The room was not cleaned, my dog found a toy and 2 medicines under the side table , and dog hairs on the pullout couch that don’t belong to my dog. Bathroom does not have exhaust/ vent for it fogs when you take a shower, toiletries like the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were not filled. The mini fridge was rusty and don’t even know if it’s working, did not even try to put any in it. Breakfast was mediocre, scrambled eggs was egg powder. Overall, not worth the money we paid. I stayed in other Comfort inn Suites that are much better and cleaner.

This property needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt. It is so dirty from the unidentifiable dirt everywhere in bathroom and room to the stained carpet and a couch so dirty we had to pull bed blanket from extra bed to put in it to sit on. The bath towels were threadbare with holes and the sink was cracked.

Overall it was sufficient but it could have been cleaner, the floors in the bathroom needed cleaning. The shower could use some work.

Hair in the drains, clogged the sinks, dirt on walls old chocolate on the blinds … bed smelled like outside

When we got to our room, the WIFI was so weak our phones and the TV wouldn’t work. And the phone was dead even though it was plugged in. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and quickly moved us to another room. Good service.

The hotel called at noon on the day of check-in the cancel our reservation. The person that called said there was a plumbing/flooding issue. There was no offer to help find another hotel, no offer for a future discount. To add insult to injury, the hotel charged me for the room (payment should have been at check-in). When I called the hotel the next day when I saw the charge, they said that I would received a credit in 5-7 days! I never should have been charged in the first place, so why am I waiting a week for a refund?

Our room was on the first floor which appeared to be the basement level. Very musty and outdated. All fixings were removed from walls like the room was used for frat parties. The beds were clean and comfortable.

We were very impressed with the room for the money. The breakfast was good but needed more seating. The room was well maintained and very clean

The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The beds were clean and very comfortable. But the bathroom floor was dirty and the tub drained very slow. At breakfast the coffee/hot water did not work and the juice was watery.

Breakfast area is too small. Long line for coffee. Pancake ares was very messy because of improper preparation tools.

The shower was great. The toilet rocked and the tank hit the wall. There was a spot that looked dry on the door that I removed with a damp towel. Not sure but looked like dry blood. One of the towels had a large pink stain. Carpets were well worn and soiled.

We booked last minute for a birthday get away, finding a place to accommodate 2 adults and 4 kids (10-17) is always difficult-but this place was easy to accommodate and real queen size beds made it even more accommodating! This was the cleanest Expedia motel I’ve ever stayed in, check in was easy and just as soon as we opened the door to our room it smelled great. We were beside the balcony door where smoking was allowed on the balcony and due to the door being jammed an bit closing all the way you could often smell the different smokes when walking out into the hallway-BUT we are tobacco users too so for us it wasn’t an issue! We did have to use the on-site laundry-just know it only takes quarters but is quick and easy and available if the need happens! The pool and spa was amazing although the heat wasn’t working properly, it was still great and we were made aware that the heat wasn’t working properly for it before hand! Very very very quiet motel! Very Clean! Will book again for future last minute get aways!

The property was nice overall and the staff was mostly helpful and nice. The issues were the gym had mostly broken equipment, 2 of 3 ice machines were broken, they were out of juice to purchase so i was required to purchase the more expensive substitute. I requested my room to be serviced of which the only thing they did was empty the trash and take the used towels. I then requested towels which never arrived. It was disappointing because everything else about the hotel was good.

I truly don't like to give a poor review, but this hotel was lacking the very basic necessities that most of us expect these days. The hotel phone did not work at all, the outlet for phone charging did not work, and there was no fan in the bathroom. The carpeting also looked dingy and dirty. We would have let the staff know about these issues, but it was late at night when you returned to the hotel. The breakfast was very basic and bland. The bed linens and towels were clean, which was the only good thing. Very disappointed with this hotel. Won't be staying agian.

We were on bottom floor seemed like a basement only 2 working lamps no towel racks. Other floors may be better.

My room was very dirty. The floor turned my feet black. I spilled some water in the bathroom snd th towel turned black. It was dusty and the walls were dirty. There was no parking and big trucks and trailers were taking up to 4 to 6 spots. They let us park in a handicap but i worried all night id be towed. We are handicapped but we didnt have our parking placard. Housekeeping really need to kearn hiw to clean. Floors need to be mopped and sanitized. If they have carpet the hotel needs to invest i n ways housekeeping can have on their carts or access to some kind of small caroet cleaner. You shouldnt have to have black sticky feet or tiwels from being on the floor or wiping up something The staff was very nice and accomidsting to my late check in.

Nice Hotel

Really nice hotel. Room was clean and crisp even had a rubber ducky in the bathroom ! I thought the breakfast had good options and the food tasted fresh. Marked as one of my favorites for future bookings!

Only thing I could complain about is the cable tv.very basic, no guide for channels. Otherwise was honestly a great hotel, staff friendly, breakfast great...location was great close to multiple restaurants and stores

First floor room

The property is convenient to the nearby hospital but the cable didn't work properly. The tv didn't connect.to.the internet to several of the channels, apps, and movies offered, weren't accessible. The phone was so old, the plastic was.cracked and yellow and the curtains were dingy. The tub was so dirty, I could see where my.feet had been, after showering. One of the towels had a footprint on it. I laid it out because the bathroom floor was oily slick and I didn't want to step on it, guessing I wasn't the first.The ac was inconsistent and the room was humid. The gap under the entry door was significant. The bed linens were clean.
