When opening what I thought was a closet door, I mistakenly opened a doorway that opened into the bathroom. It was both surprising and a little embarrassing to both myself and my daughter, who was in the bathroom at that moment. The cleanliness of the room was excellent.

Breakfast omelets in the morning are pretty good. You can hear your door rumble every time another guest nearby opens and closes their door. Walls are thin; I can hear everything convos, music, “grown things.” Nice area with food nearby. The rugs has rust on it, ceiling is peeling. Has iron board and iron. No plugs near the beds; there are all near the tv. Car rental place inside the hotel which is nice. Parking amazing in the hotel. Has ballrooms to rent out for events and a restaurant with a good bar set up. Food is ok but not great at the indoor Italian restaurant. If there’s a wedding or a party you will hear the music blasting if you’re trying to sleep in the late afternoon. Cheap hotel for price Good area to get back and forth if your driving or trying to get to metro north. Cable tv in room. Low lighting in room. Bathroom pretty great with water pressure. Glass sliding door. Bathroom is not a locked door; it’s a sliding brown door so you can smell the odor after finish using it. Very small trash can in room and in bathroom. Coffee maker in room. Closet with a couple hangers in room. Bed comfortable. Front desk reps are cool. Gas station right across street from hotel.

Spent the night here twice en route to different places. Much better value for money than staying in Manhattan when all you need is a place to lay your head for the night. Room was clean and comfy. My room only had a shower, so don't reserve if you're hoping for a bath, but otherwise, zero complaints.

You could hear a party which sounded like it was just outside my window all night. In addition the vallet staff was recklessly driving peoples cars.

Lots of stuff going on at this hotel during our stay. Pros: 1) Location was good. 2) Restaurant had above average food. 3) Bed was really comfy. 4) Staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: 1) The shower had signs of mildew. 2) The carpet had a somewhat sour smell. 3) Walls are ULTRA thin. You can hear every little thing going on within your neighbor's rooms. This particularly means the bathroom vent as well. Can hear every word neighbors are saying. 4) The sliding...wall? that divides the bathroom and sleeping space was just out of place. And, no... I'm not talking about the sliding bathroom door. 5) The A/C unit kept shutting off and resetting the temperature every 1-2 hours. Absolutely annoying. 6) The sliding bathroom door didn't lock. 7) The room entry/exit door had a huge gap that you could basically see into the hall. Overall, had the room been more sound proof from the neighbors, it would have been a 3 or 4 star review. Sirens and horns don't bother me, but the noises through the thin walls and bathroom vents surely did. Would not recommend.

Excellent hotel, buffet breakfast included. Very clean. Only issue is that room walls are wafer thin.

We arrived to the hotel for one day stay , celebrating one more year of marriage anniversary, preparing to go out for dinner we like to take a shower , big surprise Not Hot water, called to reception the mention that maintenance guy leave for the day , and we need to way for the next day. Very disappointed.

Friday night the fire alarm went off many times every hour. There was no alarm clock nor microwave in the room or available. Wedding people were filling the lobby and non respective of people trying to get by. Parking was very difficult. Saturday and Saturday night there was NO hot water. AC unit is very noisy. A response to these issues would be appreciated.

I was charged $19.99 for some fee. Hotels.com said it was all included. That was disappointing.

The bed had long female hair under blanket. The bathroom didn’t have walls perhaps Sliding plastic door In between The room from the bathroom. Absolutely no bathroom privacy, No ventilation in the bathroom either so when someone uses the restroom The whole room smells. The room was Dirty .

It was clean and the complementary breakfast was excellent. The restaurant in the property had excellent food.

Smelled like weed in the common areas. Check in manager Michael is appalling - should not work in a customer-facing capacity. Uninterested in listening and highly argumentative. Generally speaking the staff were surly and unpleasant. Plenty of alternatives nearby where they care about their guests. Generally it’s a noisy, fairly unkempt hotel. For some reason attracts an unsavory demographic.

It was a bit difficult to find the property's entrance. You can hear all the noise from the street, parking lot, and hallway when you are in the room.
