We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and kept up. They have some exercise equipment available. The breakfast was simple but good.

Stayed 2 nights. Ice machines did not work on both levels. Smoke alarm chirping for over 24 hrs on my floor. No shower curtain in my room. I’ve stayed there many times and it continues to get worse each visit.

I requested myroom be cleaned. In 4 day stay they never cleaned it. I went to desk in evening to get towels andrequest cleaning next day. Didnt happen. Next night the very nice clerk said even though she requests it the DAY HOUSKEEPING DOESNT READ EVENING NOTES. ?!

My largest complaint, I wanted to check in early and they didn't even offer with a fee. I went to the lounge for the continental breakfast at 6 am and there was nothing everything was empty no creamer, no fruit, no waffles, nothing.not even toast. Very disappointing.

It’s cost effective, the rooms smell (everything we brought had to be washed), and they said there were absolutely no rooms available when we arrived which was one hour before check in time.

It was affordable and getting there is easy but it was not a great night. There are some good La Quintas; this is not one of them. The grounds were old and unkept. You can tell that there are some who smoke in the rooms. The smell is on the hallways and in the rooms. The carpet just feels dirty. It did not feel safe that Dominos is allowed to walk right up to the room to deliver. I could feel the springs in the bed too. I will not be staying there again.

The place smelled like cat pee. At 11pm at night people were yelling in hallway and screaming. We checked out early and went to different hotel in the area that was so much better.

I was quoted one price with everything included for a Friday, Saturday and Sunday night!! They wanted a deposit which was fine. Then upon checking in, I was charged another different amount. WTH, it is a rip off. We will be finding other accommodations for now on. It's too bad we have stayed there a lot but not anymore. The exterior grounds are for pigs!

Needed a clean comfortable room and took a chance. I usually book places that cost double as much. Nothing was special and nothing was too bad. I had no complaints besides no lotion in the room. Shower was great. Room was clean and quiet. I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t speak on that. Front desk staff was great.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. My room was only cleaned once in the entire 7 days. I had to take my own towels downstairs and ask for more. The room phone doesn’t work so anytime I needed anything I had to call on my cellphone. My room cards had to be rekeyed every time I left the building and came back. I will be sending a letter to the corporate office as well as the Better Business Bureau regarding this hotel and will be demanding at least a partial refund for my inconvenience. There was a clerk named Lanie that was really awesome and helped me where ever she could. I will not stay here again.

Surprised by an $20 early check in fee. Never run into that before. Attempted checkin 40 minutes early, and while there was a room available, the fee would be charged. Staying for 4 days and 40 minutes early was a problem. Probably avoid Wyndham properties in the future.

Paid extra for a room with a small sitting area with a sofa to do family birthday gathering... but the room did not have what was pictured at all. It did not even have a fridge or microwave as promised.

Room 210: The biggest negative was there were no outlets at the nightstand/head of the bed and only one available outlet in the room. Our other room (212) had a lamp with two outlets and another outlet with several receptacles on the desk. Also, check-in was slow, waffle maker was broken, the AC unit was loud and did not really cool the room, there were only two towels for 4 people (212, and thin small towels) and only two of the four lights worked above the sink and one of those two flickered. Also no fridge or microwave (did not realize we got the NON-DELUXE room. We were disappointed with the accomodations.

The floor was covered with a wet residue. It was slippery. The room smelled like it had been sprayed with something. The breakfast was one of the cheapest layouts I have run into. It looked like it was an afterthought. Television remote did not turn the tv on. No comfortable chairs in the room. Guys hanging out in the parking lot made you wonder if your vehicle was safe. The king size bed was a single queen. The young lady at check in looked like she was dressed for a night out rather than work. Won’t stay here again nor recommend it.

There were no towels in the room, and when asked the front desk fir towels, there was no towels fir them to provide for showers. Had to check out without a shower. Not acceptable
