It is not affordable. The room was clean and quiet. The smell was not okay and the pillows felt like straw. Otherwise it was okay.

People were Loud late at night in the pool

This is a nice, clean & secure older motel. My room had been remodeled. The room was roomy with a comfortable bed, good TV & plenty of hot water. Plenty of parking. The grounds have beautiful landscaping & well cared for grass & palm trees. The front desk folks & other employees were helpful. A breakfast buffet is open from 6:30 AM-8:30 AM. The buffet is very basic, nothing fancy. The breakfast room was clean. There was sausage & scrambled eggs each day, but no bacon during my 5 night stay. They ran out of bags of oatmeal. Waffles & cereal were also served.

The room was absolutely filthy. There were black stains and spots on the carpet. It was so bad that we didn't take our shoes off to walk on the carpet. It seems like it hadn't been cleaned for months. We paid additional fees for 2 pets ($40/day) but it looked like the room doesn't get cleaned after tenants move out. Even our dogs didn't want to sleep on the carpet due to smell and stains. We had to get our own blankets and put them on the floor so dogs can sleep. Hotel is located next a bunch of car dealerships, a recycling center and something that sounds like a chicken farm. Every night there were big rig trucks and heavy equipment in the parking lot. Some nights there were NO parking spots since the other trucks were taking 2 spaces and also a 3rd space for the equipment they were haling. There's no oversight or management. The place is totally old and things are falling apart. AC unit is rusty and walls look dirty. I went to the front desk and all they did was offered another room. I asked to talk to the manager and they said she wasn't available. I'll never stay in that filthy place again. I wish I could upload pictures. You'd be shocked.

Very poor customer service. I had an issue that I tried to get resolved for 2 days they didn’t even respond.

The maids stole 600 dollars out of my room. I had it hidden in my pants in the dresser…Had to file a police report

I booked this room the day after our intended stay on accident called hotel immediately to see if they would just move the booking to that same day manager of hotel said absolutely not I was with my kids traveling needed to stay in a hotel called hotels.com explained that I needed to book a room that night and needed a refund or honor the night , rep said sorry your sol paid 160.00 we where a no show we where back in Salt Lake City no refund no credit no room

I didn’t like the strong smell of the room and the Dirty Carpet with big dirty stains all over, they didn’t had any body wash or shampoo, the shower handle was loose it came off while I was taking a shower, the breakfast was good especially tea and coffee.

The rooms were easy to get into

The property was close to where we wanted to be. It was easy to get in and out. Some hiccups with breakfast, but the room amenities were lovely. Good water pressure and comfortable beds.

Beds were a bit hard, everything else was great.

While the staff was friendly, the room was very old, musty, and felt unclean. The pillows were very uncomfortable and there was an unpleasant odor in the room and bathroom. It also looked shabby from the outside, and the furniture in the room was in very poor shape

Ok, but property need little upgrades. Overall stay is ok with breakfast and parking. But room is very small and cleaning is not done everyday, this might be due to Covid-19 rules.

Dirty and terrible room

Overall a comfy place to stay. It's small, quiet and safe. The breakfast buffet was good. Perfectly located in the heart of Poway, so it was easy to get to everything. The folks whom work here are really quite nice and very helpful.

I was booked in smoking rm ? I asked for none smoking & clerk says extra $15.00 fee ?. First ever paying extra for not smoking… Checked-in and my whole body started itch ?? After 15min I decided to leave, didn’t ask for refund, I told clerk there may be flees in room no reply from clerk ? Gave him the key and left.

The tub was old and the AC is broken no heater

Check in was efficient and I was able to park outside my room on a very rainy night. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I don’t think any property deserved a 10/10. I would give this a 8/10 for the price

Location to town is good

Not a bad stay but had a couple of issues. First thing the TV would not log in. Second thing was the blanket was too light but we would have to go to the office to get an extra one. We didn't care to do that.

Did not like the new pillows. Estayed here last year, and the pillows were much better. Felt like laying your head on a sandbag. Otherwise everything else was great.

I asked for a new shower head. Replaced it right away. Brand new. That’s customer service above and beyond.
