Our stay was amazing!! When I checked in, they gave me a different room right next to the side door so we could take our dog out!! And it was closest to the spa. They were so wonderful! The breakfast was yummy too.
Is this a luxury hotel? Obviously not. But it was exactly what we needed, and the staff was caring and thoughtful and we had an excellent experience.

The property is in a convenient location to the hwy (although there is major road construction currently going on) and to gas. Also there are some dining options which are walkable. The staff at check in was pleasant, the bed was comfortable however the signal for both the tv and the wifi were weak and had some issues. The property itself is in need of either a refresh or an update. The breakfast options were minimal. Overall alright but not someplace I would stay again.

This hotel was very dated. Cleanliness was not great. The only good thing I could say was the front desk agent that checked me in (behind plexiglass) was very nice. This is not a safe property.

Staff was amazing however the property could use a deep clean, carpets are disgustingly stained. My bathroom had not been cleaned, tub was filthy with hair and grime. My room carpet was no better and the tv had a big deep scratch on it. Guest are pleasant and staff was for sure awesome. I just wished for a cleaner room.

The facility itself is very outdated. The room was so disgusting. The bathroom had no been cleaned. There was still hair in the shower. The carpet was dusty, gross, and had visible debris on it from previous customers. The walls were covered in dirt and grime. There was no line on the phone to call the front desk. I could NOT believe we paid $160/night for this room!

We enjoyed our week long stay! Staff was super friendly and helpful! They have a continental breakfast,indoor pool and hot tub! Air conditioner wasn’t great but that wasn’t a huge issue! Hotel is in a convenient area with several restaurants/ coffee places near & many are within walking distance! Rooms could use some updating, but honestly it didn’t bother us. Hotel was quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest. It’s about 15 min from St Joseph,MI! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Not bad for the price.

Pictures are deceiving. For the price, we couldn’t beat it as we travel a lot for lacrosse. However, the smell of the room was off. The overall upkeep of the hotel and room was par. I was really nervous, we were going to get bedbugs, but did not. Aside from the dinginess it wasn’t a bad stay and a great location for the price.

This place is disgusting. They should be ashamed of what they charge to stay there. Our room was nasty, dirty and the bathroom was covered hairs on the floor, in the tub and on the toilet. The toilet would flush and at breakfast other families were talking about experiencing the same in their rooms. The only good thing I can say was that the beds appeared cleaned with exception to the material slug over the end of the bed which was gross and covered with stains.

Room clean, staff great. Breakfast solid, nothing special. Bathroom showed some wear and tear. Bed very firm, not comfortable for me but not an issue for spouse. Could have used a blanket in the room for bed. Also missing do not disturb sign. Okay room, good pool area, okay stay.

This used to be a great place to stay, we stayed for many years here. Now it is falling apart, roaches everywhere, dirty sheets and towels, and just an overall lack of attention. Staff is very nice and friendly, but the owners have definitely dropped the ball. This will be my last time here. If you’re low on money and can deal with all that then book here, if not holiday inn up the street in st. Joseph is nice.

This establishment is disgusting. It is also more residential than traveling patrons. Therefore the residents treat the travelers like crap as this is their home. The residents hogged the pool and were rude. The photos of this place are so deceiving. I only stayed the first night of our stay due to the fact that I had to have some sleep to drive home. Would not recommend.
