This was a last minute stay and it was perfect. The room was very cozy and clean. Could not have asked for a nicer room for one night.

Stayed 2 nights for a tournament and the Fridge kept us up all night . Cabinet to microwave was falling a part . Room smelled like mold . A/C wouldn’t stay on .

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and it was decent. Not dirty by any means. I was pretty surprised they there was $10 charge if you didn't return your room key by the end of your stay. The lady that was working in the breakfast area was also very rude and didn't seem to enjoy her job or something....I couldn't figure it out. Otherwise, we had a pretty good stay.

The room was comfortable but there was a foul odor coming from the bathroom in Room 106. It smelled like it was coming from the shower or floor drain. The room was clean. The hallway smelled musty. Hopefully renovations are coming in the future. Overall I would stay hete again.

If I could, I would’ve given a negative score. This hotel was absolutely filthy. Our room smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was stained, there was black mold on the walls in the bathroom, the water pressure in the shower was barely there and the water was tepid at best. Staff was ok but nothing special. Food was gross and very limited selection. Used the guest laundry and the dryer did not work, told front desk and the manager took me back upstairs to make sure I wasn’t lying. If I ever have to stay in Elizabethtown again, I will definitely NOT stay at this hotel.

The room we stayed in had a panty lining pad wrapped around the framing around the light bulb of one of the lamps. Also, there was chips or crackers crumbled in the floor leaving us to believe it hadn’t been vacuumed after the previous guest checked out. We tried to eat cereal for breakfast and both kinds that we tried were very stale.

The room was dirty with stains all over the carpet. There was no shelving in the shower to hold shampoo or anything. The pool area was absolutely disgusting and no clean towels. We had breakfast in the morning. Everything was cold (eggs, biscuits and gravy) except the milk for cereal which was hot from sitting out on the counter. My family will definitely not be staying here again!

Didn't really care for this property. It's an older hotel that needs updating. The staff were not friendly. The breakfast was so, so and actually cold on at least two occasions. I would not stay here again.

Check in was great. The room however smelled like mold and hadn’t been sanitized in a very long time. Beds not very comfortable and even with AC running the room never even got to 70 degrees so we felt like we were burning up with the July weather

Staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the amount of parking spaces in front of the hotel- I had to park in back of hotel a few times. Overall it was a nice place to stay!

The staff only cleaned towels and trash every day and did not organize the blankets. They said they would replace the bedding every three days, but they didn't do that either. The bathtub was dirty and the air conditioner filter was covered with dust.

Check-in was good, the room was dirty and our bath tube was filled with water when we arrived, the bed was hard, the bed shirt had stains, we were exhausted and just needed sleep. Also, the elevator is not safe, the inspection was expired, was very scary, we took the stairs. Won’t be staying here again.

Very outdated, the room was dirty, stained, the bathroom was tiny, tub stained, cracked, shower curtain disgusting, the shower knob didn’t work, and the room smelled sour, and made for an uncomfortable 2 night stay that was no where close to being worth the money that we paid to stay there! Will never stay there again!

The property is in great need of updating. The musty smell was the first sense that affected me. Evident by the long term neglect of the property, the rooms are dark and cramped not typical of other Ramada properties I’ve enjoyed in the past. The bathtub paint was chipping and not white as expected. The bathroom was reminiscent of days gone by with cramped quarters not spacious as current hotels have. Certainly not what I expected from previous experiences in securing rooms with Expedia. The ratings on this property are inflated. At the end of the day the property was not safe for my health and should be excluded for anyone who has allergies to molds, pets, etc. Policy did not allow for a refund. Certainly this policy should be reviewed for extenuating circumstances.

Pleasantly surprised. Although it very talkative or friendly, the front desk agent was professional and quick. The hallways were spotless and the room was comfortable and clean. The bathtub could use a good scrubbing down. Kinda grimey. Breakfast was decent. I will gladly return.

Property was dated, the elevator was a bit questionable, and the pool handle is coming out but the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful. All in all we enjoyed it!
