I was pretty disappointed with the hotel. Room was ok and I booked it for 3 people and we had to ask for sheets,pillows, and covers and towels. The shower supplies were only for 1 person. No paper cups for water. Had to ask for it. And the breakfast grab and go was very disappointing. I have stayed at many hotels that offer some type of breakfast but this was the worst. Maybe it was me because I have never stayed at an extended stay hotel and did not realize you have to ask for everything. The other disappointment I had is I had to leave a day early because of a family emergency and I could not get credit for the last day because I booked it through hotels.com. Also the hotel charges $108.00 deposit for room damage and they said it would take about 7 days to get that back after the clean it and check it out. So for the amount of money I had to pay it was not worth it to book again. Sorry to say this because I have never left a negative review on on any other place that I stayed at in my life.

Not much within walking distance not really a close gas station or store will have to uber /ridhare mostly for transport or having a car would be good. Otherwise the stay was great lots of dinning options around clean, safe pool was open !

Our room was right next to the ice machine so we hear other people opening and closing the ice maker machine door. Definitely not ideal if you want to get a good nights sleep. The location is good as you can easily drive to food places.

Hotel do not make bed or change towels unless requested.

Room was beautiful bed was very comfortable staff were so pleasant and understanding when I woke up with some physical problems with my balance and brought me cart for my luggage and gave me more time to check out which I was greatful!

Horrible experience. Hotel staff was basically nonexistent. Booked this room because of the ability to maybe use the kitchen. After the 108-dollar security deposit, they wanted another 100-dollar deposit to use the pots and pans in the room..... (no thanks). After I got upstairs to the room, I noticed there were a few forks and spoons left in the room so I went downstairs and asked for a single glass. The front desk staff told me it would be an ADDITIONAL 100 dollars for 1 glass..... Everything from room service, to getting towels, ect was on you to do it. They gave you a whole list of things that you couldn't leave in the room or trash in the hall way (because their staff was too lazy to pick it up) They'd charge you a 150.00 clean up fee. If you wanted towels, you'd have to take your own down to the laundry and ask the front desk staff for more towels. This was possibly the worst hotel I ever stayed in. (I book maybe 150 hotels per year). This is more of a bottom-of-the-barrel hotel, very section 8-ish and zero extras. Will never stay here again. Extremely disappointed. Our room smelled like mold and pee for 2 nights, and we finally found out why. The cleaning staff left dirty, wet towels in the shelves on the closet.

The beds were comfortable yet the floors were not very clean.

The hotel is old and could likely use a refresh. Strange smell in the hallway and elevators. The bright spot were the staff. Cheryl made check in easy and quick. She was attentive and friendly. In the morning same attention provided by the girl at the front desk. Lovely people. The room was just okay but the bed was too soft for my liking (but that’s just a personal preference.

Great shower, quiet AC kept room at perfect temperature, comfortable bed with good pillows, squeaky clean. Breakfast was mingy.

Have stayed at this location three times in the past few years. It is conveniently close to downtown to catch Indians/Guardians games. That being said, this latest stay was a disappointment from start to finish. Waited 15 minutes at check-in as no one was there to assist us. Our room wreaked of stale cigarettes. Our telephone was broken, along with a bathroom door which did not stay closed. We were given the bare minimum for towels. The maid service never came over our three day stay. Our room keys stopped working after the first night- which required a trip downstairs late at night to fix. There were no drinking cups for anyone. The best part was definitely the party held in a room across the hall from us late Saturday night until 1 in the morning. Adults screaming; little children running and yelling. The people in the room next to us began shouting at the people at the party….it was nuts and I really began to question the safety of my family. We called downstairs (using our own phone- because again- the room phone was broken) and explained the problems occurring outside our door. We suggested they send someone up or even notify the police- no one ever came. An otherwise great trip to Cleveland was tainted by this terrible experience at Extended Stay. I would recommend that if you value the safety of your family, the cleanliness of your room and the attentiveness of the staff- stay elsewhere.

The carpet in the halls and elevator was old and dirty. The doors were banged up and old.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked wrong type of room and the staff helped us recrify it quickly and our rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff was good but that’s where the compliments end. You had to ask for a coffee maker or hair blow dryer, worst morning free breakfast ever, no plates and nothing to drink except coffee; meaning no orange juice, etc. Maid service for a charge. Bring used towels to reception for fresh towels. Kitchenette with not a provision in it….you must provide a $100 deposit on the “package” for the kitchenette…..and finally the bedding was not adequate for our king size bed….a very bad experience…

Nice property

Easy check in , easy to find, comfortable spacious clean friendly staff . The breakfast is the grab and go breakfast .

The attendant upon checkin was so nice and yet professional. The room had two queen beds, a couch, desk with chair, kitchenette, refrigerator, larger tv, and it was clean and fairly modern. There was nothing that disappointed!

Had a bunch of kids with me including crawling infants. They crawled on our hotel room floor for about 10 min or so and my kids feet were covered in black dirt.. they both ended up with a small eye infection.. and me and my wife both got sick two days after our stay…the room looked clean but the floor was clearly not

What a great stay…there was a pull out couch in addition to 2 double beds, full fridge hot plate and sink (kitchenette). Great stay - the only problem was the air freshener was waaay too strong. It was actually shocking to me. We put the air freshener log thingy in the cupboard and that helped. Nice stay

The breakfast needed a few more options. Full flavored yogurt rather than "Light" would have been wonderful. The staff was friendly and qualified. I think it was a bit pricey for the overall quality.

The kitchen had no equipment. We needed to rent kitchen utensils. The free breakfast was very small and bad.

Stayed here two years ago. Looks the same but it appears that there is new management or ownership. You have to ask for a hairdryer. Simple repairs seem to be postponed. The breakfast is reduced to some cereal bars and some prepackaged eggs with nothing else to turn them into a meal. Next time I may look for a different place

Well they were supposed to take the deposit off at the time of check out and it’s still not been removed and I was charged twice for the room but I think I got the one removed

Breakfast options are quite limited. Since I have a short stay it’s fine.

They should give more towels, coffee maker, toast maker and other kitchen amenities to our room.

The property was very poorly maintained and had a constant smell of marihuana. I liked that it didn't have carpet, but the floor was very dirty inside the room.
