I will stay at this hotel again if i go back to Santiago. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especial Alejandro from front office. He made extra effort to help us resolved the issue with VAT at their restaurant. Matias and Felipe were so helpful giving suggestions and recommendations about places to eat and how to go around Santiago. The hotel staff really made us felt like home while we stayed there. Thank you all for all your services!

Pros: Got upgraded to a larger room which was nice. Good breakfast buffet. Great location. Kettle as well as a coffee machine. Very comfortable bed and good bedding. Good housekeeping.
Cons: Made me wait until exactly 3pm before allowing me to check in. Bathroom was tiny. Power socket on the desk didn’t work. One of the two lifts was broken so getting back up to your room after breakfast took ages. Overly complicated lighting controls. Bit disappointing for a 5* hotel.

It's not really a 5 star property. The facilities are run down and quite old. The bed was comfortable and we did sleep well. But nothing about this hotel really screams 5 stars. The breakfast was not that good and it took over 45 minutes to check out and we almost missed our flight. Didn't hate the place, and it was nicely located in a safe neighborhood.

We only spent one night on arrival to Santiago here but really wish we had booked our last night here too. The hotel is superb - very comfortable beds, great sized rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel provides transport from the airport which was efficient and well priced. We would definiltely return here for a longer stay in the future

Surprised and amazed. This is a great location with easy (for Santiago) travel access. Clean and super friendly staff. I’d stay their again. Only downfall was no outdoor pool.
Restaurant was great and the breakfast very nice. Could go out in the evening with out excess concerns on safety.

The staff was extremely accommodating. We had visited the Patagonia area prior to arriving in Santiago, and had stayed at three different hotels during our travels. We always choose 4 or 5 star hotels when we travel. Regal Pacific was by far our favorite of the three. The room (superior King) was spacious and well appointed, the shower and bath very nice, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning offered many options. Bravo!

This property is outdated not like they advertised on top of this I choose this property because they advertised gym, spa, pool etc when arrived result they where under renovation not in use. So I had to move to another real hotel. Fortunately Expedia step in and resolved the situation because hotel management was very rude no apologized no customers oriented only bad business oriented. Never come back to this building because hotel is not.

This is a superb hotel and I would highly recommend it. The location is excellent: a metro station within 50m, a pharmacy next door, a c-store just around the corner and it is in a safe, upscale neighborhood. It offers a nice restaurant and includes breakfast.
The room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and large.
The only problem I had was with their ice policy. The proper way to get ice is to call or ask the front desk to deliver it…don’t go directly to the restaurant bar.

this hotel is made and operated to provide ultimate comfort for the travellers; clean and very large room (i was upgraded), clean sheets and towels, good products in the bathroom including excellent bathropes, more than enough varieties for breakfast, great hotel restaurant with exquisite dishes (and many other good options) in the neighborhood. it is close to the subway, there are many shops and a mall walking distance. Most importantly, the staff is so understanding and helpful in so many ways. They all speak very good (some perfect) English and they are first class hospitality workers.

The location, view from the room and size of the room were excellent. The quality, variety of food at breakfast were appreciable. The staff at the reception and at concierge were friendly, very helpful and cheerful. Our flight eas at 8:00 pm and they allowed us to stay in the room until 4:0o pm. Overall great service which we have not received for a while during our travels to Europe and Asia.

The rooms are quite large and have a sofa/couch, large tv, decent size bathroom with a nice shower. Some rooms come with buffet breakfast (or you could buy) and found it to be a great deal. Some of the features: 8 types of cut up fresh fruits, cereals, 6 to 8 breakfast type rolls, a large variety of fresh pastries, cookies, cake, scramble eggs, pancakes, cold meats and cheeses, coffee making machines offering 6 to 8 types of coffee. It’s a great breakfast. And the staff at the front desk and the front door were professional and friendly. The hotel is in a good location, with 3 to 4 nice restaurants within a 10 minutes or less walk.
I’d stay here again.
