Renovated (nicely) motel near downtown Palm Springs. About 3-4 minutes drive. Could walk if you were up for it. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating, small pool and big hot tub. 50’s-60’s vibe. Limited parking.

I made an error by a day in booking our room on Hotels.com and the property was very accommodating in allowing me to adjust it a day forward. Beyond that, the location is close to many attractions and restaurants. The property is well kept and attractive. Our room was comfortable, clean, and neat. I live in the area and will be happy to suggest the property to friends and family that are visiting in the future.

Room was perfect size but the heater was loud and didn’t work at first and the bathroom sink didn’t drain. While waiting 15 minutes to checkin, I noticed the maintenance log, which was quite lengthy. Maintenance was also working in multiple rooms while my daughter enjoyed the very generously sized carpool. Parking was ample and property was secured with locked gates.

Well the room was ok, but for the price paid it wasnt worth it. Bed was uncomfortable, of we wanted the room cleaned we had to tell the desk? If we needed more towels we had to go to front desk? Seemed we had to do more work than the staff did. The pool was clean, furniture needs some updating. Whole court yard needs some updates. Would i stay here again for the prices no!!

Location was amazing Very close to downtown . Only two things was there was no full length mirrors anywhere and there was no power plug ins in the bathroom .

I have stayed at this place several times over the years and in general have enjoyed my stays but this time I encountered several problems which left me disappointed. Among them was a problem with the key card to enter my room and the card reader itself, problem in getting the TV to work properly, a lack of hot water. Had to take a cold shower. I'm not giving up on the place. I'll still stay there again as I like the location and can't beat the price.

I spent only one night during a pleasure/business trip. I arrived around 9:30pm. I found a sign indicating that the clerk was on the property, coming back shortly. I waited more than 20 minutes in the lobby, because no number was provided to contact the staff. When the clerk arrived, she did not apologize or thank me for the waiting, she barely acknowledged that I had to check in. No many words were exchanged. I was given a car tag to park on property and my keys, and, upon request, directions to the vending machines. The property is renovated and the room was nice and clean enough, although it was on the main street side, so the traffic noise was a bit annoying. I realized that I wasn't given the wi-fi password, and I did not find it in the room. Since I was too exhausted to deal with the desk, I tried watching some tv. The tv apparently wasn't connected to any video streaming service or channels. I resorted to just go to sleep. The pillows and mattress were not comfortable at all, so I slept very poorly. I left at 7:50am the next morning, only to find the lobby closed. Apparently they open at 8:00am (!!!). By accident, I found an employee coming in through a side door, I gave the keys to him and left by the same door. Not really going back there, sorry.

Upon arrival, it seem like it was going to be a good experience. When I went to express my concerns about the cleanliness of the room, the guy, manny or Manuelo, had laughed at me and told me I can’t look at the room and keep changing it every time I don’t something. Then, I asked if he was willing to assist me or not and gave me two options, give me clean sheets or get another room. Of course, I chose the new room but he was very hesitant and kept laughing at me and was very unprofessional. Every time I tried to say what was wrong, he continued to disregard it and laugh at me like customer concerns are not a priority. After reviewing all the other reviews, I’ve noticed other people have experienced unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the manny or Manuelo guy. We decided to shorten our stay because of his attitude and behavior. Additionally, we noticed the rooms had chipping on the walls, looks like a slab of wallpaper was stapled to cover up something on the wall, and bed sheets were not properly cleaned. The only front desk employee who was kind was Daniel who helped me when I inquired about the cancellation policy.

Older property in poor condition. In room, carpet was stained and wrinkled, paint peeling, sink chipped and stained. TV only had a few channels, no cable or satellite. Property has a pool but some of the chairs are broken, lounge chairs are sagging. Signs of deferred maintenance everywhere. It was the 2nd cheapest hotel in the area, so you get what you pay for. The print of Marilyn Monroe on the wall was the only bright spot.

Comfy and quiet. Really nice for couples looking for a getaway spot.

Low standard with aged interior. The WiFi didn’t work and they didn’t care when I asked about it.

I have stayed at 7Spring once before and was quite impressed. Very nice room remodeled with good taste, comfy bed. Great location. I admit that this second time was a bit diappointing with the quality of my room and the bed.

This mid-century modern hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious, cool, and clean; the beds are comfortable and the linens are fresh. The flat-screen TV is a current brand and clear and audible.

From desk were nice and property was good except for sitting areas. Cushions were torn and terrible. Room was clean but limited towels and space to put toiletries. Room smelled old. Get rid of the carpet.

This is our go-to when we are in Palm Springs. We love the convenience to our favorite bar, Truss & Twine, the hotel is always inviting with all of the outside seating options, pool, spa, and rooms are always clean.

We loved staying here, and we will definitely be coming back! The price and location are fantastic, the pools and landscaping is very well kept, perhaps they could invest a bit more in the fabrics/carpet department but overall no complaints and Daniel was awesome!

This beautiful property is located in the heart of Palm Springs: clean comfortable bedding, bath towels, and accessories. The rooms are spacious and the flat screens are modern and large.

All. was good some problem with kitchen supplirs that were poor for some parts and also in the bathroom no place enough tò put things in general .Al the staff were kind and they help me everytime i Need It.

The manager made me feel, disrespected, unwanted & unappreciated as a customer of your establishment. Most importantly this representative of your establishment made me feel threatened and unsafe under your roof. never in my life have I been spoken to in such a demeaning & cruel manor. This man crossed every line of dignity and professionalism. I was left with no other choice than to call upon the Palm Springs Police Force to help me in this time of urgent need.

They need more furniture in the rooms. There is no where to put luggage or anything. The bathroom the same. Toothbrush only if you’re lucky. Need s new outdoor cushions. The place needs help but it’s a great place to stay.

Nice property and friendly people. Good value. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Minimal furniture. No bureau, one desk and chair, one endtable for bed. But if you want a clean comfortable room, this place is good.

Nice and quiet, efficient front desk, and spacious rooms. Could have a few more pillows in the rooms, but still a great spot.

Everything was OK. Only problem was front desk. Check in person never informed me that there was Wi-Fi when I checked in not too friendly.

The property was really nice and Palm springs vibe. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was excellent (pillows could be replaced) and comfortable. Bathroom was a bathroom! Now,we opted for a kitchen - true disappoint. Had to buy bowls, utensils and condiments. True, wasn't cooking all meals but needed a place to make light meals and snacks. On check-in, had difficulty with a/c (not told about remote on wall) called and fixed- whew only 117 outside. And then had difficulty with TV. Tried to operate tv remote with no success. Called front desk and no help there....she called in maintenance man and he found that the previous guest had mixed up the remote operation. Fixed and operational and went on with our vist
