This was the worst experience we have ever had. At 2pm we tried to check in, were not allowed and said to check in later after our event. When we arrived at 11:30 we were told our reservation was not there. Finally our reservation was found and said we had already checked in. Once we got keys they did not work. After several attempts the desk clerk came up. A man opened the door for the room we were assigned and said we were at the wrong room. The clerk was confused.
We were then given a suite room. The heater didn’t work and there was hair clogging the shower drain.
This is totally unacceptable for any hotel stay. I received an email at 8:08 asking to share my check in experience, we did not check in until 11:30.

Convenient and ease getting off the interstates. Room was comfortable and quiet. One night stay. Although my room was non smoking, you had to walk through the smokers getting into the hotel. Nice hot breakfast. Would stay again. Please move smoking area away from thr front door.

I didn’t have a check in because I was told this is NOT a pet friendly hotel. They had it advertised as pet friendly. After traveling for 11 plus hours in the car, I was told they absolutely do not accept pets! I had to find another place, Drury Plaza, which always accepts pets! I did get a total refund, for which I was very grateful!!

Property was clean and location is convenient for a one night visit to the area. Upon arrival the door to room was open and the refrigerator door was open( appeared to be an attempt to melt ice buildup). Back to desk to ask if maintenence was ongoing and told no. OKAY....got up next mornimg and NO hairdryer! I needed that after the goofy shower spray hit me in the head when i turned on faucet in tub. No serious issues but little things stand out when back in the area to choose a 1-2 nite stay.

This by far was the most despicable hotel I have ever been in! It was dirty the towels were dirty the bathtub was dirty the room stunk like mildew and I’m pretty sure some smoked in the room and had an animal. Both my husband and I had an allergy attack. I will not ever recommend this hotel.

I had to change rooms. The first room I entered had an intense odor. The next room was much better, but this is an aging property in need of a rehab. Rooms are dark, and dingy. Decor is very dated.

Our first room had mold on the walls and ceiling!! Hallway and room had an odor. The second room they gave us was occupied due to a computer glitch that said the room was clean. Third room was okay, but still a damp feeling. Yuck! Would have considered moving hotels, but everything in the area sold out due to college move in day.

It was ok, not the best but it wasn’t the worst. Could have used a better cleaning and the breakfast wasn’t great and the beds were hard but overall it was a good stay.

Property is clean and works well, but is dated. Parking lot is very busy and as such, ground floor rooms are noisy.

The hotel rooms need to be redone. The bathrooms need remodeling. The hotel was under construction. Hopefully they will redo the rooms. I would not stay there again.

Friendly front desk staff. Clean room for the most part. The remote had food on it. My key card always took three tries to open the door. Other than that i would definitely stay here again.

We made this reservation driving and arrived at 10pm, needless to say the bathroom and common areas in the room were dirty and dusty ! Shampoo bottles were all clogged up and watered down. We didn’t have four bath towels in the bathroom despite me making a reservation for four people. Air conditioner never cooled off the room the curtain was ripped and shredded. Corners were dusty and dirty ! Lamp on nightstand was rusty and finge. Overall the room was not properly maintained or cleaned ! Will certainly look for another property and possibly brand to stay out from now on! I have two small children that travel with us and I refused to let them touch anything. The room they gave us was old and needed to be updated and renovated badly. Terrible experience!

My stay was fine. Staff were friendly. The location is convenient to rehab facilities that I was visiting. There was no soap in the dispenser and the AC did not cool the room well and the towels were scratchy but otherwise ok. I would probably stay again.

As with all Holiday inn Express locations we were pleased with the accommodations. Everything was top notch and as expected. If there was one thing I would mention it would be the shower/tub. When wet the floor of the shower/ tub was like an ice rink - slippery and dangerous. The small nubs at the bottom of the top were worn and provided no grip for feet. This may have been just my room but one should be careful. Other than this highly recommended.

The last time I stayed her in April, I noticed the big wrinkle down the middle of the hall carpet. This time I’m on the first floor, and the hall carpet is the same. It’s hard to see the carpet sticking up due to the pattern. But it sticks up a bit over an inch. Someone is going to trip…and a lawsuit will follow. Carpet needs to be re-stretched or replaced 1st and 3rd floors. ASAP

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. But the place needs to be updated. The hallway on the 2nd floor had a musty odor. Our room smelled musty and moldy. I thought the smell was from the air conditioner at first but it wasn’t, it was the room. The bathroom was filthy. We were exhausted from our travels so we didn’t complain. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this Holiday Inn.
