Super clean room. AC worked great. Biggest shower I've ever used!

I was charged before we even got to the hotel. We called to ask why we were hung up on twice. Asked for a late check-in, and our room still didn't have towels. The refrigerator leaked, told the front desk, and was told well f it. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Had to pay a $50.00 insurance fee. In case we damaged the room, we still have not gotten that back.Asked for our military discount and was denied it by the manager. Worst hotel stay of my life. Then our charge on our card was more than the receipt we were given. After calling and talking to the manager again, Still no refund of that difference either.

The breakfast was very good.

We picked this hotel specifically because it has an indoor pool for the kids. The pool was closed indefinitely, nearly every piece of equipment in the gym was broken, both beds in our room were broken and very uncomfortable, the bathroom door rubs on the floor and would barely shut, and the whole place felt a bit run-down overall.

The young girl at the front desk at check-in was so rude. Didn't know how to do her job.
