We were very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. We came in a little early and they made sure our room was ready within 15 minutes.
Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and lobby.
Our beds were very comfortable for a restful night.
The only thing we were disappointed with was they were remodeling the dining room so we were unable to have enjoy our complimentary breadkfast.

SCAM! Avoid this hotel. We booked it last minute via Expedia after a late night at a local high school basketball tournament. The price was fine, and the knline review and pictures looked good - due to ongoing renovations. We checked in around 11PM and went to our room. Got settled, went to bed, and turned the tv on while in bed to wind down before going to sleep. Noticed the TV had a horizontal line of dead pixels in it. No big deal. Whatever. We will let them know when we check out in the morning.
Problem #2 arises when we get around the next morning. I get in the shower and notice they have moved the shower head up by a foot through the sheetrock instead of through the original hole in the shower insert. The hole still remained in the inert, and I could see straight into the adjoining shower odd the next room. Not cool. Kinda creepy. I warned my wife of the hole, and we discussed letting the front desk know about the TV and the shower when we checked out. Again, no big deal, but I would want to know these things if i were managing the hotel to address them.
Well... When we go to check out, I informed the front desk person about the TV and the shower. He acts strange and asks why we didn't report the TV last night. I explained because it was late, and we were already in bed. He calls his manager who comes down after about 5 or so. Checks out the room and tells us they are charging our card $400 for the TV! They actually tried to charge $500 on our card! Scam!

I was very upset because I have a service animal and they tacked on $25 PER NIGHT supposedly because of cleaning because "some people are allergic to dogs". I can understand a one-time fee or if they actually cleaned every day but not once in 4 days did they come in the room.

It was good. We were there for the night, we just needed a place to sleep.

The reception team was welcoming and friendly, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The room was tidy and appealing, but the bed mattress was on the firmer side, causing slight discomfort. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, enhancing the common areas. The room itself showcased the ongoing improvements and provided good value. I look forward to staying there again.

Everything was good except that the door was broke so it was hard to open and close. They did however put us in another room which was a suite, but did not have no TV at all. All that mattered at that point was safety so it turned out okay.

Days inn web site says continental breakfast, sign in check in area says continental breakfast, however, there is no continental breakfast offered. Said blow dryer in room, however there was no blow dryer. When we asked we were told they are not provided. Site says pool available, however pool was not finished constructed yet. There were no hangers available. The rooms were nice, but that all.

The place is being remodeled and is very nice. I would suggest that there be hair dryers in the rooms. I am concerned about the height of the beds for older adults and disabled people.

They don’t accept cats as ESA animals, lied about the room being trashed, reserved for 4 nights, stayed one night and kicked us out because of the ESA and still had to pay for all 4 nights and $250 in “property damages” although there wasn’t any.

Although everything isn’t finished remodeling, the cleanliness of the hotel is great. The staff has been very friendly and conducts business like a champ. Will return for sure.

Nice stay and people were very pleasant. Motel is still being set up after being newly constructed, so it'll be even nicer when it's ready to serve a light breakfast or at least have a coffee bar in the lounge area.

The hotel is either new or in the process of renovation and did not have certain things available to guests such as breakfast, hairdryers, the pool, etc. Basic items that are advertised as being included in the price were not and the room price was not adjusted. On a positive note our room was clean and new, and the staff was friendly.. I'm sure this hotel will receive a higher rating once it is finished being upgraded.

Upon checking in we noticed they were remodeling the hotel. No pool and no breakfast. We were not even offered any type of compensation or discount on room. The place is a mess.

Nice staff but no linens, poor workmanship on renovations, only 1 luggage cart, it couldn't be found. Renovations including pool and open dinning/ breakfast area. Workers had left tools and work items lying around property.Just not quality service for price.

Property is under renovation and not ready for business. This was not apparent when I reserved the room. Breakfast was not included as advertised as dining area being renovated. Pool empty of water and apparently being worked on. Room lacked enough toiletries for stay. No hair dryer and no iron and no ironing board. Staff were very pleasant and apologetic. Room was nice and clean.

Decently updated, room looked pretty good. GFI outlet in bathroom didn’t work and there was no mirror in room so no way to do hair. AC struggled to keep up but to be fair it was in the 100’s.

Well for starter they have a problem answering the phone i had numerous issues which i understand things happen but from the look of it these things happen alot at this hotel 1 my tv wouldn't change channels 2 my door kept not closing n locking had to mess with the handle 3 my bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean i hope in the future they do better i pick the hotel cause it was affordable and i have never stay somewhere with so many issues in one day no vending machines or food of any kind there

Upon arrival i discovered the pool was out of order, the elevator was out of order and no breakfast was available, despite being offered as amenities. Hotel was dirty overall

Hotel charge me 150 in addition to my stay refrigerator didn’t work I had to prop the door shut. The pool was still being under renovation the dining area still under renovation didn’t offer. Any type of breakfast didn’t offer any complementary coffee didn’t even have ice buckets in the room People partying outside all night ! Pillows were hard as a rock, and the rooms smelled of mold

Terrible customer service. Front desk attendant barely spoke English. Over the phone we were told it would be $150 deposit. When we arrived he said it would be $250. Which is more than we paid for the room. I don’t ever take the time to give a review on anything I don’t have to but I will not be staying at any Days Inn ran by these owners. It’s a shame nothing will be done about management!

We booked here as it was the only hotel available at the time. Thankfully we were pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable and recently mostly remodeled. The bed was more comfortable than most. The pool and breakfast room were closed due to remodeling, which was inconvenient.

I wish I had known the property was under construction - and I am very disappointed that you up charged my rate on two rooms meanwhile - NO breakfast, no elevator, shower with hole in wall, and the pull down on tub did not work. I hope you enjoy your greed.
