This time my stay was great. This hotel is located right next to an interstate and I listen to traffic all night long but this time they put me in a room on the opposite side of the building so it was quiet.

Staff very friendly and hotel nice

Good, clean hotel check-in was friendly close to the casino close to restaurants. However, the swimming pool was cold and the hot tub was cold.

Was a very nice Hotel and would stay there again. Only downfall was only 1 elevator working.

Room service was different. Garbage wasn’t emptied out, coffee wasn’t replaced. Ironing board was left out after being used. I don’t think they have good sound proof walls. We got a room close to high traffic and we could hear the traffic over the AC fan.

I raved about this property after staying here in June. I was excited about staying here again this past weekend (August). I travel here after work so I always have a late check-in, I call before booking to ensure this is fine to do. The front desk lady was nice, short but to the point (I think we were both tired). I received a room on the 3rd floor. It smelled like mildew/old as if it hadn’t been used in awhile, and it was hot and stuffy. One of the wash cloths still had makeup on it but there were plenty others. The bed looked like someone had been laying in it. It wasn’t made recently. I pulled back the sheets and find small black specks between the fitted and top sheet. No big deal, I thought I’d sleep between the top sheet and comforter because I wasn’t sure what they were, not bugs though. Here, I found someone’s black hair (I’m blonde) and a few eyelashes. I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter with a blanket from home because I didn’t want to cause trouble and I was EXHAUSTED. The hotel door also had gaps between and I was able to see the hallway light from the sides of the door. I travel alone so this made me nervous but again, didn’t want to cause trouble switching rooms. I was let down by this hotel this stay. I do hope for a better stay next time but wanted to also give my review of this property.

We just needed a place to sleep for a stopover. The beds were comfortable and they had a good breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Business trip. Pretty much a self service hotel. Staff was a little on the blah side. One or two helpful, others just doing a job. Nice on the inside. Rooms were nice, but small. Overall a nice stay.

Everything was fine. The pool wasn’t as clean as we expected but overall all was great.

The air conditioner was so noisy, both when it was running and when it was preparing to shut off, that I go absolutely no sleep at all. Also, the bathroom was so tiny that if you were sitting on the toilet, you couldn't shut the door as it would hit you in the knees. There was a rail to get you into the tub, but there was nothing to hold on to after that. As an elderly person, I found if completely unsafe to move under the shower.

This hotel was not clean the first two tries. The third try had hair on the floor but at least otherwise clean.... even though I had to stay in a room with smaller beds. The front staff was luke warm even though I was nice about it until the last try getting a clean room. They were to have the manager call me about a refund on the second night because I refused to stay again and two days later it was told to me that the manager never received the message. Just overall a bad experience. My luck? Probably but still happened.

Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Wife liked lighted bathroom mirror. One elevator did not work causing congestion. Room is pretty expensive for no free breakfast. Breakfast snack bar (not free) had no one working there at 630A.

It was ok. One of the 2 elevators didn’t work for a 10 story building. Ice machines only worked on 3 floors, fire escape door was broken we let the front desk know, but it he room was clean and the staff was very good.

Very frustrating getting checked in. Check in time 3pm, time we were able to finally check in...5:10pm. Only one elevator for a 10 story hotel. Very disappointing stay for a romantic getaway.

Definitely not worth what I paid to stay here. Beds were not very comfortable, saw Ants in our room (we did not take food or eat in the room at all). No fan at all in the bathroom. There was a small bottle of lotion that the Hotel provides left in the bathroom that had obviously been opened and used. Small bathroom and no microwave. Small refrigerator located right outside of bathroom but didn’t get that cold even after adjusting the temp. The TV was a nice size and worked. They have 2 Elevators at this Hotel and one was out of order leaving one Elevator which was very inconvenient with the amount of people staying there during this weekend. Had to take the stairs due to waiting so long for the elevator but the stairs take you outside so to check out, I had to take the stairs outside and walk back in to the front lobby. This was my first and LAST time staying here. I will travel a few extra miles to Abingdon and stay at our usual Hotel there because it’s much nicer and roomier.

They had one elevator for 10 floors and I thought I was booking with courtyard by Marriott and it turned out to be Delta Hotels. The lobby smelt like a porta potty

Cable didn't work, elevator apparently broken for 6 months. AC didn't work. For $250 I was expecting just something that worked. Never going back.

One of the elevators was down, it was a busy weekend so we found ourselves having to use the steps multiple times and we were on the 8th floor. The hot tub was out of service as well as many other things.

All night I listen to cars and trucks driving on Interstate 81. It sounded I was sleeping on the highway and I looked out my window and sure enough I was right next to the highway.

Only 1 elevator working for 10 floors. Hot tub at pool. Out of order. Pool dirty. Guest computer in lobby out of order. Several ice machines not working. Took 2 hrs after check in time to get into room

Only there for one, short evening. However, it was a very nice stay. And I would choose to stay at a Delta Hotels by Marriott again in the future.

Only one elevator wait time is average of 30 minutes, AC barely worked, TV does not work, the room was not clean at all.

Very clean! Very happy especially for the price! Would definitely stay again
