Check in is easy and front desk is very welcoming. Breakfast is on time and reasonable. Hotel and rooms are slightly outdated but clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Great location. Easy commute both to airport and downtown.

My room was not serviced after our first night for for our 2 nights stay. We had to reuse the same towels again. we had no shampoo and our trash was full.

We were coming through Indianapolis pulling a U-Haul on our way to Tulsa. Did not know that Taylor Swift was in town that weekend so the cost of our hotel room was exorbitant. Talking mid 3’s for a budget hotel with prison-grade lighting in the bathroom. Had it clocked in around where it should’ve been, it would’ve been fine. Decent breakfast setup, dated rooms, so-so bed. But expected for this chain. Just hurts to have paid so much for so little. Brewpub & a pancake house next door & a few fast food places within walking distance. Right off the highway.

Small issue checking in but the hotel was clean. Double beds were full size not queen so not very comfortable for two people. Overall a good stay.

This hotel is very outdated/musty. The windows all have condensation between the panes that make it unable to see through them well. The bathtub floor seemed unstable when showering. Evident patched damage in various areas of the ceiling and walls. Although overall the cleanliness was okay, the strong odor of whatever they use to clean with was almost unbearable. My hair and luggage still smelled like the hotel when we left. It isn't a terrible choice but I personally wouldn't stay there again. Additionally there were many dogs staying there which wouldn't normally bother me, but there was one in the hall barking at midnight for several minutes that woke me up.

The 1st room we went to it had tiny black bugs or something all over both beds the floor had not been cleaned and the window was standing wide open. We got another room and although there wasn’t black things on the bed it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Ther was confetti in the bathroom everywhere (bathtub floor and in the toilet). The floor also hadn’t been cleaned as confetti was everywhere. The front desk person just acted like it was nothing and shrugged us off. She went up to “check” the 2nd room before we went in but idk what she checked becuz she would have seen the confetti everywhere and she told us is was perfect. The tv had been unplugged from the wall and the tv and I had to crawl in the floor to get it fixed and working. It just wasn’t what I expected staying at a Wyndham property.

Ceiling in room 227 in the bathroom drips water over the toilet...not the best thing to feel on your back while trying to use the rest room. Stepping outside the bathroom theres a hole in the floor that is a trip hazard. Other than that it was good.

Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to show up to check us in at about 5pm on a Friday. I tried to tell her we would only be staying 1 night instead of 2 and she didn't understand because our reservation was for 2. I quit trying.
The elevator was barely big enough for my husband and I and our small bag and suitcase. A family would have to make 2 trips.
There were at least a few families living there. One family member, a female tween, was sleeping on the lobby couch when we came back from dinner.
The bed was the best part of our stay. VERY comfortable. Room was small, could use some updates in the bathroom, including fixtures and repairs.
It was a good deal but not a great deal. Doubt I'll stay at another Baymont ever again, even if there is a great deal.

I spent the night at this hotel, the room was supposed to be amazing. We had a jacuzzi in our room, it appeared to be cleaned till you turned it on. Within about 5 minutes dirt was building up on the walls before we even got in. It was very disgusting. For paying almost $200. I expected better also the elevator smelled like gear oil very strongly. The bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled but it didnt look like it was done well, you could see cracks in the paint near the shower on all sides. The ceiling looked like they plastored over a big spot of water damage and the toilet wasnt secured well to the floor.

Had to switch rooms because of bad cigarette smell. Had dirty pillow with someone’s acne/pimple puss/ dried blood on it and some of the towels were already dirty, just looked like cleaning staff folded already used towels back up. Second room still had subtle cigarette smell.

When I checked in, I had a hard time understanding the lady checking me in. The other thing our bathtub would not drain properly. Staff responded when spoken to, and that was it. I turned my cards in when I checked out and I was already out the door and the lady finally noticed. I put something on the counter and said oh thank you for your stay.

Property was dated and needing maintenance to bring it back to its formal glory. Hotel offers seating and lounge areas on each floor. We had a room that had been smoked in initially front desk quickly got us a new room. Service waa good.

I got the jacuzzi room and it was poorly painted and it just seemed very dingy and dirty.

The hotel was conveniently located, but desperately in need of updating. The first room we had, the toilet wouldn’t flush and floor tiles were loose. They gave us a different room… some floor tiles were loose and the sink barely drained. We didn’t bother to complain about the 2nd room. Everything else was ok.
