Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again.

This property is right on the water and has it's own dock and pier! Free bikes, fishing gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. The staff is super friendly and helpful, espically Jorge! He was as good as it gets! Thanks, Jorge! You went out of your way to make us feel welcome!

We arrived literally during a tornado warning from hurricane Idalia and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Luckily enough, the bad weather went by quckly and we had an amazing time.
The resort is gorgeous, it's small and compact and the pool area is lovely. For Naples, it's surprisingly wallet friendly as well..
The apartment is huge, and can easily accommodate 3-4 adults. The beds are comfortable and the balcony is lovely and totally screened. Naples was extremely quiet post Idalia so it's hard to judge the surroundings; you definitely need to have deep pockets to survive in Naples though, it's an eye wateringly expensive place but very beautiful.

The first room the doors in the baron of vanity bathroom was broke,in the kitchen no dishwasher and small bucket lick.
I was back to front Desk and desckler change my room.
In the new room the A/C was not working,at , I call back to from desk but no body answer the phone.
At the end I collect another hotel and rented another room in order to sleep with my family.

Great Service. Jorge( the manager) always makes it a welcoming experience. This was our 5th year and will be coming back. The rooms could use some updates, but overall a good experience

Everything was perfect. Place is roomy with having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Office manager Jorge was great. We received text with updates and options for things during our stay. We visited the office daily whether to get the bikes, rent movies, or use the pool area. It was a quiet complex. Great stay.

Nice property, fair price on a great location.
Hotel allows free use of bikes, which is a necessity in this 'residence only parking' area.
Close to 5th Street.
Unfortunately lots of private jets fly over this hotel.

Location, Location, Location it was right downtown Naples but also walking distance to the beach.
The room was specious for our family of 5 and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we decided to stay in and cook.
The staff was great with accommodating all our requests.
The only draw back was there was no outside food/drinks allowed by the pool and the bar was only open every other day due to staffing issues. When it was opened it was fine, reasonable priced and had good food.

Nice location,nice tooms. Definately not gor handicapped or elderly. 3 levels, no elevators. Long up hill steps to even get to 1st level. Nice tile shower but poor shower head.

Excellent location, the room, clean, comfortable and functional. Fishing lovers have a pier in the bay inside the resort with incredible views. I recommend this place one hundred percent.

I love how quiet and peaceful is here. The view is lovely, the condo is spacious and equiped with all we need.The office check in staff was welcoming and professional. Great location!

The units were really nice! Spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the screened in patio and we sat out there until midnight or so. There is nothing I did not like, so I will definitely come back and visit Naples!

Nice apartments although looking a bit dated. Not sure why but we didn’t get any housekeeping.
If you have mobility problems try and get a ground floor as the stairs are difficult especially with luggage.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Our apartment was a very relaxing, ideally located base for our two week stay in Naples and came with the added bonus of a lovely view of the park and the bay. The property is very well managed and we had no problems. This was our second stay at the Charter Club and we would not hesitate to book again.

We needed to add one day to our girls grip and booked a night here . They were very clean , friendly , informative and accommodating .

This property was clean, our suite was expansive and the location was perfect! We took out free bikes and were able to easily get to the beach and the upscale shopping areas. The only downside was no elevators. They have a pool, a nice bar and are located right on the marina. If I get a chance I’d definitely return!

Great place to stay with a lovely pool area - beautiful view of the bay from the pool & hot tub, poolside tiki bar with drinks and quick bites like chicken fingers etc. We had great weather and the pool area was still not crowded. We also rented bikes for a day (free from the front desk) to ride around Naples, and took the dolphin boat tour that left right from the Charter Club dock, which was fantastic. Rooms are nice and spacious with everything we could want or need for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

fabulous location tucked away in the center of city yet secluded by the bay. the decor is dated, but the rooms are very large and we really enjoyed our time there. friendly and helpful staff. we plan to return soon!

Very clean and close to restaurants and downtown. Only a short bike away or about 20 minutes walk away from the beach. I would stay again.
