Customer service was excellent, breakfast was good, and the room was clean, smelled fresh and roomy.

I had to kill a medium sized flying bug in the room and the shower handle was loose.

Hot tub was cold and hotel was very loud, only two restaurants close by

We are mid-level bargain travelers, family fun. This was an excellent hotel and a great price. It was the only hotel in the Chicago airport area that hit all 5: low cost, free parking, free breakfast, pool, and hot tub. It was clean and just as nice as most of my recent comparable hotels. Would absolutely stay here again. Cons: not close to Chicago proper, but most of our events were outside of downtown so this was fine.

It was an awesome location to stay at. Friendly staff and clean room. The warm breakfast is a bonus. I just wished there’s more spots to hang the towels.

Our stay was nice. But i have to say this hotel has the worst toilet paper i have ever experienced in my life. I know that hotels buy the cheapest one layer paper as possible. But this was really bad. When i was using it my hand looked like i was working at a chocolate factory.

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The website's photos were misleading, as the actual room was far from what was advertised. The room was unclean and unprepared for guests, with poorly made beds and a foul odor throughout. The carpet was stained and filthy, and the overall condition of the hotel did not come close to justifying the 8.4 rating displayed online. To make matters worse, the breakfast served included expired food and beverages. This was, without a doubt, a dreadful experience." I would never book this hotel again

Staff were very kind, breakfast was delicious with lots of options for everyone, really enjoyed free coffee all day at the front First thing we noticed is the smell in the front reception us very pleasant

The accommodations themselves were really nice. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious which was really nice, and the breakfast had a great variety and was fresh. The restaurant/bar next door had some louder people and the parking was not around the hotel but rather in a parking lot in the shopping area. The receptionist and check-in was the worst experience of the night. The employee started helping me and then took a call. Then proceeded to book a stay with the person on the phone which took 7-10 minutes. Then as soon as they were off the phone, the phone rang again for another guest that needed an airport pick up. The employee then had to explain to the shuttle worker which airport and all the details multiple times before they could get back to helping me. Most hotels don't take nearly 25 minutes to check-in when you are the only person in line. Beyond that, it was a great place to stay with a good rate.

Very good value for a 6 night stay. Very nice and attentive staff. Room was clean and comfortable, although basic. Gym was clean and had a decent selection of equipment. Didn’t use the pool but saw others doing so. The breakfast is really basic and just ok. I’d recommend this property for anyone looking for a decent, safe place that’s a good value.

Super nice staff

There are some visitors like EVIL. Are do not sleep at night ? It was 2-3pm. Are they doing party . Althought 1 ,2 others warning, stop for like 30 minutes and noise still happening. It was my terrible experience in here :(

Everything was very good, the staff was very friendly and the area was very safe.

Refrigerator in room didn't work. Not cool when you buy food ir have meds that need to stay cool.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well furnished making them very comfortable.

No complaints. I chose this property because of previous reviews and ratings. I like the cleanliness of the property, it was immaculate. Also, breakfast was great (waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausages, potatoes, etc). It’s about twenty minutes away from O’Hare airport. All in all, it’s a pretty decent hotel at a pretty decent rate.

This is a be favorite. Staff was awesome, clean, well priced, good breakfast. Awesome restaurants near by (please try yummy kitchen across the parking lot) Really convenient location.

Rooms are clean and our family like this place. Travelled with family and front dest couple are helpful. We had issue with AC but staff quickly addressed the issue and gave us new room.

Always had problems with the keys not working and was overcharged. Very disappointed in this hotel and their staff
