My family and I evacuated from Florida for hurricane Milton. I reserved the room at 3:30am and Drove 13 hours towards Georgia and we were cancelled without notice. I called the hotel at 9pm to let them know we were checking in later than usual and was advised we were ok to check in before 2:30am. At 11pm i then received an email notification of our “cancellation”. I panicked and called the hotel. Front desk host had no compassion and had no answers. Devastated with a newborn in the car driving around looking for another hotel. Horrible experience.

Room key card reader almost never actually read the key card. The fact that this is a pet friendly hotel should be more prominent in its listing. Was trapped in an elevator for 20 minutes. Nobody on-site had a way to open the door, so had to wait for fire department.

I was not able to stay they ask for 175 deposit. I am waiting for my refund

Bathroom towels and floor had hair on them. The air conditioner did not work properly and the room and hall ways were hot.

Hotel looked to be a old decrepit hotel wih a new coat of paint on it. Main restroom was out of service, main elevator was out of service. Carpet in room was old ratty and worn. There was a $175.00 incidental charge that i have not received back 3 days later. I did not find out about this until physical check. This place is a highly over priced dumpster!

The stay was amazing! Very comfortable.

In town for a show at Ameris and this was as good a $100 room as you can get. Hotel is small and very new and clean. Check in was quick, the room was comfortable and staff was friendly. It is super close to tons of restaurants and shopping areas so it was nice to have so many options w/o having to get back on the highway. Pretty close to the music venue as well. Breakfast was average but the waffles were great. I would stay here again for sure.

Our room and bed were wonderful. One of the elevators was broke. Both bathrooms in lobby were broke. Room keys don’t work. You have to keep doing it to open room. Service at front desk wasn’t great. Very slow. The girl at the desk after 11:00 PM was great.

Staff was great and friendly! Super helpful! Room had sink draining issues.

I was surprised by a $25 early check in charge- many rooms were available.i feel like the policy is unfair, it was not known before booking. These fees are disgusting and should be waived for loyalty members. The fee is a very large percentage of the room rate!

Couldnt sleep all night for how extremely loud the super old broke air conditioning system was, it needed desperate repair, this one thing changed this review from 5 to 1 star for the money I paid, god bless, sorry i have to be honest

I had to switch rooms immediately apon arrival due to the room being dirty.

My husband and I have had some terrible experiences staying at various hotels. In fact, we had a terrible experience at the first hotel. We ended up here for four nights. It was easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It's not fancy, but it is SO comfortable. It's clean, the staff is nice, professional and helpful. The hotel is not stingy like many these days. It made our business so much more pleasant. This will be my go-to.

Several light bulbs were out. Otherwise, great room. They could let you know at check-in that the AC is controlled by a wall unit.

Property itself wasn’t terrible but could have been cleaner in the hallways and the front. Our room wasn’t ever cleaned by housekeeping during the stay and had to argue for extra towels multiple times. TV remote didn’t work at all staff didn’t care nothing was done to fix it. Multiple signs around the property about it being smoke free but two guest smoking weed in front of employees in the courtyard by the pool is allowed? Most of the time staff just hid behind the front counter wall watching videos on their phone (loud enough to hear it over the TV). Overall unless you’re in a bind try to find another option.

I only slept there and got a 400 charge for smoking in the room and i dont smoke

For a one night stay it was perfect. The toilet didn’t flush well, but otherwise had no real complaints.

Standard room fee charge double the room rate at time of physical check in. No cancelation full refund. Ive asked both in writing and on phone what is the corporate policy and they havent been able to provide an answer. Breakfast is available at their convenience. On this visit breakfast hours posted until 10am. If you dont have your food by 930am you get nothing. Staff stood there with muffins on a cart and said theres no food left and breakfast is over. No sign of a hot breakfast. Overheard staff saying that its funny when whites think they own everything. Housekeeping did not have our room ready at 1030pm. Thought it humorous and not their problem because they just came on shift. Have a seat and i'll see if i have another room. I told them nothing about this was funny. We just drove many hours to get there, my wife is handicapped and needs to laydown. That added to the humor factor. I told them to cancel the room and they said no refunds. Took an hour to get us another room. Possibly because they decided to give a verbal sales pitch to a caller before lifting a finger on our behalf. Phone in room didnt work. Had to use my phone to call the front desk. Coffee maker didnt work. Elevator had paint peeling off in large strips. Staff had earbuds in and pretended not to hear when asked a question.

The hotel had been updated and was overall ok. The floors in the room were clean and bed was ok. Biggest complaint is that the glass shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was also disappointing

We didn't like the bathroom that much, shower rakes several minutes to get hot water. Shower curtain is too long, goes half way inside the tub.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Peaceful property. Room was clean. I did have some hairs on the top cover of my bed and there was also hair in bath towels. Tub was clean but needed to be replaced asap! It Looked old and discolored Breakfast was basic…cereal, apples, yogurt, muffins, waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs-sausage patties My stay was good. I would visit again. ****thin walls!!!

the room smelled musty and it hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. the window was half open allowing every insect on the planet a place to stay.

Alpharetta hotel team is extremely friendly and very welcoming. Room is immaculate and amenities are very clean and nice. 24 hour coffee rocks!
