The room smelled terrible, the refrigerator freezer was one big chunk of ice, the baseboard was ripped off one wall and laying on the floor, big stain on the top cover of the bed and burn holes. Holes in the sheets. The floor of the bathtub was so dirty, we didn't even use the shower. I'll NEVER stay at this place again

Had issues on my part making it to the property during normal check in and they totally worked with me. The rooms were clean spacious and the property is right across the road from an amazing park that you can walk the pets. Also close to shopping and dining options.

The staff was polite and kind. And we always had plenty of trash bags, towels and toilet paper. We normally only use our room for sleeping and eating dinner so for the money it was worth it. They do take a $50 deposit when you check even on top of the cost of the room you have already paid for.
My biggest complaint is the smell of weed coming through our HVAC and even the bathroom vent. We were there with our kids and our room constantly smelt like it.

It was a regular cheap stay. I did stay here 2 nights on different occasions. It worked for my family and I. Had a pool which kids loved. Not to far from food places and there was a park across the street. It was about a 20 min drive to Destin. Their beach in that area was not so pretty as how Destin was

Terrible service . Terrible bed; especially the covers. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Overflowed the entire stay. Roaches. Front desk guy was sleeping when we told him we would be late check in

Bathroom was not cleaned throughly, other peoples hair left. Stains on bedding. Went into our room unannounced to clean. Did not offer DND flags for door.

The room was clean. The bed was uncomfortable; like sleeping on the floor, killed both mine & my girlfriend back. The pillows were awful; like putting a towel in a pillow case. Housekeeping only brought new towels everyday; no other cleaning was done. For what we spent on 3 nights was very disappoint on anything extra. “No coffee, no breakfast offered etc. We’ve stayed at much nicer hotels in Orlando for less money & got free breakfast & cleaning.

For a last minute spur of the moment trip for an extra night after staying in Panama City it wasn’t that bad, I bring blankets and extra pillows everywhere I stay because of cleanliness when going on vacation. Overall it was an ok stay.

The comforter was stained. The tub leaked loudly and the toilet was difficult to flush. I told the front desk about the tub and she moved as though she was calling someone to fix it but they never did anything to it. Just kpt the door shut so it wouldn't keep us up at night.

We were in the area for my granddaughter’s dance competition, had already been there for a week but had to stay an extra day and chose here. The guy at the front desk was very accommodating and let us check in a little early. The room was clean but did have an odd smell coming from the air conditioner, bed was comfortable, TV was good. I was traveling with my dog, and ran across a couple of shady people in the parking lot late at night while walking the dog. Overall a pretty good place to stay.

Avoid this dump at all costs. There are creeps and crack heads wandering the parking lot and the premises. Dirty, unkept grounds and untrustworthy looking front desk clerks.
I cancelled my reservation after one minute of surveying the property and Expedia could not refund my entire fees. I still got charged for the first night.
It would be safer to stay in your car.
