The floor in the room needs serious sweeping, and mopping. Second issue is Internet, i was on the 4th floor and there was no internet connection, but the worst part was the smell of weed in our floor,even my room was non smoking, and i guess the whole floor was,but some people are simply stupid for smoking weed in a hotel room. Other than that the room are extra spacious and bright.

Room was amazing and large beautifully decorated. Telephone in the room did not work -which I discovered at 3 am when I tried to call the front desk- people were screaming and yelling for hours. Even with the ac on and sound machine I brought I could still hear them. Quiet hours are posted but not enforced or monitored

The room was renovated & spacious but the bathroom was tight with the door opening right against the toilet. We had 2 sets of people in the room next to us attempting to open the adjoining room door in the middle of the night & we could hear everything next door. The free breakfast was very basic.

I had a great stay and look forward to staying again.

Few problems, air conditioner unit in room was loud, when starting up but only ran for a few minutes. hallway had dirty towels outside door for almost 2 days. Room was remolded since last time, nice. Pool and hot tub areas was also redone. Kids area was layed out great for kids and added handles to help get into hot tub. Big improvement.

We had a amazing time . Very family friendly. The items like snacks and other things u might need that are usually a high up charge at the desk we’re priced mostly at $1 -$5 . The receptionists at the front desk were really nice . They had the hotel decorated for Halloween , and kid friendly decor . We stayed for 4 days , and the entire time was a blast . I would recommend for family’s traveling. We will stay here every time we visit OC now .

We searched for a dog friendly hotel within our budget and got really lucky with the Fenwick Inn. It has an indoor pool with splash pad and hot tub, a little game room, free breakfast, a place outside for dogs to use the bathroom, a little shop behind the front desk for necessities, and a very friendly front desk and maintenance.

Check in was quick and easy. Dog friendly hotel. Has a pool but never used. Rooms are ok, you can tell they remodeled a few years ago. Unfortunately not holding up great. We did stay in a pet friendly room. As for sound proofing, definitely a lack of. Could hear multiple rooms around me and full conversation in the parking lot. The beds were not the best, a bit uncomfortable to me. Now for the breakfast. The seating sucks. No room to move around. Hard to get food with such a tight area. I more than 6 people are there it a waiting game. Any more you have to fight to get to the food. If it off season and under $100 great place to stay. In season wouldn't pay more than $185 ( I paid way to much $245 vintage car weekend).

The moment I walked through the front door I was greeted with a smile and "Welcome to the Fenwick". Ocean City is my happy place, and staying at the Fenwick Inn was definitely a GREAT move on our part. The Fenwick Inn has everything you could want and more- EVERY person we dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable...the room was immaculate and we enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning...but my MOST favorite thing is the hot tub - nothing like it !!! We are already planning for our trip for next year and will DEFINITELY stay at the Fenwick Inn - See you in 2025!!

To start...Check in person was having a bad day it seems. Impolite and slow. Did not like that I asked a couple of questions. She wanted to charge me for a pet fee, even though I provided documentation for my service dog and was frustrated that she had to remove the fees. Room was fine except the bathroom sink was clogged. One of the side doors was broken, so anyone could enter the hotel at anytime. Breakfast was extremely basic...muffins, toast or bagels.

Very pleasantly surprised at the new facelift and remodeling done at Fenwick Inn. Absolutely fantastic! It had been a while since I stayed here but sure glad I decided to try again. Great customer service, very clean, love the new decor, no odor, clean n fresh smell! Definitely will be back as after as we go to Ocean City! Thank you.

The hotel is renovated and looks nice. The room looked renovated and neat, but the housekeeping I would rate 2 for being horrible. The beds looked like were used and not changed before us. There were only 3 big and 1 small towels for the room reserved for 4 people. There was someone else’s used washcloth in the bathroom. There were stains and dust in the bathroom floor and around the sink. The bathroom curtain had black spots, not sure if it was mold or some other stains. There was only 1 creamer and sugar. I had to call and ask for creamer around 10:30 and I was told that housekeeper has left and if I want to get coffee creamer, I can go to the front desk. The worst part of the stay was the nightmare night. The windows are not voice isolated and the walls are paper thin. It was the noisiest hotel I have ever been in. We could hear all the cars and motorcycles in the street and the noisy and told people in our floor. I called the front desk and asked to do something about the noisy neighbors or else I have to call the police, because at 1 am they were loud teaching their little child bad words and mouthing about it. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. If you want to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay, this is not your hotel.

