Very convenient location and friendly front staff

Very noisy outside and very noisy inside. People partying in their room without interruption until 4 am.

Our stay was nice. But i have to say this hotel has the worst toilet paper i have ever experienced in my life. I know that hotels buy the cheapest one layer paper as possible. But this was really bad. When i was using it my hand looked like i was working at a chocolate factory.

Good and Enjoyed my 2 nights stay.

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The website's photos were misleading, as the actual room was far from what was advertised. The room was unclean and unprepared for guests, with poorly made beds and a foul odor throughout. The carpet was stained and filthy, and the overall condition of the hotel did not come close to justifying the 8.4 rating displayed online. To make matters worse, the breakfast served included expired food and beverages. This was, without a doubt, a dreadful experience." I would never book this hotel again

The accommodations themselves were really nice. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious which was really nice, and the breakfast had a great variety and was fresh. The restaurant/bar next door had some louder people and the parking was not around the hotel but rather in a parking lot in the shopping area. The receptionist and check-in was the worst experience of the night. The employee started helping me and then took a call. Then proceeded to book a stay with the person on the phone which took 7-10 minutes. Then as soon as they were off the phone, the phone rang again for another guest that needed an airport pick up. The employee then had to explain to the shuttle worker which airport and all the details multiple times before they could get back to helping me. Most hotels don't take nearly 25 minutes to check-in when you are the only person in line. Beyond that, it was a great place to stay with a good rate.

Always had problems with the keys not working and was overcharged. Very disappointed in this hotel and their staff

I really enjoyed this hotel! The hispanic (silvia i think) lady from the kitchen in thursday and friday was very nice and kind! Highly recommend this hotel

The staff there were nice

Their was hair in our bed, there was a stained towel in our room. The room doors are very hard to open, had to go back downstairs to get a new set of keys the first set were not programmed to our door.

I brought my daughters for a girls trip to Chicago. We had the best time! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The property felt homey. It was cozy and clean. The maintenance staff did not speak English at all so it was hard to communicate needs to then

Front desk elder gentleman was rude during check in and kept addressing us as “you people” right in front of the kids and gr kelt repeating himself and putting his glasses down and staring at me before even looking at my reservation. Will never come back here and do not recommend for people of color. The other room was dirty, the bathroom had trash left in it and a dirty sanitary napkin in it, that it made the entire room smell like dead fish.

Area and Property is clean. 35 minutes to downtown Chicago Malls and Legoland area s near. Food served at breakfast is average. It is worth great for r money value

Terrible bed.

Very nice hotel. Would recommend. Delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. Great, helpful staff. Hot tub was lukewarm and we did not have cold water in our room but it was fixed within a day. Great place!

The A/C was leaking when we checked in and the carpet was wet. Hotel staff stated that there were no more rooms and maintenance was not available until next day. Maintenance arrived next morning at 9 am. We were never contacted by hotel staff again . We left hotel at 9 returned at 7. A/C was fixed and an industrial fan was on in the room. The room smelled badly of soured wet carpet. We checked out the next morning.

The hot tub wasn't hot enough. 2nd time its happened. But besides that always enjoy my stay

We were unable to get a wink of sleep thanks to our neighbors above us! They were either wrestling or hopping around the room all night and morning. It sounded like they were going to bust through the ceiling. I mean literally all morning, we ended up having to call the front desk at 2am to ask if they could hold it down a little. It continued, my husband called at 4am and the attendant said she had forgotten to call them the 1st time. It only stopped for about 5 minutes and then continued throughout checkout. The room was clean, and service was otherwise good.

It’s good hotel with lot of breakfast items, wish it was little more clean when it comes to floor carpets.

The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5. The street view was perfect for watching the various fireworks shows. The hotel does need some updating of doors but was very clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. It would be nice to have a drinking fountain somewhere in the facility. Overall a nice hotel and we would stay again.
