AC unit started beeping at 1:30 am. We couldn't sleep. Staff offered to move us to a quieter room at 2 am but we would have to move everything out at that time. New room had one double bed and uncomfortable sofa bed but I originally had 2 double beds. Not happy😠

Great service

It was safe and quiet. It was close to my appointment. The room needs to be updated & the pool was not taken care of & the breakfast was really just a plain breakfast and not much to choose from.

Staff was very friendly, and our stay was lovely. Breakfast was decent. Great time!

Decent service but the staff did not address rowdy guests late at night.

It's spacious and comfortable. If you're renting a car, this is a much better option than the downtown hotels. The front desk staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

Staffs are helpful/ approachable

I had a wonderful 6 nights and good breakfast. But the last day. I had to get up at 4:00am to make my flight and had no hot water for the shower. When I went downstairs to check out there was no one nearby even as I yelled so I went back to my room called downstairs and someone answered the phone. I don’t trust the leave a message system.

No eggs on Tuesday, hot water was out on Wednesday morning. A/C controller had a very difficult time maintaining 70 degrees. Ranged from 67 degrees to 74. The fan never turned off even though it was set to Auto.

Very friendly staff who wanted to make your stay good

We didn’t have a pleasant experience. Our stay was from 2 nights. Our check in was on Saturday at 3 pm and we arrived around 3:15 pm so our rooms should have been ready. Instead we weren’t given our rooms until about 4:15 pm because they double booked our room and then told us that we had added the other guest to share our reservation. I explained that we did not add anyone else to our reservation. After that, they took another 45 mins to fix the issue so we missed our dinner reservation which just made everything worse. Another issue was the bedding. The bedding was SO SO ITCHY. My skin felt itchy and my hair as well. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never had this issue. Something was wrong with the bedding. It was so itchy that I had my mom check my hair for lice 🙄 This was all day 1 (Saturday) of the stay. On Sunday (day 2), I asked the staff to change our sheets and we were told that won’t be possible but they could do it on Monday. That wouldn’t be helpful since our check out was on Monday at noon. I really had to push for them to change the bedding. It was just not that pleasant of an experience. I emailed the manager of the hotel and received a generic email where he said he forwarded my email to someone else who would reach out to me and no one has reached out yet either. Do not recommend

It was too far from everything

We stay every year and it is becoming more rundown year after year. This year at the fourth they did not open the extra seating area at breakfast instead told people to stand Our family of five just stood there with minimal food( bacon, no eggs) and stared at others while they ate. Pool has so much chlorine now it just burns and people are writing their names in the pool dirt.

Everything is good. Little inconvenience for transportation to downtown.

Great hotel at an excellent location. Rooms were very reasonably priced and the hotel had been updated. Very clean room. Some things showed dating and needed help, like the pool, but that trade off was worth it. Itasca is a great neighborhood. Near O'Hare and freeways with many good places to eat. Great overall hotel to stay at. Breakfast was included and had a good variety.