We had a great stay. The breakfast was ok, the indoor pool and the hot tub were nice and the hot tub was good and hot! It was a busy weekend and our upstairs neighbors were pretty loud, but overall, it was great! We got the best view of the sunset at the vista rooftop restaurant and the food was yummy! We will stay there again!

I have stayed at Fenwick Inn many times. It is always a pleasant experience. The last time I stayed at the hotel there was a situation with my room and the front desk. Staff member immediately changed my room and also gave me an upgraded suite for the inconvenience. I really appreciate the friendly, efficient, and kind staff members who make every visit a good one. The location of the hotel is great and it is a short walk to the beach. The hotel is in a safe and walkable area close to restaurants, activities, and shopping. In addition, the Fenwick Inn has a wonderful restaurant that has events throughout the year.

It is a nice property, and the staff is very friendly. The amenities were standard. However, the pool could use a refresher, and the hot tub needs to be upgraded. The jets didn't work during my stay, and the concrete around it is coming off. One area that could be improved is the attention to room occupancy. When three people are staying in a room, it would be beneficial to increase the supply of sugar, cream, and coffee accordingly. Besides that we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Property was clean, room was spacious and clean. Staff was courteous and friendly.

We have stayed here previously and this has been our go to place for our late summer vacation. The indoor pool and spa, the clean facilities, and easy parking.

We are very happy to have chosen Fennwick Inn! The room is nicely decorated, modern, clean, quiet and very comfortable for an affordable price! Will recommend it and will be back again!

Normally, I would give an excellent rating, however, during our stay, we noticed the common areas were not being taken care of, especially during the weekdays. When we arrived on Sunday, everything was cleaned and several staff members were available for registration or questions. My husband noticed that there were no bags in the pet area to pick up and notified the staff. The pet area was a mess and the grass was high. Many dogs didn't want to go into the pet area to do their business. On Thursday evening I notified a staff member about the pet area situation and nothing was done. Friday I mentioned it to the supervisor and she took care of business (I didn't see her the previous days). In addition, the door closest to the pet area did not lock, I also notified a staff member, and as of Sunday, 9/8/2024, the door was still not fixed. When Norbert is there the breakfast area is stocked and cleaned, he works like a mad dog! When he is not there forget it. The employees at the front desk go back to the office to be on their phones or sleep. You have to be loud to get their attention if you need anything. I hate to give them this type of review because this is not typical. We have stayed there many times and everything has been great, truly great. On a positive note, I did notice some renovations and maintenance that were done and the place looked very nice when we arrived on 9/1/2024.

Very clean and large rooms. We had an issue with the room darkening curtains would not close. Reported issue to the front desk but was not fixed during our stay. Was bright in the room each morning.

I loved the view of the bay from our 7th floor room. The restaurant on top of the hotel was a lovely added bonus with delicious happy hour food and drink options! The breakfast was lack luster being as it was wrapped pastries and other breakfast basics, but it was exactly as advertised, so I was not surprised by any means. Overall the staff was nice, and the place had a few lovely additions that made the stay easier like microwaves and ice machines on every floor.

This was our first time staying at the Fenwick Inn and our last. We had issues as soon as our room was given. We had to change rooms due to a major bathroom leak. The reassigned room was disgusting. Bedding had human and dog hair, there were soil stains on the duvet. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. We called the front desk over 3x’s and we didn’t get cleans sheets until 2pm. Poor management and poor housekeeping. There is no point to have remodeled rooms when the cleanliness is lacking. Please do better for your future guests.

I was so excited to stay here as my daughter and I have stayed here several times for cheerleading competitions And I was even more excited that you guys did a remodel. The pictures looked so nice. The actual hotel not so much. Whomever did the work was not a contractor and if he/ she is they should find other work. I would be embarrassed to charge a customer for the work that was done. The whole hotel was not very clean. Our room had 2 towels for 4 people. No soap at all. The arcade was disgustingly dirty so was the weight room. We were not able to use these amenities because of how dirty they were. The pool had so much chlorine my eyes and nose were burning. Also looked like whomever did the hot tub install of the outside tiles had no idea what they were doing. And yes I'm being very picky but I work hard for my money and to pay out $245 for one night also didn't get the room in the pic that I thought I was paying for.
