I almost didn’t book due to a review about cleanliness and the bed, but I can totally agree. The room looked as if though it hadn’t been vacuumed or swept/mopped in a while. The tub at rust and mildew, and there was hair and dust all over the vanity. The bed was very hard. If it hadn’t been so late at night, and I hadn’t been on the road for so long, I would have left.

We paid for a king suite with a sofa and a jacuzzi tub. We get there and the floor feels like it could fall in at any time so we changed rooms. We ended up in a room smaller with double beds no couch no living room no tub with no price change or discount. I left my number but never received a call from the manager. They have some major building issues. I could have stayed somewhere really nice for what I paid for that little room.

For the most part, the hotel was clean and updated. However, we had to go to the front desk for the remote for the tv. It had no back cover, so the batteries were taped in and the volume me control was broken. Looks like they had to replace the tv and selected a smaller screen that’s sat on the dresser instead of being mounted to the wall. If they are this sloppy with tv replacement, what other maintenance issues aren’t being fixed?

My room was dirty and I found a roach. The sprinkler in the room had been replaced and pieces of the ceiling/wall were all over the floor. Pretty disappointing considering I paid $177 for one nights stay.

The staff made up for the room. The room smelled like wet old carpet. The bed was not comfortable nor the pillows. As I said though the employees there were friendly and helpful.

I booked this for my mom while she was traveling and chose based off the reviews and decent price. My mom said the beds were comfy and the breakfast was good which were the two things she requested I find. Thank you and I hope this helps someone.

Desk clerk was awesome and let us check out a little late since the funeral we had to go to was 3 hours after checkout and only 30 minutes away.

Room was dirty. Had dried up food in and on the carpet, had dark stains on the ceiling, and grimy handprints on the doors and furniture. There wasn’t any soap for the bathroom sink or the shower. When we asked about it we were told they were out. The walls were so thin we could hear people talking in the front lobby even though we were several rooms down. The hotel was noisy and it made it difficult to sleep. There were ants in the bathroom.
This hotel is very outdated and still has old carpet in it. The bathroom had been updated but done poorly and the mold was still seeping through.

Dirty bed spread. What alarms went off in the middle of the night. Somebody kept trying to walk in our room and it stunk like cigarette smoke.

The gentleman at front desk was great to me and my family! It was once we made it to the room it smelled juat like weed. We had reserved a suite so once we left that room only option was a standard room. Once going into new room bathroom walls were dirty ripped shower curtain. House keeping walked in my room twice after i declined their assistance.Its location is great since it was close to alot of ahopping. But i will never go back with my family. Was not what i expected at all

This place was just okay. It has a musty smell of old cigarette smoke and it’s certainly not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. It wasn’t filthy, by any means, but it wasn’t super clean either. The bed was hard as a rock, and the outside noises kept us up all night. The front desk receptionist was very sweet and welcoming. Overall, I would say this place is just so-so.

Staff was amazing but the cleaning can be better. There was open sunflower seeds by the drinks? There were also hair clippings on the wash cloths, I did not shower here because that grossed me out and the ac unit was not working, was very very hot.
