The first room we were given took our breath away with mildew odors. The room looked dirty. They told us they were full and couldn’t do anything. About 10minutes later they knocked on the door and moved us. Room was ok. Didn’t smell of mildew. However, You could smell pee in bathroom. Very noisy. You could hear every car on the road, pulling into parking lot, hear people outside talking, and could hear people in rooms beside us.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean room, could recognize remodeling efforts. Could still use touch up paint on doors. TV outdated. Bugs on bathroom counter morning if our departure. Overall very good but could use a little more care.

The hotel was okay. The curtains didn’t cover the entire window.
The daily charge for our dog was $25 a day, not $20 a day as was stated on Hotels.com.

The hotel itself is ok. However, it’s in need of hangers and pillows in all rooms. Our king bedroom had zero hangers and 3 small square pillows. Had to go to the desk to request hangers and pillows. They had to take them from other rooms. The coffee is very weak and so are the breakfast selections. We went to Buc-ee’s for coffee and breakfast on a couple days.

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. However for breakfast there was NO DECAF COFFEE. They said they don't have any and it sounded like they haven't in a long time. I also would have liked to see something other than carbs on the breakfast. Even if it is just some boiled eggs, not everybody eats carbs. Paying for a room with breakfast included and can't eat it.

Booked 2 rooms online. Quick and convenient. Check in was a snap. Loved that check out was 11 am so no rushing.

Even in a cheap hotel room, I don't expect large amounts of mold on the walls, ac unit, table legs, and lamp shades in my room. Disgusting, and if I had any choice, I would have just left, but after driving for 13 hours, I was desperate for a few hours of sleep. Even insanely, loud road noise coming through the walls couldn't keep me awake at that point. When I mentioned the mold to the Operations Manager in the morning at check out, he assured me they would look into it but didn't look me into the eye so it was difficult to believe his assurances.

Very Clean room and check in was easy. Hardwood floors were nice. Guy who checked us in was very helpful.

Check in was quick. In the rooms a couple outlets didn’t work but enough did that we could plug in our things. Stains in the bathtub but no big deal, it’s not a newer hotel and need upgrades. But we just needed somewhere to go to sleep so I wasn’t looking for fancy. The beds were comfortable. It was good for the one night, but wouldn’t choose to stay if we were staying multiple nights.

Smelly and not too clean. The linens and bedding were clean but the rest of the room didn’t seem sanitary. The carpet was damp and the bathroom stunk to high heaven. There must’ve been a sewerage problem.
There was supposed to be breakfast but lots of people were down waiting in the lobby and there was no food.
Just a very odd hotel experience. I wanted to be a fan. They tried.

The man who works the front counter in the daytime, is absolutely amazing. He truly deserves a raise! Above and beyond every single time, and he does his job quickly and efficiently. Thank you SO SO much.

My partner and I spent 6 days in an accessible (handicapped) dog friendly room. That included a king size bed and a big bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic and the housekeeping was on point every day with new towels and if you asked new sheets. We rarely heard anyone else until our last day when the people next door had a loud dog. To say we got the best sleep was an understatement. To top it all off it was right next to Buc-ee’s which helped us save quite a bit of money when it came to gas and meals. All in all we’d definitely stay there again for convenience if not comfort.

We were given the key to room 218. Check in was business like and niether friendly or unfriendly. The room was OK, but not anywhere near "great". The chair was (is?) defective and pretty much a safety hazard. The shower had an empty dispenser bottle of conditioner on the wall and another, about half full, (discovered later) on the tub ledge. The soap dispenser was missing from its position on the wall beside the empty conditioner dispenser. The Kleenex tissue dispenser was empty. There were no coffee packets for the coffee pot. If we're supposed to bring our own we would appreciate an alert before checking in. The breakfast wasn't available until 06:30 and we were out and on the way at a little after 06:00; bummer. Not even any hot coffee to take along. Will look elsewhere if we go back.

To start with, the Head Manager was very snotty. Then when you use the shower, the water takes 30 minutes to drain. I told maintenance there was a lot of hair in the drain, but nothing was done about it. Then on the second night, the television quit working. I called the front desk and was told it was the Internet that caused it. Bull, there was sound but no picture. Finally the next morning, the owner came in and checked it and said to switch it out with a new one. We were checking out anyway.

All around great stay and kind staff very respectful and reasonable price would refer anyone looking for a good hotel it is a 4-5 star hotel I was referred by 4 friends and they also had a great vacation
