hours, had missed flight connection and need to sleep a bit for early morning flight. It was quick, convenient, comfortable and clean!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. I did, however, have an issue with lack of hot water in my shower. The water in the sink got hot, but the shower only became marginally less cold after running for about 10 minutes. I was on the first floor, so I dont think that it should have taken too long to warm up.

the front desk staff at night was fantastic. They read our minds and answered questions we hadn't thought to ask yet. Those ladies were top-notch.

Quick and convenient for the airport

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in a long time. The staff is not trained properly. They are rude and one staff member even hung the phone up in my face after I had called and called to find out where the shuttle was. Once I arrived at the hotel an hour and a half later, I asked the front desk rep, why did you hang up in my face? He simply said because he did not have an answer for me, doesn’t deal well with stress so he hung up. Then proceeded to tell me I was being “dramatic”. I simply asked why he kept telling me the shuttle would arrive in 15 minutes versus telling me he did not have an actual ETA since the shuttle was run through a third-party company. He said, “I could’ve said that, but I didn’t”. I alerted the GM who wasn’t much help, so in short, it was a terrible experience, I will never stay at this chain of hotels again.

Well they came in my room at 10am fir cleaning. Checkout is 11. Why they opened the door is beyond me .wont be staying there ever again.

Was good, bed topper didn’t stay in place yet was comfortable.
The shower looked nice yet let water run all over the floor in the bathroom. Don’t have any on the floor that you don’t want wet

Friendly, helpful staff. There’s a nice quart yard in the center back with a fenced in pool. Table and heavy wrought iron chairs to relax, eat or read in the quart yard. Clean rooms, although rooms could have more lighting. Not bad for the money.

Television was not working so they moved us to another room which was nice but only to find out only one light worked in the room. We survived, lol

The airport shuttle saved me an arm & a leg from having to park at the airport. Parking at the hotel and getting a ride back and forth to/from the airport was a great help at only $10/day for your parked car while you’re gone. No airport traffic headache to worry with. The rooms were spotless & very well maintained. This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. This will be my new booking hotel when I travel and need to stay overnight.

We stayed there a year ago (during major updating) and loved it then so came back this year. We were there one night for a flight out of DFW the next morning. Their location just minutes from the airport plus shuttle service to and from airport plus the ability to leave our car there for a week (for a very small fee) while we were gone was very appealing to us. And the major influencer for us is that they are pet friendly as our fur baby travels with us. The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice and shower is great. They serve a warm breakfast each morning, they have a pool, if interested, and they are reasonably priced for their accommodations. There aren’t lots of restaurants nearby but there is a Whataburger just around the corner that was great! We will use again when flying out of DFW. Very pleased.

The hotel itself is fine. What’s bad is the shuttle bus to and from the hotel, which is shared with a handful other hotels. The so called bus is actually the size of a box van. It is packed with people and hardly any space left for luggage. When I arrived at the airport, I have to call the hotel and listen to the phone ring for 5 minutes before anyone picking up the phone. When the bus got to the pick up spot, it was so packed with passengers that I have to wait for the next bus. All in all, it took about 1 hour to get to the hotel from the airport. I only had one luggage. If you have a few suitcases, you will probably never make it on to the shuttle bus.

From the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the hardiness of the breakfast, the staff of the hotel made our entire trip wonderful.

The room looked clean. The next day my wife and I got to the airport and stated itching in a couple of places and had little red bites on my ankles and feet, on my upper thigh and on her feet, between her toes, on her legs, on her chest & back. 7/27/24 Greg Stewart
